Melody and her team are the exact type of partners you want on your side for your wedding. They’re experienced, fast, friendly, and downright good people. We can’t tell you how many people came up to us after the wedding to compliment us on not only the quality of the food, but the quality of the service too. They slung passed apps during cocktail hour and made sure everyone got everything. It was a huge discussion between my wife and I to get stations or not during the hour, and we decided not to; my fear was that people would leave hungry, but Melody made sure everyone got multiples of everything during cocktail hour. It was fantastic. For the wedding, we did family style, and once again, Melody’s team ensured everyone had enough of everything and no one left hungry. This is everything on the wedding day, but we can’t tell you how at home Melody made us feel from the first time we met her. She answered all our questions and emails with grace and patience and gave helpful suggestions when we were deliberating options. She’s so communicative and so friendly, which is everything you want.

We loved working with Eventfull to cater our winter wedding in Brooklyn! Melody was so easy to work with as we considered different menu options and was happy to find ways to work within our budget! They have a wide menu to choose from and we loved picking appetizers, mains, and desserts that matched our guests' tastes. An unexpected bonus was how much they felt a part of the team as we got closer to the wedding day. At our walkthrough we met Olga who handled our wedding, and she was so genuinely kind and helpful. It felt like she was rooting for us and invested in making sure everything was perfect. On the day of, we felt so taken care of with snack plates and cocktails for us post-ceremony. And the food was delicious! A month later and people are still talking about the short ribs! If you're looking for an experienced caterer who truly cares that your day is perfect, look no further!

EVENTFULLNYC was a delight to work with. We felt cared-for from the first tasting to our big day, and even were able to take home dinner since we barely had time to eat at our wedding. Plus, a wonderful member of the catering staff was on hand to make sure we hydrated and never wanted for anything all day. Melody and her team are great!

Melody and her team were so amazing! Melody was such a kind individual to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. She was extremely patient with our (many!) questions, and we were so grateful that she also coordinated our rentals. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food (they're still talking about it!) and the service on our wedding day. We were especially appreciative for the server who was personally assigned to us and our family members. My husband and I received a plate of hors d'ouevres from our server a few minutes after entering cocktail hour, and he was kind enough to get us drink refills throughout the night as well. We can't thank Melody and the Eventfull team enough for their amazing service and the incredible food!

Truly could not recommend Melody and the team more. First off, Melody was fantastic and on top of everything from the moment we started working with her. She is also an extremely kind soul and really wants the day to be perfect for you. Her team was also so great (leading up and day of). They worked with us to customize a menu and were able to make our vision come to life. And of course, our guests raved about the food!! From the cocktail hour (sushi, mini hamburgers) to the main course (chicken, eggplant parm) - EVENTfull was a huge hit.

When planning a wedding you want to work with someone who is price transparent, provides excellent service and product at a reasonable cost, is responsive, personable, helpful, patient and organized. Melody was an absolute dream to work with! All of the 5-star reviews for EventfullNYC are a true testament to how exceptional they really are. All of our planning together for my 10/15/23 wedding was incredibly seamless and on top of being super kind, she was always so quick to respond and answer any questions. The food was absolutely amazing!!! (We knew it would be from our tasting), but everything was a 10/10 and all of our friends / family could not stop raving about it all. We could not be happier that we worked with Melody - she and her team truly helped bring our dream wedding to life!!

Melody and her team were a complete DREAM to work with. Not only was the food amazing, she was fast to respond to my emails. and questions. We had an unexpected family emergency which greatly impacted my budget, but Melody was able to suggest ideas to make my new budget work for me but also for her and her staff to be paid appropriately. In a very stressful time in my families life, Melody was kind, calm, and caring. It truly meant a lot to me. All of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the chicken was juicy and amazing. Sometimes it is always hard to tell if your tasting will taste the same when it is cooked on a mass scale-This was definitely not the case with Eventfull, the food was just a delicious as our tasting. Melody and the Eventfull team are the absolute best and amazing vendors to work with! From every detail including food, food service, drink service, event management and rental organization - they were the BEST!! They catered our wedding and the food was absolutely amazing. Melody is so kind to work with and was helpful with all of my questions. If you want your event to be perfect, use Eventfull! From our first tasting to the big day, Melody and her team were excellent. We loved the range of food options, the flavors, dietary accommodations and attentiveness. Melody also handled coordinating the extra rentals which was a huge weight off our shoulders. The day of the wedding Melody had a dedicated team member making sure we were able to eat off to the side which was very helpful. They also went above and beyond and handed out our party favors to the guests for us! We can’t thank Eventfull enough for a memorable wedding with meals guests continue to rave about!

