We worked with Kelly for over a year. She saved us so much money with her connections within the industry. She helped us secure our photographer, officiant, all rentals, caterer, cake, DJ and florist! All of the vendors she recommended were 5 star!
She kept us on track the whole way through and we never had to worry about a thing!

Kelly did a fantastic job helping us plan and coordinate for my wedding. I had the wedding of my dreams, and she was an essential piece of the puzzle! She has a lot of knowledge when it comes to picking and communicating with vendors and she was always able to answer all of our questions. When it came to the day of, Kelly kept the whole event in order and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and to make sure the groom and I were happy.
Kelly is nothing short of AMAZING! We worked with her for almost a year planning my daughters wedding. Her expertise really came strong for us! She has outstanding relationships with vendors and works closely with them to get to best price and service. Any question we had….she always had an answer and/or a great suggestion. She made the wedding day flow so nicely - we didn’t have to worry about a thing! I couldn’t recommend her more!!
I cannot recommend Kelly Balfour highly enough! From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise that truly made our wedding day unforgettable. Her knowledge of the industry and attention to detail ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Her vendor recommendations were absolutely spot on with everything that we wanted.
What stood out the most was her kindness and calm demeanor. Even when unexpected hiccups arose, she handled everything with grace, allowing us to enjoy our special day without any stress. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our vision a reality and about us as a couple. It is so clear that her goal in her business is to put her clients first.
If I were to do it all over again, I would absolutely choose her services without hesitation. Thank you, Kelly, for making our wedding day so magical! 💖
This review is hard to write, because Kelly is a wonderful person, who we really enjoyed getting to know throughout the process of planning our wedding.
But we cannot honestly recommend working with her. If the goal of working with a wedding planner is to reduce stress, all too often working with Kelly increased it.
Pros:
- Strong vendor recommendations and relationships saved us some time shopping around and scored us some discounts
- Helped us source some difficult to find items (e.g., linens that were out of stock at another rental company)
- Friendly and cheerful to work with
Cons:
- Made significant errors in our budget planning that led to $5K of overspend, which we didn't catch until it was too late (and she didn't apologize for when we flagged it)
- Very disorganized. Asked us for the same info (e.g., names and info of vendors we had booked) repeatedly and didn't seem to have any good system for keeping track
- Didn't think through all of the small details in advance, leading to a chaotic room flip / poor flow at the wedding and unresolved details (e.g., decor items with no plan for keeping them in place)
- Not proactive with vendors; we had vendors reach out to us close to the wedding asking why they hadn't heard from our planner, even though we had given her their details
I got the amazing chance to work with Kelly Balfour for my April 2024 wedding and couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! Our first phone call felt so genuine and comfortable - something that was hard to find ! You would be surprised at how many initial calls I had with other planners that just felt awkward or even fake! Kelly is such a sweetheart and a fun and energetic person, she really helps you feel such at ease throughout the whole process. We selected the 6 week out package with her and she did such a good job of making our dream wedding come together. I was even able to secure some of my vendors through her suggestions and they were all perfect - florals, rentals, etc. Kelly worked so hard to make us the perfect timeline, without in any way making us feel like we HAD to stick to a certain way of doing things. And when the day came - it went super smoothly and she stayed to the very end to make sure everything was accounted for. We met several times to go through details and she also did a site visit with us and designed our floor plan for our backyard wedding. Her ideas made such a difference in our planning as there were many things I didn’t even think of ! All of our vendors loved working with her and our families did as well. She has a lot of quality experience and she knew exactly how to smooth out the little things that require a good eye for detail. We highly highly recommend working with Kelly to make your wedding vision come to life !!!
KELLY IS A QUEEN! I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is truly the person you want on your side throughout the whole wedding process. From the moment we met her, she was knowledgeable, attentive, fun, and helpful. She helped us find multiple vendors early on and then was a constant support and contact whenever I needed anything. Closer to the wedding, she talked to all vendors and made sure everyone was aware of the timeline for the day. On my wedding day, she was the glue that held everything together. She was there for anything and everything. She made my vision come to life!!!! ALSO, all my guests and wedding party absolutely loved her!! Kelly will truly save you on your wedding day. She made sure I had nothing to stress about and even when someone went wrong she handled it without getting the groom and I involved! Which is a huge plus!!!! We had a hiccup on our wedding day and Kelly was so amazing about handling the situation without any problems. And did so well handling it, I had no idea the hiccup happened!! Which allowed me to enjoy my wedding day without any stress or worry!! You will not regret hiring Kelly as your wedding coordinator!!🩷 I will forever sing her praise for making my wedding truly magical!

