Melody and her team were a complete DREAM to work with. Not only was the food amazing, she was fast to respond to my emails. and questions. We had an unexpected family emergency which greatly impacted my budget, but Melody was able to suggest ideas to make my new budget work for me but also for her and her staff to be paid appropriately. In a very stressful time in my families life, Melody was kind, calm, and caring. It truly meant a lot to me. All of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the chicken was juicy and amazing. Sometimes it is always hard to tell if your tasting will taste the same when it is cooked on a mass scale-This was definitely not the case with Eventfull, the food was just a delicious as our tasting. I would hire Melody for any catering occasion! Thanks again!!!

Melody and the Eventfull team are the absolute best and amazing vendors to work with! From every detail including food, food service, drink service, event management and rental organization - they were the BEST!! They catered our wedding and the food was absolutely amazing. Melody is so kind to work with and was helpful with all of my questions. If you want your event to be perfect, use Eventfull! Not to mention the food was absolutely amazing and tasted even better than our tasting menu! Everyone raves about the meals.

Eventfull is the best. I first came across Eventfull at my friends wedding a number of years ago at 501 Union and still recalled how wonderful the food, catering service, and family style experience was. Fast forward 6 years later, I was planning my wedding and reached out to Eventfull for a quote. Melody still remembered my friend fondly and has the most accommodating and responsive team. Melody is kind, patient, thoughtful and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better catering team. The food was incredible and memorable and everything is taken care of. Also - Family style is the way to go. And much like my friend's wedding 6 years ago - all of my friends and family have been coming up to me to tell me how incredible the wedding was and how the food was awesome!! I can't even count how many times friends/family have told me how much they enjoyed the food at our wedding. You can't go wrong with the Eventfull team!

Nine months ago, we started this roller coaster, journey with Melody and her team, and I have to say they made it feel doable on a budget every step of the way. No matter what we asked no matter our request. Melody found a way to be able to say yes. Her staff was amazing. Olga was so attentive to each, and every need of the bride and groom as well as the entire family. The staff deserves a standing ovation. No request was too large or too small for them to jump in to action they seem to know what we needed and wanted before we even did. The staff was courteous, kind, attentive, and extremely helpful, and I won’t even get into how delicious every morsel that we had was. Five star in every way from set up to last bite, we love you guys and are trying to figure out how to have another event with you. Lol our paths will cross soon I hope…. be well and thank you again.

Eventfull was the perfect caterer for our day. Melody was very kind, patient, and professional. She was responsive to emails and made sure all our guests were comfortable. Her staff was extremely attentive at the wedding, and of course the food was to die for. Do yourself a favor and check one thing off your to do list, hire Melody!

From our first tasting to the big day, Melody and her team were excellent. We loved the range of food options, the flavors, dietary accommodations and attentiveness. Melody also handled coordinating the extra rentals which was a huge weight off our shoulders. The day of the wedding Melody had a dedicated team member making sure we were able to eat off to the side which was very helpful. They also went above and beyond and handed out our party favors to the guests for us! We can’t thank Eventfull enough for a memorable wedding with meals guests continue to rave about!

We had a great experience working with Melody! She was flexible when we wanted to utilize different vendors relating to food and was responsive via email. She was lovely to collaborate with and the appetizers were delicious! Melody handled every part of our wedding with professionalism and helped make the evening magical.

Melody and her team are exceptional! We had the utmost pleasure working with her, Olga and each of the staff members. Our experience was so outstanding, we wish we had another event to plan just so we could work with EventfullNYC again! My husband and I really enjoyed our tasting, and we were slightly concerned the food quality would regress since the quantities would be much larger the day of our wedding. To the contrary, the food tasted even better! Many of our guests raved about their meals - the chicken Provençal was packed with flavor, the filet mignon perfectly cooked and tender, and the truffle potato gratin - to die for! Moreover, the service was perfectly in sync. Meals were served at the right temperature and in an efficient and timely manner. There were several wedding guests with dietary restrictions, and Melody and her team went above and beyond to accommodate every request. They successfully satisified the appetites of everyone including our gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian guests. We couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without EventfullNYC!

