Sarah is AMAZING. We hired her as a week-of planner and she went above and beyond. She took the time to get on multiple calls with me before wedding week and by the time the big weekend rolled around I wasn’t even stressed thanks to her. We were also dealing with unusual Aspen weather and an i70 mudslide the weekend of our wedding (which also impacted her commute from Vail!) and she helped everything go off without a hitch. She made sure all of the little details were taken care of so we could enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything. Thank you Sarah for helping us coordinate the best day of our lives!!

Sarah was absolutely key to the overall success of my daughter's wedding. She was organized and quickly became the head of our wedding "team". I cannot say enough great things about her and her ability to make my daughter's wedding weekend stress free for us. I would hire her again in a heartbeat! Wish I could give her 10 stars!

Sarah was FABULOUS! We hired her as a month-of coordinator, and she was instrumental in helping us make sure we had every detail ready before the big day. The day of the wedding, the ran it impeccably and efficiently - we had NO stress at all thanks to her! :) This girl knows what she's doing!

Sarah is amazing. Our June wedding plans were in full swing until COVID happened. We were unsure if we'd be able to have the wedding, but once we decided not to cancel, she helped us pull everything together in a short amount of time. This was no easy task after planning had come to a halt for three months. She ended up doing our flowers for us and helping us make the signage we needed for the wedding. Mack and I can't thank her enough for all of the work she did to help create our dream wedding and for coordinating everyone on the day of. On top of that, we LOVED the flowers. She did an amazing job. We are still smiling and feel so lucky we were able to get married during this crazy time. We heard from almost every guest how amazing the wedding was and what a wonderful time they had. I felt relaxed during the wedding and enjoyed every moment, and a lot of that was due to the fact that I knew she had everything under control. My favorite moment of the wedding was seeing Mack at the end of the aisle and his genuine reaction to seeing me for the first time. I know this moment alone took a LOT of coordination to try and keep me hidden. We really enjoyed working with Sarah and will never forget how special our day was.

If I could give Sarah 10000000000 stars, I would. Sarah was the wedding planner for our wedding in Key West, which was planned rather quickly within the span of 5 months. The last month is the hardest, as I found out, and Sarah was there for me for every freak out, every crazy email, every bad weather scare ...Sarah is the most organized, brilliant, calm person I’ve ever met in my life. She made the process of gathering the last, most annoying details for the wedding so easy and simple. Her organization even impressed all the vendors, who all commented about how incredibly well she handled the initial organization as well as some last minute changes. My parents loved her (and they have annoyingly high standards), my husband’s family loved her (also annoyingly high standards), my friends fell head-over heels with her (all said they now can’t wait to get boyfriends/fiances so that they can work with Sarah for their weddings), and my husband and I absolutely adored her. Our wedding wouldn’t be the awesome success that it was without her. We are grateful to Sarah forever. Thank you for being such a huge part in making our dream come true, Sarah!!! We are your fans for life!!!

Sarah made our wedding day a million times more special by taking away ALL of the stress. We planned a destination wedding to Avon and Sarah was so helpful in planning all the details for us. She was so responsive and literally handled everything like a pro! She is also SO friendly. She was so kind to all of our family and friends. We planned a last minute destination wedding and we got so many compliments on how smoothly everything ran and we owe it all to Sarah! We had a few minor mishaps leading up to the wedding (totally on our part) and Sarah made sure everything was taken care of. She communicated to our vendors leading up to the wedding and also the day of. We cannot stress enough how wonderful Sarah was to work with. If you're planning a wedding in Avon/Vail or the surrounding areas, Sarah is your girl! Thank you again, Sarah!!

Sarah with Eventique Productions is a phenomenal wedding planner, whom we would recommend to anyone planning their upcoming wedding. In choosing Vail for our destination wedding, my husband and I searched long and hard for the ideal planner to assist with our big day. We knew that it would be difficult to plan and execute the ideal wedding living far away from our venue. Sarah came highly recommended and we could definitely see why. Her professionalism was not only top notch but she also made what could have been a stressful experience the most wonderful day either of us could've imagined. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, making our day that much more enjoyable. She stepped in when our officiant couldn’t attend the rehearsal, she took my vision for our reception décor and blew it out of the water, she was always there for me at any moment I needed it, no matter the time! Knowing we had Sarah to assist us, that allowed us to fully enjoy our special day with no distractions or worries. I would highly recommend Sarah to every bride!

Sarah and Eventique were absolutely amazing! If you are even considering having your mother-in-law / best friend handle wedding planning or day of activities, stop now. Our wedding day was perfect in large part to Sarah handling every little detail. Her knowledge of the Vail/Beaver Creek area is unparalleled and she knows exactly what needs to happen every step of the way. She turned what could have been a very frustrating take down after the wedding into something we didn't have to worry about one bit! We highly recommend using Eventique for your wedding.