Kelly is amazing! She helped us with both of my daughters weddings - one in 2019 and one in Oct 2023. She setup our venue beautifully and successfully managed vendor issues that came up. She has a strong network in the industry and I highly recommend her!!
We decided to go with Eventology Weddings because Kelly has a lot of experience in Galveston and at our venue. She recommended our caterer (Behind the Bash) and photographer (Gary Blake Photography) and these were two of the best vendors for our wedding. Additionally, she served as a calming source for me (the bride) as I was struggling to figure out what I wanted out of the day. The day before the wedding, Kelly attended our rehearsal and even went out of her way to pick up crayons for the kid’s activity booklets, as we had left them at home. And on the day itself…where to begin? Kelly and her team ensured the vendors and reception venue were ready. She made sure we got drinks and a snack before our entrance. She kept us on track but also went with the flow and did not rush us. She even dealt with some of my last minute requests, going out of her way to and from the DJ to let him know that things had changed. And at the end of the night, she stayed behind and facilitated the cleanup of the venue. I’m sure there were many more behind-the-scenes things that she did. Overall, our day would have been so much more stressful without Eventology Weddings and I am so happy and grateful for Kelly and her team.
Kelly went above and beyond the day of our wedding! We packed two large bins full of stuff that she happily set up the day of our wedding for the welcome table, table numbers, etc. We also decided at the last minute we wanted uplighting and a mic for our ceremony and she had a contact that responded right away and scheduled us for the big day. She kept the entire wedding and timeline on track the day of and even helped with my wedding dress bustle which was a bit difficult for my bridal party. Once the wedding was over she helped pack everything and returned it all in one piece. Kelly was great to work with, she has a great personality and is a true professional! She was truly a life saver that day, I highly recommend booking with her!
We hired Kelly for her partial planning package and it was the best decision we made in regards to our wedding planning process! We knew we wouldn’t have a lot of extra time to spend on wedding planning and needed someone we could trust to help us throughout the process. In the early planning stages, Kelly provided us her recommended vendor referrals that fit our budget and we were extremely happy with all of them! She also helped with reviewing contracts and was available to answer our questions. During the weeks leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track to make sure we wouldn’t have any unwanted surprises going into the wedding day. Her professional expertise really shone during the rehearsal and the day-of. All we had to do was show up, which allowed us to truly be mentally present to enjoy our wedding day. She kept everything on schedule and we received multiple compliments from guests about how smoothly everything flowed. Working with Kelly was like having your favorite aunt on your team who also just happens to be an expert in all things wedding, and our families and wedding party really enjoyed working with her as well. The partial planning package is great for a couple who can’t or doesn’t want to make wedding planning their “other full-time job”, but is ok with doing some of the legwork during the process. We have already recommended Kelly to our friends and would definitely hire her again if we had to do it all over!
Kelly was the answer …. “tossing the stress” away from my bride and me, MOB!
Kelly gave Catherine and I the security of knowing that if an issue came up, we had a professional to help with a solution. She had copies of all the vendor’s contracts and could contact them directly with questions & schedules. Kelly made sure the wedding party had all the information needed for a smooth week-end.
Kelly & her assistant spent the entire day of the wedding making sure everything at the venue was perfect. She made sure each of the outside vendors, florist, bakery, band, violinist, etc. we’re able to set up appropriately. They were there until the bride and groom and the 2 buses left for the after party! They packed up, cleaned up and made sure the MOB & FOB had everything!
As the reception cocktail hour was beginning, we had a rather disappointing ISSUE arise with the venue site. Kelly quickly was able to call out the problem and set things straight, because she had attended “the final details meeting” and knew what was said and in the contract. The only ball dropped in the “juggling” was the venue site itself. Kelly got that under control within a small amount of time.
We were pleased with all the services that Kelly offered and supplied.