If I could give Melody and her team 10 stars I would. I don't even know where to begin with giving her compliments, sharing my gratitude or recommending her and her team 100 times over. Melody is absolutely AMAZING and SPECTACULAR and WONDERFUL! Not to mention her food is something my guests are still talking about!! Melody's customer service from day one drew us in and kept us around. Then we got to try to her food and we fell even more in love. Melody's food is the BEST wedding food my husband and I have ever tasted. The presentation of the food was perfect and Melody's team was so efficient and professional in their delivery of the food. Melody was so hands on when helping with the rental order and she made the entire process so easy and smooth. Melody was by far our most favorite wedding vendor and I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Melody for helping to create the most perfect night for me and my new husband!

We worked with Event Full NYC for our wedding in June, and they did a really lovely job. We had a great time picking out our menu for the event, and Melody was able to provide us with an excellent tasting in advance. They also coordinated all of the rentals for our venue, which was a big help since our venue didn't have its own stock. The food was delicious, and the pricing was really reasonable. Communication was sometimes inconsistent, but it had no bearing on our event. We're definitely happy we went with them!

Having Eventfull catering for our wedding was the best decision my husband and I ever made. Not only were people raving about the food all night and continuously coming up to us to tell us how good it was, but everyone who worked the event was so lovely. Melody, our day of coordinator was so relaxed the whole day, so professional, and so fun. She made this whole process run smoothly over the last 10 months and was always there for me, every single step of the way. Her calming presence and her helpful guidance made everything so easy on our wedding day. We will never be able to thank her and her staff enough. Best catering company EVER. I don’t even eat meat and had 3 slices of beef. That’s how good Eventfull catering was.

I can't recommend Melody and the Eventfull team enough. We chose a pretty DIY venue for our wedding so finding the right catering team to bring our wedding together was really important. Melody was so patient with me in the beginning when I was trying to get quotes and cost out what we could afford that I seriously think she's a saint. I remember going to the tasting just praying the food was ok, because I'd put this poor women through the ringer over email. It was more than ok, it was delicious! We're food people and our friends know it, serving boring food at our wedding really was not an option, and Melody helped us create an eclectic menu that suited us and also our guests. We had a nut-free wedding and then also had to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan guests. Melody didn't bat an eye. We still have friends talking to us about the sweet potato au gratin with chipotle crema, and I think we always will, it was that good. Some vendors make you feel guilty you have a budget, Melody actually listened to our needs and genuinely helped us find a way to get exactly what we wanted within our means. This is a woman who hand sourced the pumpkin for our pumpkin risotto to be served from because they were hard to find this year! Come on! The average vendor is not going to do that. I can honestly say that our wedding would not have been the event it was without Eventfull. I feel so lucky we found them, and I would not hesitate to work with this team again for another event in the future.

Melody was so easy to work with and so responsive. She was so kind and worked with us to make our day as special as we imagine. We set up a tasting and left filled to our delight. She absolutely spoiled us ad the food the day of was just as delicious! Our wedding was a cocktail style reception so we stuck to passed appetizers and small desserts. Everything was delicious and displayed neatly. The serving staff was kind and the presentation of the food was very nice. Melody set up all necessary rentals so that really we had nothing to worry about. Some guests mentioned not seeing all the different types of food but most guests said the food was absolutely delicious and some claimed to get more than their fill. I believe that maybe there were just issues with staff spreading out or visiting different areas of the venue but I am honestly unsure and knew it would be a risk of doing passed foods. I also wished we had had a plate set aside for us (the bride and groom) as we were really unable to keep up with the food coming out and all the directions we were being pulled in (not their fault at all, more ours for not thinking of it ahead of time but might be a good thing for them to consider offering for similar events). Everything I did taste however was FANTASTIC. They have SO many options and they were able to very easily adapt the menu to be nearly entirely gluten free and nut free with us and our guests being made aware of these options. The kids also had chicken fingers, fries and mac & cheese, which they seemed to enjoy. The mac & cheese was also approved by the adults haha Our young nephew with a nut allergy was SO pleased to be able to eat almost everything for once and his mother was so relieved to not have to ask about every dish. He definitely gives Eventfull an A++! Overall we were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend!

Melody and her Team were beyond phenomenal!! Every request we had she fulfilled! She is extremely communicative and thoughtful during the whole process. You can tell she really cares about what we wanted for our special day. She was not only our caterer but also our DOC. She had everything organized and down from A to Z. Everything was beautiful and amazing when we arrived at our venue. She put so much attention to detail on every aspect of our wedding especially for it being on Halloween! Her wait staff and bar staff did a phenomenal job and every one of our guests were treated like kings and queens! But most of all the food that was served was AMAZING!! Not one complaint but a million compliments!! We were so happy we chose her and her team! Go and choose Eventfull NYC, you will not be disappointed!!

