I wish I could rate Donna and her team 10 stars. My husband and I got married at The Sixpence in October 2023, Events & Floral of Zionsville was initially our hired florist and after a bump in the road with our original wedding planner, Donna quickly stepped in to fill that role as well. From the minute you meet Donna, you feel like you're a part of her family and that she is going to take care of you, and that is exactly what she did. Her creativity and attention to detail transformed our vision into a stunning reality. Donna listens, asks questions, offers suggestions and truly knows the industry to provide the best experience during a very stressful time. The floral arrangements were delivered beautifully, each bouquet, centerpiece, and floral detail was uniquely designed, perfectly capturing the theme and colors we wanted. The flowers were fresh and lasted beautifully throughout the entire day and even long into the next week as we had events at our home all weekend long following our wedding day. Donna even stepped in to help plan our rehearsal dinner and day after the wedding "open house" at our home for all our guests- she does it all! As a coordinator, Donna was incredibly organized and calm, guiding us through every step of the process. She offered fantastic suggestions, kept us on track with timelines, and managed vendor communications seamlessly. On the big day, everything was executed flawlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a single worry. My husband and I worked with Donna leading up to our wedding in 2020. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial consultation to the big day, she made everything very easy for us. The floral arrangements were beyond beautiful—we chose white ranunculus and eucalyptus for the bridesmaid flowers and simple, yet eye-catching white orchids displayed on each table. On top of being a fabulous person, Donna was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail, making sure every bouquet and centerpiece was just right. Being that our venue (Hotel Carmichael) was luxurious with beautiful furnishings, we didn’t need to go overboard on the flowers.