These ladies are incredible! I worked with both Kelly and Stacey and they were nothing but professional and truly gifted at what they do. We received so many comments from our family members on how great they were and how efficient they were on wedding day. They truly care about you as a person and want to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. We will be hiring these ladies again for any parties we plan in the future. I would also like to note that these ladies are very reasonably priced and very much on top of their game! I even received a text back from Kelly when I had a last minute question and she was on date night. I always felt like I could get in touch with them and they helped me with any question I had. You will not regret choosing these wonderful ladies to help with your wedding!
Kelly with Eventology is the BEST! I did not have to worry about anything the day of my daughters wedding. We met a few weeks before the wedding to discuss all the details/vendors/decorations. Even though the venue had their own day of coordinator, I'm soooo glad I hired Kelly to be there for us!! The venues coordinator was their in the venues best interest and Kelly was there for US!!! She ran the show! Coordinating the timeline with all the vendors. Everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything!! I would hire Kelly again.......100%!!!
Kelly and her team are AMAZING. I thought I could plan everything myself and I don’t even want to imagine what a disaster that would of been! I did the month of service and it provided me such peace of mind and helped me fill in the gaps with things that never crossed my mind. Kelly is a true professional and very experienced. She is easy to work with, a good communicator, and most of all HELPFUL!!!Although I did month of, I cannot imagine how stress free the whole wedding planning process would have been if I started with her. She came highly recommended from my sister in law who had her as a day of planner and she was referred to from her friend. That spoke volumes to me and I knew I could trust her to execute everything beautifully.. Kelly and the Eventology team did such a wonderful job, I cannot thank her enough. As the mother of the bride, we can’t thank Kelly and Jennifer enough for their incredible services. Kelly was there throughout the planning process, we’d have been lost without her. Her years of experience make such a difference in the family’s experience with planning, problem solving, and sourcing reputable, top-tier vendors. I can’t imagine having had to handle all the small details without her support. Jennifer assisted day-of and was like a shiny happy little gopher, popping up to help with whatever was needed, handling it all so we didn’t have to. The day was flawless.
Particularly, on the morning of the wedding, I had a few small things to take care of before heading to the venue for makeup. The anxiety began to set in, and in that precise moment I was so thankful for the feeling of "Kelly's got this." I was able to breathe. calm myself, and know that everything was taken care of.
What I think many people don't understand about a good wedding planner is... yes, they are expensive... but they are going to end up saving you far more than you are paying them. Kelly suggested some higher end vendors we weren't sure we could afford, but because of her reputation and understanding of the industry, she was able to make our vision for the perfect wedding come true... while keeping us on budget. She also has experience with many Houston and Galveston area vendors, so she knows when to steer clear of people who may have been sketchy or unreliable in the past.
She is a problem-solver, and she is your advocate. She is absolutely meticulous, and urges you not to settle-- but to have the wedding you want.
I cannot imagine what this planning process might have been like without her. We're so grateful, and can't wait for our son to get married so she can plan that one too!
I am not sure what we would have done without Kelly. She did such a great job aligning us with the right vendors and helping with the negotiations. Despite having a really challenging day for other reasons, Kelly persevered really came through for us with making sure all details were covered and that everything went smoothly. Kelly is truly the reason our wedding was so amazing. She is not only an amazing person that we can now call a great friend, but so incredible at her job. From the very beginning, she worked with us to understand understand our vision for our big day and our all the pieces in place to make it happen (we opted for her full planning option). She has a PREMIER list of vendors that she can suggest at the drop of a hat, but will never push you to use certain vendors - she always lets you make your own, unbiased decision as to the vendors you want to use, but is willing to give you pros and cons or suggestions whenever you ask. Kelly works hard to do all of the “behind the scenes” work, while checking in, giving deadlines, and providing budget updates frequently. Speaking of budget.. she is very honest and realistic when helping to set up your budget breakdown (once you’ve given her an overall budget). This just highlights how well she knows the industry and how well she works to understand, up front, the vision her clients have.