If you’re looking for a caterer - look NO FURTHER! Truly, you have found the best in the business AND at an affordable rate. Melody and team absolutely CRUSHED our September wedding. I cannot begin to tell you how many people made it a point to compliment the food from beginning to end. Service was timely, the food is INCREDIBLE, and Melody was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. After our first wedding in late 2020 got postponed, Melody was there every step of the way - even helping us iron out guest count in the 2 weeks before the event as we had last minute cancellations due to the delta variant. I’ve also attended a wedding of a friend where Eventfull was the caterer and the experience was just a great then. Staff was so kind and generous, professional and offered a fine dining experience. Cannot recommend this team more!

Finding a caterer was one of our most challenging tasks, but after speaking with Melody and going to a tasting, the decision was a no brainer. Melody is kind, responsive and attentive. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. After the ceremony, my mother and bridesmaids were having trouble with my bustle. Brad, the day of manager, checked in constantly, and brought us refreshments and hors d’oeuvres. We would have missed cocktail hour otherwise. Would highly recommend choosing Melody and her team for your big day.

Melody’s food is absolutely incredible! We waited almost 2 years from our first tasting (covid postponement) and the food was even better than we remembered! Not only was the food amazing but Melody was so helpful throughout the whole process. Always answering emails promptly, and just making sure the whole event ran smoothly. Not only has she given us so many mouth-watering options to try, but she has also helped with navigating our wedding venue. Melody and her team at Eventfull were absolutely spectacular. Not only was Melody so kind, flexible, and organized, but the food and service was awesome. All of the guests were talking about how delicious the food was at our reception - they loved everything from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the entree and main courses to the mini cookies for dessert. We had the truffle mushroom ravioli as a starter and friends came up to say that while they don't even like mushrooms, they finished their plate because it was so delicious! I cannot recommend Melody and her team enough. Wedding planning is so stressful, especially during this crazy time, and Melody truly helped alleviate some of my stress. Her team delivered on all fronts!

Melody was the best thing that happened to our canceled wedding! She went completely above and beyond for us, and completely exceeded our expectations. She offered an extensive choice of foods and even made us our favorite pasta dish. The food was fantastic and were still talking about it! Melody acted more so as a wedding planner than a caterer and took care of ordering a cake and taking core of table and linen rentals. We had an emergency situation during the wedding and her staff could not have been more professional and hospitable. There was no detail left out and she was a pleasure to work with. She truly wants her clients to be happy. We can’t wait for our next party!

Melody and her Eventfull team were our saving grace! After postponing then canceling our original wedding plans due to Covid, Melody helped us bring a beautiful backyard wedding to life in no time. She was responsive, really listened, was both incredibly professional and friendly all at the same time, and delivered STELLAR food that not only tasted amazing but looked beautiful. Her staff showed up on time, worked hard, went above and beyond, and managed to always be there when you needed them but never hovered. Melody and her team with EVENTFULL.NYC are LITERALLY THE BEST! Melody is extremely prompt with communication, always a positive, happy, and filled with a genuine can-do attitude, quick on her feet, and an overall joy and pleasure to work with. I am a wedding planner based in Napa California, and my bride's wedding had to be relocated from California to NYC just within one month of her new wedding date! Melody was INSTRUMENTAL in pulling together thier wedding in under a month while planning a bi-coastal wedding in such a short amount of time (and with having to pull together a rain plan just a few days before their wedding!). She made everything happen with grace and ease and her staff were absolutley a reflection of her on the day of. It was a very hot day and we were all in tight quarters for the evening. Not one of them ever complained, in fact they all seemed to have a permanent smile on their faces the entire evening. They worked so hard for this couple, going above and beyond their normal duties, and you can really tell that they truly were happy to be there. We hired Eventfull for our wedding this January at the Metropolitan Building. We actually heard about them by tasting their food at our friend’s wedding last year! We loved it so much and heard such good things from our friends that we decided to hire them for our own wedding. The tasting experience with Melody was great, she is kind and easy going, and the food was absolutely delicious. We hired them right away after that. Working with Melody was such a great experience and she was always an email away with any questions that were asked. The day of the wedding the staff and Andrew were absolutely amazing. Our guests raved about the dinner, hors d’oerves, and late night snack (we had Mac and cheese cups and sliders!). The staff was so attentive and even gave us left overs for the next day. Great experience, would highly recommend!!!

