Our daughter’s wedding was in Orange, Connecticut, the groom’s hometown, but since we were planning from out of town, we had very few local contacts. Vanessa and the Eventistry team connected us with an amazing group of vendors, including our photographer, florist, DJ, rental company, and hair and makeup artists. Every single vendor was exceptional, and we were thrilled with the quality and professionalism they provided.
What truly set Vanessa apart was her ability to remain calm and confident during an incredibly stressful situation. Our son-in-law was deployed, which forced us to reschedule the wedding once. Even after setting a new date, there was still uncertainty about whether he would make it home in time. Throughout the entire process, Vanessa was our steady hand. She always had a plan, communicated clearly, and helped us navigate every challenge with confidence and grace.
I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Her professionalism, organization, responsiveness, and calm demeanor allowed our family to focus on what mattered most instead of worrying about the details.

We had Vanessa with us from the moment we started our planning journey all the way through the end of our wedding day. We truthfully looked at each other multiple times and said we could NOT have done this without her! Coordinating a tented wedding like ours is not for the faint of heart, and Vanessa handled the (inevitable) speed bumps throughout like the pro she is, but also with her genuine nature.