She also did a great job of spreading out the decisions (and expenses) over the duration of the planning period, so we never felt burdened or overwhelmed by the payments or the number of decisions that had to be made. Kelly also understood that one of our biggest concerns was the flow of the whole event and making sure nothing felt jagged or like guests were standing around waiting with nothing to do.. we received a countless number of compliments from guests all night (and for weeks afterward) of just how well everything flowed together. She also made sure that the day was about living in the moment - not dealing with any small mishaps (such as the power going out to the catering kitchen mid-Ceremony), to the point that neither we nor our guests even noticed!
We really could talk all day about how amazing of a person Kelly is, and what an incredible wedding planner she is. The best thing we know to say, is if you are looking for a wedding planner in Houston, Kelly is premier, on another level, and should absolutely be the first and only person you call.
It was so amazing to work with Kelly while planning my wedding. She was extremely helpful to my husband and I and gave us great advice! She also helped us find great vendors to work with. The sooner you hire her, the better for your wedding and your budget! She will have your best interest when looking for vendors. I will say that I had a little trouble getting quick replies through email sometimes and found that texting her was the best form of communication. She would quickly respond and would coordinate a time to hop on a call if needed. She got us through some sticky situation and we wouldn't have had the beautiful wedding we did without her help. I would highly recommend working with her to everyone!

WOW and thank you! Throw your lists and your worries away. Kelly and her team were amazing! From the phone calls, emails, text and in person arrival she was there and with an answer. The day of the wedding was simply seem less. She even bought, painted and delivered the perfect ivory wagon for our 6 month old flower girl to ride in!
Kelly was an amazing wedding planner for us, and we felt we got a great value for her services. We utilized her mid level package where we handled most of the up front planning, and she handled the leading up and day of coordination. Our wedding went very smoothly, and it was an amazing event that we will remember forever. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and families in the future.
My husband and I were impressed with Kelly from the first day we met her. As soon as our initial consultation meeting was over and Kelly left our house, we called the other planner we had scheduled an appointment with and canceled and called Kelly and told her we wanted Eventology! She was the best decision we ever made! I felt like I was planning my wedding with a close girlfriend. She was always there, communication was constant and reliable, and our vendor visits were always FUN! Not only does Kelly have great taste but she is a true expert in her field and has great relationships with everyone from the most prestigious vendors to the new people breaking into the industry and working to make a name for themselves. Because of Kelly’s level of work and commitment she also has their respect.
I will never be able to comprehend Kelly’s magical ability to multitask and organize something as detailed and complicated as a wedding! Our wedding was on my birthday and Kelly dealt with more of my family members than I ever realized to incorporate several amazing surprises in our day (think birthday mariachis, a saxophone player flown from out-of-state, and a surprise highlight video!). When my husband and I look at our wedding album and watch our video we are both in awe of the beautiful night she put together.
A week after the wedding was over I really felt the void of a missing friend. I missed texting, planning, and joking with her! From the bottom of my heart Kelly is my hero and if you hire Eventology to plan your wedding you are lucky and in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend a better planner and human being!
Wow, what can I possibly say about the best of the best that probably hasn’t already been said? Kelly Balfour was referred to me by one of my closest friends (who has excellent judgment in all things) and when I say Kelly saved the day, experience, everything, it’s because I don’t have better words to describe how much her help and thoughtfulness meant to us. Kelly worked with my family for initial wedding planning through the onset of COVID-19, and then through the rescheduling hassle with such kindness and understanding. She had no issues with setting up calls to talk me through details, even though I was out of state, and took care of any and all last minute requests. She thought of things I hadn’t, and was so patient even when I was getting anxious about things getting done. Despite a COVID-19 setback, our wedding went off without any problems, and Kelly had a huge part to do with that. She’s also insanely friendly and genuinely loves what she does — which shows in the work she puts forward. For Kelly: Thank you for making our wedding experience as perfect as can be. It wouldn’t have been the same or nearly as amazing without you. For any bride-to-be reading this: Congratulations and hire Kelly to make your life that much easier. She’s worth every cent!
