About this vendor
Events and More AZ is a wedding planning company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Owners Morgan and Jordan are passionate about collaborating with to-be-weds to craft their special day. They offer a personalized service, helping happy couples to relax and enjoy their journey to “I do”.
Events and More AZ was founded by Morgan and Jordan and together they boast over 11 years of experience in the field. Morgan is a Scottsdale native and takes great pride in her Arizonian roots. For her, coordinating wedding celebrations is less of a job and more of a joy, as she loves working will people and realizing their vision. Jordan is a Mid-Western girl from Chicago, but she is an honorary Scottsdalian at this point, as she has lived here for 15 years! The infinite opportunities to meet new people combined with the fact that every day is different, are what she loves most about this wonderful industry. Together, this dynamic duo delights in the chance to fine-tune the details of a couple’s special party. One thing that this twosome truly understands is the fact that no two couples are the same. So it makes sense that every single wedding should be unique, too. That is why they aim to align their services with each couple’s vision.
Á-la-carte planning is on the menu, and Events and More AZ can tailor their skills to your individual needs. The team has devised three personalized packages in an effort to make the planning process that little bit easier. The Ruby plan comprises day-of coordination services with unlimited hours, two venue visits, and a tailored timeline of events. A week before the wedding, they will touch base with your chosen vendors. They will oversee your rehearsal dinner to ensure that the wedding celebrations get off to a great start. Sapphire includes all of the above, with additional bonuses thrown in for good measure. Morgan and Jordan will design the event alongside you, with shared ideas boards to keep the lines of communication open. They draw up budgetary plans to help clarify costs and spending. The Diamond package (as the name suggests) is Events and More AZ’s créme-de-la-créme creation. What this means is that every single detail of your wedding journey is customized and cared for by Morgan and Jordan. From your engagement party and wedding shower to a day-after brunch, these consummate professionals will be at your side. After all, we are talking diamond service here! Whether couples choose ruby, sapphire, or diamond, when collaborating with this talented team, they will soon realize that they have found two genuine gems.

Our wedding would not have been possible without Morgan and her team! From the very beginning she was warm, understanding, kind, and on the ball with planning and coordinating. We ...
had a wedding in my dad’s backyard during COVID and she pulled it off seamlessly. It was beyond PERFECT, and everything we had envisioned. Morgan was there with us every step of the way, from touching base early on in the planning process, to buttoning up final details weeks and days leading up to the big day. She offered such good advice and creative ideas to pull together the best possible outcome for our day. She was generous with letting us borrow certain things so we could stay on budget, and is so organized that we didn’t need to stress about anything. We 10/10 highly recommend Events and More AZ for any of your planning or coordinating needs. Would give more than 5 stars if we could! Thank you Morgan, and Events and More AZ for all of your hard work and dedication!

On the day of the wedding, Morgan made the day so easy for us! From communicating and coordinating the vendors, to helping our bridal party and family, she was there to manage each detail. Because of her, everything was stress-free, and executed exactly how we imagined. Our day could not have happened without her. Morgan, we can not thank you enough for all the hard work you put in to make our wedding day perfect!

We loved working with Morgan for our wedding! She and her assistant Rachel made our wedding go off without a hitch - or if there was a hitch, my husband and I didn't know about it,...
which is exactly the point! A few months ahead of time Morgan started meeting with us to go over lists, coordinate vendors, and answer any questions we had - and I had a lot of questions because I am very type A and detail oriented. She made the event as stress-free as possible, and anticipated questions and needs before I had even voiced them, so it was already taken care of! She also had some wedding decor that matched our colors, and she let us borrow them for the wedding so we could have a little extra glitz without doing more rentals. Overall, just a total star who will go above and beyond for you. Not only is Morgan an amazing wedding coordinator, she is also a wonderful person, and you will enjoy working with her both on a personal and professional level!
Working with Morgan and Jordan was THE best. From the moment I spoke to Morgan on the phone, she possessed a warmth and ease, that assured me immediately that I would be in good ha...
nds on my wedding day- I was not wrong. Planning my wedding from over 2,000 miles away was stressful, and Morgan made sure to touch base with me as much as possible to ensure I felt calm, and prepared for everything. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about everything (big or small) involving the wedding and made my final 6 weeks leading up to the big day a breeze! Morgan even went the extra mile to loan our reception space her own personal decorations to really make our aesthetic vision come to life—It was above and beyond! On the day of the wedding, we had Morgan there every step of the way to ensure that all the moving parts were operating smoothly, and that we stayed on time. We got behind schedule in the beginning of our ceremony, and Morgan jumped right in to organize and reroute our timeline beautifully and seamlessly to where I barely even noticed! Jordan, her partner was equally amazing at ensuring that everything ran smoothly the day of, with a calm, collected, and joyfilled attitude. I also had several family members and friends that complimented how incredibly professional, thorough, and kind they both were the day of. I can’t recommend Morgan and her team enough!!! Hire them for your dream wedding day!