Melody came highly recommended by our wedding venue coordinator at The Bell House in Brooklyn. After the tasting (the food is soooo goood!) we knew that Melody and her team would be perfect for our wedding. A few things that we really appreciated: the online portal that she uses is really user friendly and includes all the details about the wedding (menu, costs, seating arrangements, timeline, etc.), Melody is super flexible and responsive about changes, and she was able to accommodate all of the dietary restrictions my guests had. We also realized that we needed a day-of coordinator when we got closer to the day of the wedding and for a discounted fee Melody offered to do it which was SO HELPFUL. The wedding went so smoothly, the food was so delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. We were incredibly grateful for her and her entire team. We would hire Eventfull catering again in a second. Thank you so much for everything!

We hired Eventfull to cater and staff our wedding at the Burden & Kahn Mansions, and we can honestly say that it was the smartest decision we have ever made. Melody is thoughtful, organized, and endlessly knowledgeable. In addition to helping us pick out our catering options, she provided so much more helpful relating to the venue and how to best utilize it. Melody also helped us find other vendors including our cake shop and wine and liquor provider, and coordinated with our rental company throughout. She was truly our ace in the hole. Everything went so smoothly, and we owe that to her overseeing the entire thing with a careful eye and a warm hand. The food was out of this world delicious—people are still gushing to us about how tasty everything was—and her staff was a dream to work with. There are not enough words to describe how excellent Eventfull is, so we’ll leave you with just two: hire them.

Melody was wonderful to work with. Even before we booked her, she put together a highly detailed budget based on what we were looking for (even broke out the price of buffet vs plated). As our wedding planning evolved, we added and subtracted and added back on various numbers, items, services etc. She was always responsive and somehow kept track of absolutely everything. Melody also acted as our day-of-coordinator and did a wonderful job working with all of our vendors and the venue. As caterer, she took on so many roles, but most importantly, the food was excellent! All the staff were very professional and really helped the evening go even better than we ever expected. Melody made planning a wedding much easier and tailored everything to our individual tastes.

Melody and her team did a amazing job catering our wedding. Melody provided a huge variety of options and on top of that was able to tailor the menu per our suggestions and personal preferences. Melody was professional and assisted in the planning process while also being incredibly flexible. We went in for multiple tastings as she fixed the menu to our liking. Melody was easily able to accommodate dietary restrictions to serve guests. The food was fantastic and our guests raved about it. It was great working with Melody and we would highly recommend Eventfull.

I can't imagine what would have happened to our wedding if we hadn't been working with Melody. First off, because of a family emergency we had to change the date and she couldn't have been more flexible or accommodating. Her whole approach is to make you feel at ease no matter the circumstances or challenges that ultimately arrive. Last minute change to the dance floor and lighting because of an issue with another vendor? She takes care of it. Worried about how the weather will effect your outdoor ceremony and reception? She works out all the contingencies. Need to have a tasting with both moms? No problem, she prepares a seven course meal with white linens that will rival the best restaurants in the city at her space in Brooklyn. And the food? Spectacular! The hardest part is choosing from so many great options and Melody was perfectly happy to modify some her existing dishes based on special requests. The mushroom profiteroles and NY Strip were two of our favorites but I'm not sure you can go wrong with any choice you make. We love Melody and are already trying to figure out how we can have another party just so we can work with her again.

Melody is amazing! She is incredibly helpful, organized and makes everything super easy for very busy brides! The menu was outstanding! My guests are still commenting on how great the food was two months later! Eventfull is easily the most bang for your buck in NYC. Highly recommend!!!!!