Quite simply put, Kelly is a miracle worker. My fiancé and I were engaged on February 14, 2020 and my wedding was on February 20, 2021. The year we had for planning contained a decade’s worth of unprecedented, historic events, crammed into 12 months, several of which forced sudden sweeping changes to the vision for the wedding. Kelly took it all in stride and just as importantly, helped me hold on to her calm and her confidence each time something shifted. While her experience and knowledge of the industry and the process are priceless in any circumstances, for ours, she was utterly essential. The final week before our wedding, the history-making winter storm (Snowmageddon, to some) hit Texas, taking out power and water across the state, during the critical days for all the final preparations: venue, catering, cake, flowers, everything. Kelly worked tirelessly, coordinating with our vendors to solve whatever problems they faced. She, with the help of her amazing assistant Laney, produced wedding favors (beautiful macarons in our wedding colors, packaged and painstakingly tied up with coordinating ribbon) seemingly out of thin air when we our original supplier had to cancel roughly 48 hours before the wedding, and she worked with the venue to bring in a cute little tasteful portal restroom trailer, complete with flushing toilets, just in case water pressure on site would be a problem. She delivered my perfect fairy tale against all odds, and I can’t possibly be more grateful. I know she can deliver yours too!
Wonderful experience! Kelly is a professional with great taste, an eye for detail and amazing organization skills. She works with the best and nicest wedding vendors which made for an exceptional experience with my daughter's wedding. Her assistant Laney was great as well and the two of them worked so well together. Kelly is also budget savvy and was able to save us money. Everything came together and ran very smoothly. So many guests have said our daughter's wedding was the nicest wedding they had ever been to and I have to admit it exceeded my expectations. Best of all, my daughter and new son-in-law LOVED their wedding. I highly recommend hiring her!
AMAZING! Kelly is the best you guys! She consistently responds quickly, knows so many vendors in the industry, and can really guide you on what to do or not to do. Her constant advice was invaluable to me. She saved me money in so many areas and was always available to help. Day of she completely set up my reception space and without much to go on, she executed it exactly to what I always dreamed of. There was so much going on that day I am sure there was even more things that happened I wasn't even aware of but she managed guests (during times of COVID which can be difficult), set up, vendors, and making sure my husband and I got through the night smoothly. She also packed everything up and got us extra food and cake to go. She is an amazing service at an amazing value and I highly recommend! My best friend already has booked her for her wedding due to seeing the service she provided me!

KELLY IS AN ANGEL! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not ideal but when we decided to go the wedding planner route 3 months before the wedding, we met with Kelly and knew she was the one. She had all the answers, AMAZING vendor referrals and even asked us questions that we didn't think of that made such a difference. As a bride, I just got to enjoy my night and not worry about anything. Everything was so incredibly seamless and absolutely blissful. I can't put into words how perfect Kelly made our day. I have had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! 100% would recommend Kelly every single time someone needs a planner!
Kelly is UNBELIEVABLE. We found her just about two weeks before our wedding when we realized we really needed someone to help. Our meeting was so helpful and she helped us create a system so nothing fell through the cracks. Day of she was perfect. Everything went so smoothly, I barely noticed that everything was happening. We had a bunch of tiny details (like a temp tattoo station) that she made sure were perfect. She even handled a couple of strange situations we had to deal with from people being, well, people. I knew I could trust her and everyone she worked with and that knowledge let me relax and have the best wedding day ever. Would 10/10/10 recommend her!! <3
Kelly was FANTASTIC! We found her rather last minute, and she was able to swoop in and take care of every little detail that we almost certainly would have overlooked. She helped us feel calm and taken care of, so we could focus on the most important thing: getting married!

The right wedding planner will help make your dreams a reality - but only if you pick the right one. At the time that we called Kelly, we were feeling stressed and overwhelmed. We were six months out with many unanswered questions, over budget, far behind schedule, and a wedding planner who offered to refund our money because she was changing careers! From our first phone call, we knew Kelly was the right person for the job. She was so calm, re-assuring, and understanding. Kelly customized her service to meet our needs and put us at ease. After meeting with us, Kelly took the reigns with the vendors that we had already booked; she knew them well. Contracts were clarified which saved us money, meetings were arranged and questions were answered. Once Kelly became involved, the only stress this MOB felt was watching the weather forecast. I’m not sure how much influence Kelly had with that, but it was such a beautiful weekend that all of our out of town guests fell in love with Houston in December.