We had a great experience working with Melody! She was flexible when we wanted to utilize different vendors relating to food and was responsive via email. She was lovely to collaborate with and the appetizers were delicious! Melody handled every part of our wedding with professionalism and helped make the evening magical.

Melody and her team are exceptional! We had the utmost pleasure working with her, Olga and each of the staff members. Our experience was so outstanding, we wish we had another event to plan just so we could work with EventfullNYC again! My husband and I really enjoyed our tasting, and we were slightly concerned the food quality would regress since the quantities would be much larger the day of our wedding. To the contrary, the food tasted even better! Many of our guests raved about their meals - the chicken Provençal was packed with flavor, the filet mignon perfectly cooked and tender, and the truffle potato gratin - to die for! Moreover, the service was perfectly in sync. Meals were served at the right temperature and in an efficient and timely manner. There were several wedding guests with dietary restrictions, and Melody and her team went above and beyond to accommodate every request. They successfully satisified the appetites of everyone including our gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian guests. We couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without EventfullNYC!

If I could give Melody and her team 10 stars I would. I don't even know where to begin with giving her compliments, sharing my gratitude or recommending her and her team 100 times over. Melody is absolutely AMAZING and SPECTACULAR and WONDERFUL! Not to mention her food is something my guests are still talking about!! Melody's customer service from day one drew us in and kept us around. Then we got to try to her food and we fell even more in love. Melody's food is the BEST wedding food my husband and I have ever tasted. The presentation of the food was perfect and Melody's team was so efficient and professional in their delivery of the food. Melody was so hands on when helping with the rental order and she made the entire process so easy and smooth. Melody was by far our most favorite wedding vendor and I cannot recommend her enough. We worked with Event Full NYC for our wedding in June, and they did a really lovely job. We had a great time picking out our menu for the event, and Melody was able to provide us with an excellent tasting in advance. They also coordinated all of the rentals for our venue, which was a big help since our venue didn't have its own stock. The food was delicious, and the pricing was really reasonable. Communication was sometimes inconsistent, but it had no bearing on our event. We're definitely happy we went with them!

Having Eventfull catering for our wedding was the best decision my husband and I ever made. Not only were people raving about the food all night and continuously coming up to us to tell us how good it was, but everyone who worked the event was so lovely. Melody, our day of coordinator was so relaxed the whole day, so professional, and so fun. She made this whole process run smoothly over the last 10 months and was always there for me, every single step of the way. Her calming presence and her helpful guidance made everything so easy on our wedding day. We will never be able to thank her and her staff enough. Best catering company EVER. I don’t even eat meat and had 3 slices of beef. That’s how good Eventfull catering was.

I can't recommend Melody and the Eventfull team enough. We chose a pretty DIY venue for our wedding so finding the right catering team to bring our wedding together was really important. Melody was so patient with me in the beginning when I was trying to get quotes and cost out what we could afford that I seriously think she's a saint. I remember going to the tasting just praying the food was ok, because I'd put this poor women through the ringer over email. It was more than ok, it was delicious! We're food people and our friends know it, serving boring food at our wedding really was not an option, and Melody helped us create an eclectic menu that suited us and also our guests. We had a nut-free wedding and then also had to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan guests. Melody didn't bat an eye. We still have friends talking to us about the sweet potato au gratin with chipotle crema, and I think we always will, it was that good. Some vendors make you feel guilty you have a budget, Melody actually listened to our needs and genuinely helped us find a way to get exactly what we wanted within our means. This is a woman who hand sourced the pumpkin for our pumpkin risotto to be served from because they were hard to find this year! Come on! The average vendor is not going to do that. I can honestly say that our wedding would not have been the event it was without Eventfull. I feel so lucky we found them, and I would not hesitate to work with this team again for another event in the future.

