Eventfully Yours

, which Cindy and her staff loaded in our vehicle. I appreciated the fore thought in the timeline and her ability to keep everyone involved on the same page throughout the day and evening of the wedding. The biggest compliment I can give this staff was how they kept my daughter at ease and helped her seamlessly transition step by step throughout the day with little stress and no worry. Highly recommend.

the wedding day. I had no stress that day because I knew the EY team had it all under control. I would choose to work with Cindy a million times over. I would highly recommend her to any bride looking for a stress free experience!

e and enthusiasm!

ely beautiful!

st importantly Cindy allows you the space to be as relaxed or specific as you want to be about each aspect of your wedding which was amazing! Extra bonus would be that Cindy and Sandra are just great to be around and spend time with planning and on wedding day, great team!

endors made the wedding planning and wedding run smoothly. She was highly organized. Her timelines and to-do lists gave me peace of mind that everything was getting done in a timely fashion - which as mother of the bride was priceless. The wedding was beautiful! Cindy and her staff handled everything perfectly! I highly recommend Eventfully Yours and Cindy Vollertsen!!

r to change or tweak something she got it done! She could multi task and also expected only the best from the caterer, bartenders, etc. I would recommend Cindy to anyone planning a wedding.

oblems that came up effortlessly and made sure we did not have to stress about anything. BEST WEDDING PLANNER A COUPLE COULD ASK FOR!

a COVID wedding) or on my wedding day but any little hiccup that arose she was ready and took care of it without me even knowing which was perfect. She went above and beyond and help reschedule our wedding without a hitch. My husband and I felt automatically like she was part of the family. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. You will not be sorry working with her, she will literally make everything seamless during a time that can become stressful.

the pandemic. She was always very responsive, reliable, and detail oriented. She was very helpful in planning the big and small details, and offered recommendations for amazing vendors who all together made our wedding truly unforgettable. My wedding day was stress free thanks to Cindy and her assistant. Working with Eventfully Yours was the best decision I ever made when planning my wedding and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a wedding planner/coordinator!

were forced to reschedule due to the pandemic. Her recommended vendors came thru flawlessly and helped to create the wedding of our daughter’s dreams. Cindy’s direction during the ceremony and reception went beyond what we expected and was noted by many of our guests. I truly believe her knowledge and guidance was a big part of creating a day of beautiful memories for our family and friends .

o be my planner. The day of our wedding I did not like my bouquet. While setting up our venue and dealing with vendors, she gracefully took my bouquet, fixed it to my liking and brought it back. No questions asked. She was extremely professional and personable. We were very impressed and are so happy we chose her to run our big day!

ner plans along the way as Coronavirus kept changing the landscape of our wedding. In the end it was a beautiful event and provided memories to last a lifetime.

rhood, surrounded by a small group and it was perfect. She spent hours riding around in the golf cart making our photos special, made the timing of the ceremony perfect, and helped me pick out the perfect accessories. Thank you!

someone that would help ease the pressure of making our big day a success and she did that and then some.  She always provided multiple vendor choices and seemed to have firsthand knowledge about almost every vendor we were curious about. Cindy was always punctual, arriving at every prospective ceremony site before us and waiting with a smile.  We really appreciated how she REALLY listened to what we wanted and helped to make even our smallest details come to fruition.  Her professionalism and upbeat spirit made all of our appointments together productive and fun, which helped to make our planning process even more memorable. She kept us on task for things we wanted to do personally with email reminders and the oh so helpful checklists! By the time got to within 2 weeks of the wedding, we were able to relax and kinda enjoy the lead up as most of the hard work had been done.    Cindy was SO phenomenal on our wedding day. I never had trouble finding her if I needed something and all of my friends and family raved about what an awesome job she did.  One thing about Cindy that I will remember the most is that my wife and I had one VERY explicit request about the handling of late guests and she gracefully carried out our wishes. One of my best friends was our photographer and he has shot more than his fair share of wedding over the last 15 years. He told me that Cindy was by far the best wedding planner he had ever worked with.   I would recommend Eventfully Yours to anyone that desires a planner that make you feel that your special day is as important to them as it is to you!

ork with a planner like Cindy! She's personable, organized and SUPER TALENTED! These make her and the Eventfully Yours team a NO-BRAINER when it comes to hiring the best of the best! :)

urs for a completely successful and beautiful wedding!

. I highly recommend Cindy and look forward to many more weddings with Eventfully Yours!!

ding and the process. We didn’t have to worry as we knew Cindy had it all covered and under control. Cindy is very organized and her attention to detail is impressive, all while keeping in constant communication with us. I highly recommend Cindy and Eventfully Yours to plan your wedding. We enjoyed our wedding and so did our guests. Thank you !

