Her services are very reasonably priced considering the level of service she provides. If there was anything that happened or went wrong on my wedding day, Yhana handled it without worrying me. She communicated a scheduling issue to me to keep me in the loop but had already solved the problem and communicated with my other vendors. Just book her right now if you’re in the process of finding a month of coordinator! She was available by email, phone call, text message, or Zoom call and I felt comfortable with her at every single step of the way. Anytime I had a question or needed something she would get it done. She gracefully handled a sensitive situation with my photographer pre-wedding and eased my stress throughout. Yhana was very friendly and easy to talk to. It felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend, instead of a stranger. As an out of town bride, she went out of her way to meet with me early into the planning process when I happened to be in town, and was eager to schedule as many phone calls as I needed over the year. Yhana and her team were 100% on top of things the day of. Eventive Occasions truly made the day run so incredibly smoothly and I had the full confidence that Yhana would make sure it did. days later. She was very easy to get in contact with and responded rather quickly answering all of my questions/comments/concerns. Since I got married not in my hometown, I didn’t know any vendors. She was very helpful in helping me pick vendors and getting quotes from vendors. Yhana was great at finding vendors and ways to stay within my budget! She also did my flowers which I thought were beautiful! She made my dream wedding come to life and I’m forever grateful for her!