Melody was so easy to work with and so responsive. She was so kind and worked with us to make our day as special as we imagine. We set up a tasting and left filled to our delight. She absolutely spoiled us ad the food the day of was just as delicious! Our wedding was a cocktail style reception so we stuck to passed appetizers and small desserts. Everything was delicious and displayed neatly. The serving staff was kind and the presentation of the food was very nice. Melody set up all necessary rentals so that really we had nothing to worry about. Some guests mentioned not seeing all the different types of food but most guests said the food was absolutely delicious and some claimed to get more than their fill. I believe that maybe there were just issues with staff spreading out or visiting different areas of the venue but I am honestly unsure and knew it would be a risk of doing passed foods. I also wished we had had a plate set aside for us (the bride and groom) as we were really unable to keep up with the food coming out and all the directions we were being pulled in (not their fault at all, more ours for not thinking of it ahead of time but might be a good thing for them to consider offering for similar events). Everything I did taste however was FANTASTIC. They have SO many options and they were able to very easily adapt the menu to be nearly entirely gluten free and nut free with us and our guests being made aware of these options. The kids also had chicken fingers, fries and mac & cheese, which they seemed to enjoy. The mac & cheese was also approved by the adults haha Our young nephew with a nut allergy was SO pleased to be able to eat almost everything for once and his mother was so relieved to not have to ask about every dish. He definitely gives Eventfull an A++! Overall we were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend!

Melody and her Team were beyond phenomenal!! Every request we had she fulfilled! She is extremely communicative and thoughtful during the whole process. You can tell she really cares about what we wanted for our special day. She was not only our caterer but also our DOC. She had everything organized and down from A to Z. Everything was beautiful and amazing when we arrived at our venue. She put so much attention to detail on every aspect of our wedding especially for it being on Halloween! Her wait staff and bar staff did a phenomenal job and every one of our guests were treated like kings and queens! But most of all the food that was served was AMAZING!! Not one complaint but a million compliments!! We were so happy we chose her and her team! Go and choose Eventfull NYC, you will not be disappointed!!

If you’re looking for a caterer - look NO FURTHER! Truly, you have found the best in the business AND at an affordable rate. Melody and team absolutely CRUSHED our September wedding. I cannot begin to tell you how many people made it a point to compliment the food from beginning to end. Service was timely, the food is INCREDIBLE, and Melody was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. After our first wedding in late 2020 got postponed, Melody was there every step of the way - even helping us iron out guest count in the 2 weeks before the event as we had last minute cancellations due to the delta variant. I’ve also attended a wedding of a friend where Eventfull was the caterer and the experience was just a great then. Staff was so kind and generous, professional and offered a fine dining experience. Cannot recommend this team more!

Finding a caterer was one of our most challenging tasks, but after speaking with Melody and going to a tasting, the decision was a no brainer. Melody is kind, responsive and attentive. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. After the ceremony, my mother and bridesmaids were having trouble with my bustle. Brad, the day of manager, checked in constantly, and brought us refreshments and hors d’oeuvres. We would have missed cocktail hour otherwise. Would highly recommend choosing Melody and her team for your big day.