We had a tight budget for our wedding and shopped around to quite a few caterers. We loved Melody’s menu (and her other glowing reviews), but we initially thought she would fall outside our budget. However, after emailing back and forth a bit, Melody was super patient and flexible enough to tailor a menu that worked for us, found us an INCREDIBLE price on rentals, and worked within our budget. Then we actually got to sample the food and we were blown away. Melody provided us amazingly top notch, restaurant-level food at a super reasonable price. We were also really swayed by Melody herself: with every detail of the menu options, rentals, day-of timeline, specialty cocktail and budget-conscious request to provide our own alcohol, Melody took everything in stride. She was incredibly reassuring and was able to handle ANY request we had (and we had a lot!) without any issues at all. She and her staff helped us with our setup, turnover, and takedown, which was a lifesaver for us as all the decor and flowers were done by us, but we couldn’t be there to actually set it up on the day itself. Almost all our guests came up to us at various points in the wedding just to compliment the food. It’s difficult to stress just how amazingly delicious it was, and how perfectly it managed to satisfy everyone, despite a huge range of food preferences and dietary restrictions. What made it even more special was the service. We couldn’t believe just how attentive and courteous, warm and positive, all of the servers were, especially Celeste who attended the two of us throughout the night. Celeste anticipated everything we might need, made sure we were fed and had our cups full, and at one point she even noticed the bride scratching her neck and suddenly appeared with a bottle of bug spray! Another of the waitstaff came up to us at one point and complimented our vows, which just goes to show how much attention they gave us even though they probably attend these things all the time. Melody and her bar staff were even flexible with our timeline that evening, and let us add on an extra hour when the party on the dance floor looked like it was still going strong. Overall, Melody went far beyond what you’d expect from any normal caterer. We felt like we were in such good hands, and that we could just sit back and enjoy ourselves. She and her whole staff really went the extra mile for our wedding, making us feel incredibly special, and giving us the wonderful, memorable night we had imagined. We feel VERY lucky to have worked with Melody and her staff, and we simply can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Melody and team were great through out the whole process, answering all our questions and patiently working with us as we changed our minds. We did a "cocktail style" wedding and made us a delicious variety of appetizers at a great price. Eventfull worked with our budget and our vision. They even came through a few days before the wedding adding dessert when our original plan fell through. We also had some special ethnic food we wanted served and they accommodated, no questions asked! All of my guests loved the food and told me how nice the staff was. Definitely recommend Melody!

We can’t even begin to describe how impressed we are with Melody and her team. Melody is one of the nicest people we’ve met, and she made sure that everything went smoothly before and during our wedding. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch! Our guests are still raving about the food - even our European guests, who tend to have high standards. Some of our vegetarian guests actually told us that the butternut squash lasagna was one of the best vegetarian dishes they’ve ever had. We also had a personal server who made sure that we had enough food and drinks throughout the evening. We wholeheartedly recommend EVENTfull! Their price is very reasonable, and the bar package they provided was excellent as well.

Melody really made our wedding happen. We wanted to have our cocktails and dinner in two different places with a tight timeline. She made this possible so seamlessly. Also, she went above and beyond to work with the rental company to bring in the rentals for our wedding the night before (she had a wedding at the same venue the day before) so it saved cost and prep time for our wedding. Of course, the food and service were excellent. Our guests still rave about all hors d'oeuvres and dinner. Our venue only allowed white bar/food for cocktail and Melody gave us creative suggestions and was always willing to accommodate our needs. Melody is also extremely kind. We loved working with her and we recommend her and her staff with no hesitation! Thank you so much again, Melody!!!

We hired EventFull Catering to cater our wedding at the Brooklyn Historical Society. Melody was incredibly responsive, generous, competent, flexible, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. We did many phone calls, store visits, and coordination with other vendors and she was fantastic throughout it all. The final product was terrific. We had delicious food at the wedding and people were really pleased with dinner. The service was particularly excellent. We highly recommend Melody and her team! Thank you guys so much!

From the first time we met Melody though the last song on our wedding day Eventfull's team went above and beyond to make our day amazing. First of all, the food is fantastic. Some of the best wedding fare I've had. They also took great care of our guests and accommodated everyone's special dietary considerations from a special gluten free appetizer table to special vegetarian meals for the bride and other non-meat eating guests in addition to the 2 different entrees on our buffet. One of our guests couldn't stop raving about their cookies that are a little bonus at desert. On the wedding day the service was stellar. From my perspective (the Groom) they were invisible. I've been to a few weddings where the catering staff got in the way and made things difficult for everyone but Eventfull's team executed their job perfectly and moved dinner service along and kept everyone's glasses full of wine. Our guests gave rave reviews of both the food and the staff. When discussing staffing, Melody said she would assign a waiter to just take care of my Wife and I on the day. I first thought this was a bit excessive, but this took so much stress off and let us enjoy our wedding and not sweat the small stuff. So Andrew, thank you so much for being there for us. Not only did Andrew take care of simple things like make sure we had plates of appetizers ready for us during cocktail hour or a fresh drink but he also offered to run to startbucks when a bride's maid asked for coffee that was not yet ready. You helped so much in making our day perfect. We couldn't recommend Melody and Eventful higher to cater your wedding.