Kelly is the absolute best! She was truly a life saver! She made wedding planning and our day a breeze! I cannot recommend her more! I did not worry about one thing on my wedding day. I enjoyed my morning with my bridesmaids and family and didn’t lift a finger or feel I needed to coordinate a thing. I literally just showed up, took pictures, got married, and partied! Since she is established in the business, she has so many wonderful recommendations for venders and ideas for decor. I went with several of her suggestions including photography, DJ, and cake. All were amazing! I only did the partial planning and day of coordinating plan with her, but I would recommend her to anyone wanting full planning. If I could do it again, I would have paid for it! My new husband and I first met Kelly about 1 year ago, where we were greeted by her big smile and energetic personality. We opted for her comprehensive services where she assisted us with everything imaginable when it comes to planning a wedding. Simply put, Kelly played a key role in making our wedding the wedding of our dreams.
When it comes to wedding planning, Kelly is very experienced having worked in the industry for many years. She has planned literally hundreds of beautiful and successful weddings. She has connections with dozens of vendors, whether it be venues, bands, florists, décor, you name it. In addition, Kelly was available, pretty much anytime we needed her. She was able to accommodate our busy schedules and many times, she met us after business hours and at locations that were conducive to us. If we needed to communicate with her, it was not a problem contacting her by email and her personal cell phone. Although wedding planning can be stressful, I never saw Kelly frustrated. She was always cool and calm, handing every situation well.
I am not exaggerating when I say Kelly helped us out with everything. She set up over a dozen venues for us to explore not only for our wedding reception, but also our rehearsal dinner. In addition, she found our band, food vendor, florists, photo booth, created and printed our programs and seating chart, amongst many more. Because she is so well connected in the industry, she was able to find us the best deals, which added up to thousands of dollars saved.
What really left a positive impression on us was how she was there hand and foot for our rehearsal dinner and reception. For example, more people showed up to our rehearsal dinner than planned and they were without seats. She took care of this without us even knowing until later. Another example is that for our reception, she personally stringed outdoor lights, wrapped 200 champagne glass party favors (which allowed our groomsmen to party it up the night before) and she even picked up a red bull for my husband when he needed a boost before cocktail hour!

KELLY IS FABBBBBBULOUS! I can’t tell you how impressed and thankful we were for her. Kelly was recommended to us throughout venue The Parador as a planner. After lots of research, she was the perfect fit for us. We chose to do her day of package as we had picked a few things on our own. TOTALLY WORTH IT! She gave us a very detailed paper on what we got with our package, and followed everything exact as said. She was also flexible with scheduling our meetings which was a bonus for us! Kelly is amazing and made all my wedding dreams come true. I live in Los Angeles and was able to plan a pretty big wedding in Galveston with her help. I worked with her for a year and a half to create my dream wedding and there is no way I could have done it without her. She was always so on top of everything and went to tons of vendor meetings with me. When I would come in town she always made sure to make the best use of my time and was super efficient with all our meetings. She was never pushy on wanting me to hire one of her vendors and was always very honest with what peoples/vendor strong suits are or if what I wanted was possible/practical/fit in my budget etc. She was such a joy to work with and worth every penny. I had a pretty specific vision in mind and she truly made it come to life and my day could not have been more perfect. She also had so many great ideas that I hadn't thought of or seen yet. My wedding day felt so organic and like everything just magically happened even though Kelly was behind the scenes MAKING everything happen. The day of she never stressed me out or worried me with anything she just took care of it. Working with Kelly was a breeze and I cannot recommend her enough. Kelly is amazing! She’s so kind, always on the ball, and an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I really only had vague ideas of what we wanted, but Kelly knew just what to ask us to figure out the perfect combo of design and vendors for our wedding (and all of them were perfectly suited to our budget, too!). We got so many compliments about how well the wedding matched our personalities, and so much of that is due to Kelly really taking the time to get to know us, plus having great intuition! She also did a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly during the wedding weekend, even with all our crazy friends and family running around. I tend to be a high anxiety person, but having Kelly as our planner kept me stress-free throughout everything!