Melody’s food is absolutely incredible! We waited almost 2 years from our first tasting (covid postponement) and the food was even better than we remembered! Not only was the food amazing but Melody was so helpful throughout the whole process. Always answering emails promptly, and just making sure the whole event ran smoothly. Melody and her team at Eventfull were absolutely spectacular. Not only was Melody so kind, flexible, and organized, but the food and service was awesome. All of the guests were talking about how delicious the food was at our reception - they loved everything from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the entree and main courses to the mini cookies for dessert. We had the truffle mushroom ravioli as a starter and friends came up to say that while they don't even like mushrooms, they finished their plate because it was so delicious! I cannot recommend Melody and her team enough. Wedding planning is so stressful, especially during this crazy time, and Melody truly helped alleviate some of my stress. Melody was the best thing that happened to our canceled wedding! She went completely above and beyond for us, and completely exceeded our expectations. She offered an extensive choice of foods and even made us our favorite pasta dish. The food was fantastic and were still talking about it! Melody acted more so as a wedding planner than a caterer and took care of ordering a cake and taking core of table and linen rentals. We had an emergency situation during the wedding and her staff could not have been more professional and hospitable. There was no detail left out and she was a pleasure to work with. Melody and her Eventfull team were our saving grace! After postponing then canceling our original wedding plans due to Covid, Melody helped us bring a beautiful backyard wedding to life in no time. She was responsive, really listened, was both incredibly professional and friendly all at the same time, and delivered STELLAR food that not only tasted amazing but looked beautiful. Melody is extremely prompt with communication, always a positive, happy, and filled with a genuine can-do attitude, quick on her feet, and an overall joy and pleasure to work with. I am a wedding planner based in Napa California, and my bride's wedding had to be relocated from California to NYC just within one month of her new wedding date! Melody was INSTRUMENTAL in pulling together thier wedding in under a month while planning a bi-coastal wedding in such a short amount of time (and with having to pull together a rain plan just a few days before their wedding!). She made everything happen with grace and ease and her staff were absolutley a reflection of her on the day of. It was a very hot day and we were all in tight quarters for the evening. Not one of them ever complained, in fact they all seemed to have a permanent smile on their faces the entire evening. They worked so hard for this couple, going above and beyond their normal duties, and you can really tell that they truly were happy to be there. We hired Eventfull for our wedding this January at the Metropolitan Building. We actually heard about them by tasting their food at our friend’s wedding last year! We loved it so much and heard such good things from our friends that we decided to hire them for our own wedding. The tasting experience with Melody was great, she is kind and easy going, and the food was absolutely delicious. We hired them right away after that. Working with Melody was such a great experience and she was always an email away with any questions that were asked. The day of the wedding the staff and Andrew were absolutely amazing. Our guests raved about the dinner, hors d’oerves, and late night snack (we had Mac and cheese cups and sliders!). The staff was so attentive and even gave us left overs for the next day. Great experience, would highly recommend!!!

Melody came highly recommended by our wedding venue coordinator at The Bell House in Brooklyn. After the tasting (the food is soooo goood!) we knew that Melody and her team would be perfect for our wedding. A few things that we really appreciated: the online portal that she uses is really user friendly and includes all the details about the wedding (menu, costs, seating arrangements, timeline, etc.), Melody is super flexible and responsive about changes, and she was able to accommodate all of the dietary restrictions my guests had. We also realized that we needed a day-of coordinator when we got closer to the day of the wedding and for a discounted fee Melody offered to do it which was SO HELPFUL. The wedding went so smoothly, the food was so delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. We were incredibly grateful for her and her entire team. We would hire Eventfull catering again in a second. Thank you so much for everything!

We hired Eventfull to cater and staff our wedding at the Burden & Kahn Mansions, and we can honestly say that it was the smartest decision we have ever made. Melody is thoughtful, organized, and endlessly knowledgeable. In addition to helping us pick out our catering options, she provided so much more helpful relating to the venue and how to best utilize it. Melody also helped us find other vendors including our cake shop and wine and liquor provider, and coordinated with our rental company throughout. She was truly our ace in the hole. Everything went so smoothly, and we owe that to her overseeing the entire thing with a careful eye and a warm hand. The food was out of this world delicious—people are still gushing to us about how tasty everything was—and her staff was a dream to work with. There are not enough words to describe how excellent Eventfull is, so we’ll leave you with just two: hire them.

Melody was wonderful to work with. Even before we booked her, she put together a highly detailed budget based on what we were looking for (even broke out the price of buffet vs plated). As our wedding planning evolved, we added and subtracted and added back on various numbers, items, services etc. She was always responsive and somehow kept track of absolutely everything. Melody also acted as our day-of-coordinator and did a wonderful job working with all of our vendors and the venue. As caterer, she took on so many roles, but most importantly, the food was excellent! All the staff were very professional and really helped the evening go even better than we ever expected. Melody made planning a wedding much easier and tailored everything to our individual tastes.

