We had an amazing experience with EVENTFULLNYC for our wedding! Melody was incredibly responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She was patient with all of our updates and made everything feel easy and stress-free. One thing we especially appreciated was Melody's excellent relationship with our reception venue. She knew the venue inside and out, worked seamlessly with their team, and anticipated details before we even had to ask. That experience made the entire planning process and wedding day run so smoothly. The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests about both the cocktail hour and dinner. The service on the wedding day was flawless—professional, attentive, and perfectly coordinated. Thank you, Melody and the entire EVENTFULLNYC team, for helping make our wedding so special. For my son and daughter-in-law's wedding at Greenpoint Loft in the spring, we hosted 170 guests and ultimately chose Melody and the Eventfull team. We started our search over a year in advance, and Melody immediately stood out. Over the course of what must have been a thousand emails, she remained exceptionally responsive, positive and accommodating to every unique idea we proposed. Her extensive experience and deep familiarity with the nuances of Greenpoint Loft—a beautiful but raw and empty warehouse space requiring everything from ovens to tables to be brought in—were invaluable. Melody navigated our complex culinary vision with ease. Late in the planning process, the couple decided on appetizers from their favorite Korean restaurant and dinner from a preferred Italian spot. Melody took complete charge of this logistical challenge, coordinating directly with the restaurant chefs to manage food quantities, delivery timing, plating, and presentation. Her ability to oversee the kitchen and timing for external vendors was truly incredible. Beyond catering, Melody managed all rentals—including tables, linens, servingware and silverware—and flawlessly executed the bar setup with our provided alcohol. Her team handled every detail, from setting tables with name cards and menus to diligently tracking guest food allergies. The day was seamless thanks to Melody’s proactive communication with our other vendors and day-of wedding coordinator. The entire staff was professional and efficient; a special thank you to Nico, who ensured the wedding couple and our families were well-attended to throughout the evening. Melody and her staff truly went above and beyond. Knowing Melody was in charge allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. She and her team made the planning process enjoyable and the execution flawless. I cannot recommend Eventfull highly enough.