We couldn't have had the wedding of our dreams without Kelly! She did a amazing job helping us plan for a year & a half. When I met with Kelly I instantly felt a connection because she really listened to my needs! I met with a few planners before Kelly and I could tell from the start they were not gonna listen to my fiancé's concern about keeping to our budget. Some planners even told me that I need to add another $10k to my wedding to really have it the "wedding of my dreams". That's great, but I don't know where I would find this 10k. LOL! Kelly is going to listen to your needs, care about your budget, and fight for you as a couple to get the best vendors possible! Kelly is a true professional & she's been a coordinator for years so she is able to give you great recommendations for vendors. We were able to find our dream venue through Kellys recommendation. Which was the star of our wedding! We also relied on Kelly for recommendations for our photographer, caterer, officiant, rentals, cake. All of those vendors turned out fabulous!!! Day of our wedding Kelly was also on it! Everything went smoothly for us and Kelly handled any issues and vendor coordination. People will tell you, you don't need a wedding planner but Kelly paid for herself by getting us the best deals on vendors and honestly your sanity is worth it! My husband and I enjoyed working with Kelly. I used Kelly for day-of coordinating. I had planned and arranged everything for my wedding all by myself, so when Kelly stepped in the week before it was like an angel came down from heaven to help me... haha! She was helpful and had a lot of ideas that I hadn't thought of yet. On the weekend of, Kelly was great at "herding cats"... AKA, my family and friends, at our rehearsal. On the day of our wedding, we were behind schedule (due to venue, not because of Kelly!) and Kelly helped get everything back on track. Also, Kelly really did a great job styling all of my decor items for our wedding. I'm so appreciative that I had someone who understood my vision available to me on my wedding day.

WOW! Kelly was fantastic to work with. From the moment I first spoke to her on the phone I knew that she was "can-do," experienced, and over the top kind. One of my friends also used her as her planner and provided the recommendation. Kelly went above and beyond for every question, ask we had and helped both of our families have a stress-free weekend. I used her just the month-of but she provided insight and advice throughout our engagement. Additionally, she was a huge advocate to make sure we were staying cost effective throughout. I was able to go through the day not worried about a single thing and knowing that my mother was able to relax and enjoy the wedding and not worry about any details either made it even more special for me.
Even though we hired Kelly for day of services, she helped throughout. She helped connect us with different vendors to check out, attended vendor meetings, helped come up with seating plans and gave us input on things like linen colors, menu advice, and floor layouts.
When it came to the day of, I don’t remember having to worry about a single detail! Kelly made everything run so smoothly and beautifully that I really was able to just enjoy my day and take it all in. From lighting to wax dripping on table cloths, to helping fix my dress and everything in between, Kelly handled it all.

We are so happy that we ended up choosing Kelly as our planner/coordinator. We were planning a 750 person wedding in Houston while living in San Francisco. We ended up hiring Kelly for partial planning services and day of coordinating. She made a huge difference in providing recommendations for vendors that she trusts, and since she's been in the business for some time, we really needed her expertise. Trying to schedule interviews with vendors while working a full time job in a different time zone was nearly impossible. Kelly acted as our liason between vendors and even met with them while we were in SF. Throughout the process, she was less responsive in the beginning but definitely made up for it near the end. Leading up to the wedding, we texted all the time! She did not limit our communication which is something I really appreciated. We had a small ceremony at River Oaks Garden Club before our large reception, and we ended up changing vendors for the chair rentals and light snacks. Kelly pulled through and found us rentals, wait staff, sound system within a month before our wedding. She tries to help you get the best bang for your buck in all the vendors and is not afraid to negotiate pricing. This is definitely something I preferred to not do! On the day of the wedding, she had two assistants working with her. She was willing to run last minute errands like pick up our large Tiff's Treats order before the wedding. I truly felt like there was nothing to worry about with her help! Kelly's pricing is extremely reasonable, and we are so happy we found her!

Kelly was just amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is organized, creative, responsive, fun, and super easy to work with! We hired her for the month before our wedding and she helped make sure all of our vendors were lined up, made sure our venue was all set to go, and really reduced my stress levels! The day of, she was a rock star. I literally didn't have to lift a finger (except to carry my bouquet 😁)and neither did anyone in my family or bridal party. She made sure the room was set up perfectly, everything was timed correctly, helped pass out glow sticks and sunglasses for the dance floor, and even gathered all of our decor items and gifts and brought them to the hotel afterwards.