Thank you to Melody and her team! Our guests are STILL talking about the food a month after our wedding, and we're still craving the shrimp, the black bean quesadilla and the mushroom ravioli. (My husband would add the pulled pork.) Melody was more than a caterer, she also helped us navigate the set-up of our space and other finer points of the wedding day. We had 200 people at our wedding, and 4 weeks later people are still talking about how amazing the food was, and how great all of the bar and waiting staff were. We met with Melody a few times before the wedding itself. She is so friendly and so accommodating. She made sure to help us with all of our special requests, including letting us come for additional tastings. Throughout the evening itself the wait staff were always taking care of us, making sure we had tried each of the hors d'oeuvres we wanted and making sure our glasses were always full. We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Melody and her staff are the best ever!! They did the catering for our wedding and everything was super delicious! We went for 3 different cuisines: Mediterranean (Turkish), Dominican and American, since I'm Egyptian and my husband is Dominican, and they were all perfect! Every single cuisine was top notch! Most of our guests told us that the food was one, if not the best, highlight of our wedding :) Her staff is super attentive too, professional, helpful and very friendly. I can't wait for more of our friends to get married soon so that we could recommend Eventfull to them and get to eat the food again and again!! I highly recommend Melody and her staff as they're all amazing really :)

Melody and her team at Eventfull are truly wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough. We initially went in for a tasting about 6 months before our wedding at their kitchen and got to sample some of their wonderful dishes. From that moment on, Melody was always there for us via email or phone for any questions or concerns we had. She is so responsive and such a wonderful, nice person to work with! We changed our menu items a few times and she was always so flexible and easy-going about every little change, and offered great suggestions for us. We did family style dining at our wedding and everyone absolutely loved it and all the wonderful dishes. The Eventfull staff was fantastic too and went above and beyond for us, making sure that my husband and I each had our own full plates of hors d'oeuvres, all the main dishes and every dessert. Eventufull was great from beginning to end. Melody was flexible, understanding and professional throughout the entire process. Everything was on time, prepared beautifully, and tasted amazing! We really could not have asked for a better experience.

Melody made our wedding. With 160 guests we had passed hors d'oeuvres and a family style dinner at 501 Union, Brooklyn. Even our pickiest eaters were impressed with the quality of the food and service. Melody was not only incredibly responsive to both us and our wedding planner, but she took care of all the rental details. We would 100% recommend EventfulNYC.

WOW! I have ate a lot of awesome food in my life but Melody's food was by far amazing. Everything from the passed Hors d'oeuvres to our beautiful dinner. My husband was so full after that night he could barely move. The whole experience from start to finish was such a stress relief as Melody answered every question I had, bringing no delay with it. She organized all of my rentals and staff that I needed. Which was very helpful as another caterer I got a quote from paid no attention to that. Eventfull's pricing is great too as I talked to her about a budget and she tried her best to stay in it. Caterers can be very expensive in NYC area but Melody made it accommodating. Overall 6/5 Thank you for an amazing wedding.

If you need a caterer in Brooklyn, I would highly recommend Melody, owner of Eventfulll Caterers! We had our daughter's wedding reception at the W Loft, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Melody prepared delicious appetizers to pass around all night, along with an open buffet table, pass around desserts, and after party delicacies. Everything was presented beautifully! Her food was delicious, she paid attention to my gluten free needs, her staff was polite and well dressed, and she was super easy to talk to. She was always available by phone as well as email, showed up promptly, and stayed to the very end. WOW!!! Melody and her team made our went out of their way to meet every request and make our wedding beyond expectations. From our first interview, to our day after brunch, the food was delicious and her energy was infectious. She designed the perfect menu for a vegetarian and a carnivore who both love dessert. Melody helped us with the location, rentals, bar and even made time to help us stay within budget. And most importantly our guest loved the food!! If we could give Eventfull more stars, we would!!