ut these two. They were with us every step of the way, giving suggestions when needed but never over stepping the vision my daughter had for her wedding. They made everything happen the day of the wedding which made for a thoroughly enjoyable stress free day. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did to help make my daughter’s wedding so memorable! We couldn’t have done it without them!
Wow, I seriously cannot rave enough about Morgan and Jordan! They were with me every step of the way for my wedding planning from venue visits, to reviewing contracts, to designing...
Save the Dates and invites, through the big day. Events and More is happy to be as “hands on” or “hands off” as you want. I really wanted to plan my own wedding and bring my own vision to life so they did such a great job of really understanding that vision, helping me stay on task and on time, and provide fresh and creative ideas. Morgan and Jordan were always so kind and supportive – they felt not only like my wedding coordinators but like mentors and friends. They really shined on the actual wedding day – I seriously don’t know what we would have done without them. They quickly and perfectly set up all décor, jumped in to assist with photos, coordinated and handled all vendors, ushered everyone down the aisle, maintained the timeline throughout the night, and completely managed break down and clean up at the end of the night. They were so kind and professional, my family and guests all raved about them. I HIGHLY recommend Events and More AZ – seriously look no further, your day will be perfect!
I will start by saying I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD'VE DONE WITHOUT MORGAN + HER AMAZING TEAM. There is no way my wedding would have been possible without her by my side throughout th...
e whole process. She knows her stuff, and helped guide me during planning to the greenest of pastures! She not only has immense attention to detail, but she is extremely organized, on top of it and knows how to communicate with ANYONE + EVERYONE. During the past year she acted as my best friend, in the sense that I KNEW she had my back throughout it all. My wedding was perfect, everything ran effortlessly and even if it didn't... I HAD NO IDEA. lol Which is amazing. Events and more AZ was such a blessing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank You.
Morgan helped plan my wedding for NYE 2016. Let's just say that our wedding day would never have gone as smoothly as it did without her. She really let my wife and I "be in the m...
oment" the entire day. All the things we never thought of, she took care of behind the scenes flawlessly. She even attended the rehearsal the night before, made sure that process was smooth sailing with the bridal party. Then came the big day of and she was right there to handle even the smallest of details. She was always where she needed to be, based on our personalities as a couple. She was not overbearing, but yet always there for suggestions if we need it. The final touch and what stands out in my mind with Morgan being so vital in our special day, was when were sent off in the limo with 3foot long sparklers at the end of the night and our favorite champagne was waiting for us in the limo. She really made her personal mark on our wedding and made it even more memorable for us.
And finally...I think the best part is when my wife and I arrived back from our Honeymoon in Maui a week later, there she was with her truck loaded up ready to drop everything off at our house that she had rounded up at the venue at 1am that night. She really made the whole day go by so that we did not have to handle anything. She truly is a proactive planner, whom knows your needs before you even do. I can not say enough about her and would personally recommend her to anyone I knew getting married in the future. Thanks Morgan!

Morgan was recommended to us through our photographer. We met with her prior to the wedding date to go over details of how we expected our day to run& what was important to us. She...
nailed it! Morgan was amazing! I couldn't picture my day running as smooth as it did without her. She is extremely sweet, patient, kind & gets the job done! She attended our rehearsal and helped us through that process. She was very respectful & knowledgeable of the church guide lines. On the day of the wedding she was punctual, she helped with pretty much everything! She coordinated with the vendors at the reception site to make sure everything was accounted for, she coordinated with the ceremony site and made sure everything was set up there, she helped with my dress, she helped keep us on track with time, all the way up to the end with making sure all of our gifts and bags were packed and in our vehicle ready to go home. She helped with details big & small, seen and unseen! Morgan thank you for everything you did! You were amazing! We couldn't have done it without you! Thank you!!
Morgan is by far the best wedding planner around! She helped plan our wedding in March of this year. It was a magical day that went off without a hitch. Her attention to detail is ...
impeccable and will make your dreams come true. She has the best attitude and listens to everything you have to say! Don't look any further for an event planner...she's seriously the BEST!