I’ve only ever dealt with 1 wedding coordinator ever in my life, but I’m so thankful that I picked Cindy to be mine. Everything on the day of my wedding went so smoothly. Our setup was running a little slow and we had to start getting ready and Cindy took it upon herself to stay and accept all the venues and everything else that needed setup for us, so when we were done getting ready and came back for the ceremony everything was exactly how I imagined it! If anybody is thinking I don’t need a coordinator I’ll do it by myself because it’s cheaper...let me tell you I’d happily spend that money again haha

ful decorations, communication with the vendors and the on-time wedding ceremony. The reception ran smoothly and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. From the cocktail hour to the send off Cindy made sure everyone had what they needed. The Bride and Groom were her top priority and they seemed relaxed and enjoyed their own wedding. I highly recommend Cindy at Eventually Yours.

ours, is that Cindy truly cares about her clients and fulfilling their dreams for their event. Cindy genuinely loves what she does and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner!

ly Yours was able to step in last minute and quite literally saved the day! They brought up a number of points that our previous coordinator had missed and were able to ensure we had an awesome and truly perfect wedding! They had their game faces on and saw us through to the end and handled every issue that arose down to even the most minor of things. We couldn’t be happier with Eventfully Yours and would absolutely choose them again if we had to do it all over again! You can’t go wrong here!

in the Charleston area. I landed on Cindy primarily for her Faith based business, and y’all let me tell you she was a blessing on my wedding day that I didn’t know I needed. I wasn’t the most responsive bride when it came to wedding stuff (work has been really stressful and takes up 99% of my time), and Cindy didn’t let it interfere with her job at all. Cindy beat me to the venue the day of the wedding, and her and Tammy hit the ground running getting everything ready (seriously they killed it). I know all the behind the scenes stuff isn’t always easy to put together, but it came together seamlessly the day of the wedding. While I truly appreciate all of the hard work Cindy and Tammy did one small thing stuck out above the others that made me thankful God sent her my way. While waiting outside to go into the church I had a small case of nerves (not enough to run away, but just enough that I needed a little encouragement) and Cindy sat and prayed with me over mine and Adam’s upcoming marriage. That small prayer was just enough to get me over my nerves, and excited to marry the man of my dreams. If you’re looking for someone to help you through the wedding planning ups and downs then Cindy is it. She was a blessing on my wedding day, and I promise she’ll be a blessing on yours.

o smoothly! We would absolutely recommend this service for anyone considering a coordinator service. We can only describe our wedding day as "perfect", and the people at Eventfully Yours were a major part of that perfection.

knew she was the one for us. I enjoyed working with her immensely, she was always accessible, super organized, and had the best vendor suggestions. She orchestrated our vow renewal ceremony and reception at our private residence with ease and professionalism. I highly recommend her!

oms! Couldn’t thank them enough and loved having them be a part of our day!

to worry one bit. We had a smaller wedding that was all our friends and family. They fit right in! Which is what you want from a wedding planner team. They handled everything and felt like family! Highly recommend them for anyone getting married near the Charleston area.

oordinated a perfect timeline, and assisted me (the bride) and the groom in any way possible. It was nice just relaxing and knowing they had things handled throughout it all. We were able to just focus on our day and spending it with our guests. They are the sweetest and so amazing at their jobs! They deserve 10x what they charge! After all was said and done, I consider them friends and can't thank them enough for helping bring my dream wedding to life!

leaving she did everything we asked. She is flexible when things are traditional or untraditional. We highly recommend Miss Cindy and Eventfully yours. You will not find a better wedding and event planner in SC!!

able to have my bouquet. In addition..my groom nor groomsmen has boutineers. Wouldn’t you think a wedding planner would notice that before they head down the aisle? Also, my groom and I had no plates, or forks to cut the cake. Prior to the wedding my fiancé and I had to completely re-do our time line as there were huge gaps. I would highly recommend you do your wedding yourself before hiring Cindy and Sarah.

uple and the health of our marriage, not just the wedding. As the wedding approached she thought of and took care of every last detail and was there to answer any of my last minute questions. Cindy and her team were so professional the day of, and worked with my rather challenging family!! Additionally, we created our own venue at a private residence and they were a tremendous help in figuring out our layout, power/electrical needs and all of the little details that made our day a reality! Cindy has a calm, nurturing and joyful presence about her - exactly what I needed on my wedding day. She even stopped and prayed for me minutes before I walked down the aisle as she saw the nerves were starting to kick-in. It was so evident that she and her team wanted it to be the most joyful and stress-free day for me and my now husband. Truly the best decision in planning my wedding - go with Eventfully Yours!!

closely with Cindy through the process. Throughout the year of my planning, Cindy would check in on me every couple of months to see if she could help with anything or give me recommendations of vendors. She even invited me to go to The Big Fake Wedding - Charleston with her to get an idea of what other vendors I still needed to book. Her and Sarah took over about 2-3 weeks before the wedding and were a dream come true! They took care of everything on the actual wedding day and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My DIY centerpieces were placed exactly how I wanted them on the tables and they helped place other decor and flowers to fit my exact vision. If anything went wrong on my wedding, I still don't have a clue because everything was flawless due to their hard work. I would recommend them to anyone that is getting married in the Charleston area. Even some of our guests and bridal party raved on how well they executed our ceremony and reception at our wedding! You will not be disappointed if you go with Eventfully Yours!

ould recommend her to anyone. In fact, we have hired her as the Event Planner for my Step-Daughters wedding!

between for those more challenging vendors and was quick to add her artistic touch and expertise when needed. She and her team made our daughters wedding run smoothly from start to finish. A pleasure to work with!