Professional with AMAZING food. You could not ask for a better combination. Melody catered our wedding in May at the Brooklyn Historical Society I would absolutely hire Melody in a heartbeat. Planning our NY wedding from California, she was always available whenever I was in town to meet me and more importantly, flexible with all of my crazy travel plans. The day of: The waitstaff were prompt, well-dressed, courteous, polite, and were exceedingly professional. The food was absolutely delicious. Three weeks later, my husband is STILL dreaming (and talking frequently) about how delicious the salmon was. My grandmother ate her entire plate of food, and she claimed that "she has NEVER finished an entire plate of food in her entire life". People were floored with how delicious the hors d'oeuvre were (especially the steak with chimichurri sauce) and how great the entrees were. Just one example of how Melody truly understands the industry is that during the cocktail hour, when bride/groom were busy doing photographs, Melody had the waiter that was assigned to us (bride and groom) come and serve us a plate with a sample of ALL the hors-d'oeuvre! Melody breaks down the pricing (very affordable) into food costs and catering costs. We were aware ahead of time that catering staff gets paid after the event based on their hours worked, which seems very practical and reasonable to me. We also knew both amounts well before the day of our wedding, so we could plan ahead. My summary of this review: hire her. Melody understands and anticipates what her clients need. I know I will be hiring her for any future events I need.

When we decided we wanted to do a loft wedding, we initially got worried because of the sky-high prices and unfriendly attitudes we initially encountered in meeting NYC caterers. However, from the first time we met Melody, we realized that not only was the loft wedding we wanted achievable, but that Melody was on top of all of the details and coordination that makes DIY venues difficult. She always patiently answered emails and questions very quickly, she walked us through all of our options and the decisions we had to make, and the food we tried was uniformly delicious. On the day of the wedding, all of our guests commented on how great the food was and how friendly and professional the staff was. They made our event unforgettable. We would recommend them without reservations.

We love the food served at our wedding and received many compliments from our guests as well. the service was excellent as well. we felt the quality of the service and food came for a really good value. Everyone at Eventfull is very personable and easy to work with. I felt great about supporting a woman-owned business as well. The day of my event went very smoothly in large part due to the caterers! I was very happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them to anyone considering using them.

I cannot say enough about head chef and owner Melody Ozdenak and her catering services. She was a key component in crafting our special day. We needed to incorporate our family's Thai and Filipino cuisine and she was more than willing to tailor her menu to honor our requests. Not only was she so accommodating she was such a professional and handled every nuance of the planning and execution with expertise. She quickly responded to my emails and helped in any way she could. It was such an easy experience that I am so thankful I had the luck to choose Melody as my caterer. Her food is delicious, well prepared and her selection is abundant. She is priced very fairly and for her level of service she is in my opinion, a steal! Can I just say her wait staff was excellent and from reports of my guests, very attentive and good looking to boot! My personal wedding servers that delivered the cocktail hour food and drinks to our bridal room were also very accommodating and attentive as well. She also had a full staff of chefs and a front of the house manager that kept the night and waitstaff/bartenders moving seamlessly. I was thoroughIy impressed with how well the night progressed with no hiccups that I could perceive (blessing!). I would say of all my vendors I am the most pleased w/ Eventfull.nyc and definitely would refer them as your caterer! Really. Can't. Say. Enough!

Melody is fantastic and detail oriented. As an event planner myself, I was nervous about all the things that could go wrong on the big day. I was able to hand things over to Melody and her staff with confidence, and that was a relief. The food was outstanding. Not only were we able to customize the menu, but everything that was brought out was fantastic. Not just good, but really terrific. The servers that Melody works with are well-trained. Our guests were well attended to both in their seats and at the bar. We had many people compliment the service as well as the food. We had a wonderful experience working with Melody and Eventfull and would love to work with her again for other special occasions.

we hired this company for my little sister`s wedding, I cannot say more than excellent!! Professional stuff and food was amazing, delicious, from appetizers to drinks everything was perfectly planned. And I will be hiring the same company for my own coming wedding end of this month.

Eventfull did a good job catering our wedding. The event ran smoothly, quickly, and the food was delicious. They worked well with the challenges of our venue, communicated with us daily the week of the wedding (including after hours as needed), and we were able to relax and have a good time with friends and family.