I can't imagine what would have happened to our wedding if we hadn't been working with Melody. First off, because of a family emergency we had to change the date and she couldn't have been more flexible or accommodating. Her whole approach is to make you feel at ease no matter the circumstances or challenges that ultimately arrive. Last minute change to the dance floor and lighting because of an issue with another vendor? She takes care of it. Worried about how the weather will effect your outdoor ceremony and reception? She works out all the contingencies. Need to have a tasting with both moms? No problem, she prepares a seven course meal with white linens that will rival the best restaurants in the city at her space in Brooklyn. And the food? Spectacular! The hardest part is choosing from so many great options and Melody was perfectly happy to modify some her existing dishes based on special requests. The mushroom profiteroles and NY Strip were two of our favorites but I'm not sure you can go wrong with any choice you make. We love Melody and are already trying to figure out how we can have another party just so we can work with her again.

We had a tight budget for our wedding and shopped around to quite a few caterers. We loved Melody’s menu (and her other glowing reviews), but we initially thought she would fall outside our budget. However, after emailing back and forth a bit, Melody was super patient and flexible enough to tailor a menu that worked for us, found us an INCREDIBLE price on rentals, and worked within our budget. Then we actually got to sample the food and we were blown away. Melody provided us amazingly top notch, restaurant-level food at a super reasonable price. We were also really swayed by Melody herself: with every detail of the menu options, rentals, day-of timeline, specialty cocktail and budget-conscious request to provide our own alcohol, Melody took everything in stride. She was incredibly reassuring and was able to handle ANY request we had (and we had a lot!) without any issues at all. She and her staff helped us with our setup, turnover, and takedown, which was a lifesaver for us as all the decor and flowers were done by us, but we couldn’t be there to actually set it up on the day itself. Almost all our guests came up to us at various points in the wedding just to compliment the food. It’s difficult to stress just how amazingly delicious it was, and how perfectly it managed to satisfy everyone, despite a huge range of food preferences and dietary restrictions. What made it even more special was the service. We couldn’t believe just how attentive and courteous, warm and positive, all of the servers were, especially Celeste who attended the two of us throughout the night. Celeste anticipated everything we might need, made sure we were fed and had our cups full, and at one point she even noticed the bride scratching her neck and suddenly appeared with a bottle of bug spray! Another of the waitstaff came up to us at one point and complimented our vows, which just goes to show how much attention they gave us even though they probably attend these things all the time. Melody and her bar staff were even flexible with our timeline that evening, and let us add on an extra hour when the party on the dance floor looked like it was still going strong. Overall, Melody went far beyond what you’d expect from any normal caterer. We felt like we were in such good hands, and that we could just sit back and enjoy ourselves. She and her whole staff really went the extra mile for our wedding, making us feel incredibly special, and giving us the wonderful, memorable night we had imagined. We feel VERY lucky to have worked with Melody and her staff, and we simply can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Melody and team were great through out the whole process, answering all our questions and patiently working with us as we changed our minds. We can’t even begin to describe how impressed we are with Melody and her team. Melody is one of the nicest people we’ve met, and she made sure that everything went smoothly before and during our wedding. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch! Our guests are still raving about the food - even our European guests, who tend to have high standards. Some of our vegetarian guests actually told us that the butternut squash lasagna was one of the best vegetarian dishes they’ve ever had. We also had a personal server who made sure that we had enough food and drinks throughout the evening. We wholeheartedly recommend EVENTfull! Their price is very reasonable, and the bar package they provided was excellent as well.

Melody really made our wedding happen. We wanted to have our cocktails and dinner in two different places with a tight timeline. She made this possible so seamlessly. Also, she went above and beyond to work with the rental company to bring in the rentals for our wedding the night before (she had a wedding at the same venue the day before) so it saved cost and prep time for our wedding. Of course, the food and service were excellent. Our guests still rave about all hors d'oeuvres and dinner. Our venue only allowed white bar/food for cocktail and Melody gave us creative suggestions and was always willing to accommodate our needs. Melody is also extremely kind.
