We changed our minds several times and she was always there to offer suggestions and answer any questions we had. Throughout the wedding planning process, she was great at getting back to us in a timely manner. Lynell was so great at being there to allow us to pick up some decor items early and made it so fun the entire time. Lynell was wonderful with setup and tearing down the day after the wedding. This is a great team if you're needing items to rent for your wedding or any celebration! Such bubbly personalities and their talent really shines through in all they do. The most outstanding thing was when one of our friends was picking up the chairs and runners and forgot the runners! Monica hand delivered them to our wedding venue free of charge! She handled everything for me completely on the day of my wedding, even extra things I should've done myself she took care of.
