It was wonderful working with Vanessa from Eventistry for our wedding. Vanessa was incredibly communicative throughout our planning process, and always had ideas for us to consider. She was also able to execute our vision. Additionally, Vanessa is just a wonderfully nice and funny human to have as part of your event. Def recommend!

Vanessa is fantastic. She shepherded us through the wedding process nearly from start to finish. She is very communicative, incredibly knowledgeable about the five hundred thousand things each wedding needs from rentals to vendors to logistics, and has a great eye for design that was invaluable throughout the process. Our planning had a few hiccups along the way that were beyond our control and ultimately required us to shift to an outdoor tented wedding with just a couple months to pivot, and Vanessa was instrumental in making that happen and helping us deal with anything and everything that came our way.
Day of, Vanessa and her wonderful team covered everything without a hitch, ensuring we could focus on enjoying our wedding and that our guests had a blast. It's an enormous effort to set up and steer a wedding, and it's a testament to Vanessa and her staff that we can honestly barely highlight specifics of what they did, because they handled everything so seamlessly and professionally that we barely noticed. We are enormously grateful and definitely recommend Vanessa.

After searching endlessly for a wedding planner that aligned with our vision, we finally came across Eventistry. We were looking for a professional who understood the balance between a beautiful and fun wedding.
Every meeting with Vanessa was a joy. She came across as welcoming, sweet, and fun, but always professional and meticulous about every detail. As a couple who had never been married, like many others, Vanessa made the entire process smooth and genuinely enjoyable.
In the end, Vanessa understood the assignment, our wedding turned out to be a beautiful celebration. We couldn't be more thankful to the Eventistry team.

Working with Vanessa at Eventistry as we planned our wedding exceeded our expectations. Vanessa really went above and beyond to help us with putting together our vision, communicating with our other vendors to make sure they were on the same page, and making sure everything went smoothly throughout. Vanessa has so much experience with the vendors in the CT area, which was extremely valuable when it came to choosing florals, linens, and decor for the venue. She also met with us in person many times at our venue to discuss the setup and layout of our wedding day, to ensure that every small detail was taken care of. We were also Vanessa’s first Jewish wedding, so while there was a bit of a learning curve to the components of a Jewish wedding, Vanessa showed real commitment and dedication to respecting traditions in a modern setting. We would highly recommend Eventistry to anyone planning their wedding and excited to see their vision come to life! Thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely incredible team led by Vanessa! My wife and I had a moderate-sized event (about 90 people) in July and from the start, Vanessa's communication and expertise was so greatly appreciated. She did a lot of work communicating with vendors, but also foresaw problems and raised concerns that my wife and I didn't even think of that in the end led to the day running incredibly smooth! Vanessa was collaborative, respectful, and trustworthy through the entire event-planning process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to hire a wedding planner!

Our wedding day was an absolute dream and went so smoothly from beginning to end thanks to Eventistry! Planning a wedding is extremely stressful but the moment we added Vanessa to our plans, that weight immediately lifted. Vanessa’s passion for crafting a perfect wedding day for couples was clear from our initial meeting. She presented herself very well so much so that I instantly knew we needed her and that she would be such a valuable asset to our wedding day! Her attention to detail, punctuality, and constant efforts showed that wedding planning and coordination wasn’t just a job for her. Nothing was overlooked and we always felt like our wedding was her top priority whether it was months away or the week of. Her consistency and passion always shined through! Vanessa is extremely personable, professional, charismatic, and made it feel like I was planning my wedding with a close friend! To have had someone by my side to bring my thoughts and ideas to life while making sure I’m at ease, made the process of planning our wedding actually enjoyable! She reduced my stress levels and constantly reassured me she was in my corner and everything will turn out okay. We are forever grateful for Vanessa and her team. Vanessa stepped in last minute to help with day of coordination for our reception. She was invested in making sure everything worked out the way it was supposed to, and kept me at ease after a lot of last minute changes from our other vendors. Things would not have run as smoothly without her there and I am grateful!

We had the pleasure of having Vanessa decorate for our wedding. She did an awesome job! She decorated our backyard to look absolutely beautiful. I expressed the vision that I had for that special day and Vanessa made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She even went as far as picking up my wedding cake and making sure that I was focused on my special day only and making sure that I was stress free. She is very professional along with her staff. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her for your event. I will never forget that day thanks to Vanessa alleviating the stress that comes along with planning a wedding.
