From the very beginning, Alexis took the time to understand our vision and meticulously detailed every aspect of our wedding. Her dedication to perfection was evident in every inte...
raction and decision made throughout the planning process.
Alexis advocated for us in vendor meetings, presenting us with simple options and custom recommendations that perfectly aligned with our vision. Handling all vendor requirements, including complex audio and visual technical aspects, Alexis took care of everything we had no desire to manage. Her experience was invaluable in helping us make the perfect decisions. Her and her team managed countless behind-the-scenes issues day-of with grace and efficiency, ensuring that our special day was absolutely seamless.
We were able to fully enjoy our wedding without a single worry, knowing that every detail was being handled with utmost care and professionalism. Her ability to anticipate and resolve potential problems before they even reached us was amazing. We are incredibly grateful for Alexis' expertise, creativity, and unwavering support. Our wedding day was perfect. We cannot recommend Alexis highly enough!
I don't know where to begin on how incredible Alexis is. Through this experience she has been a coordinator, friend, therapist, and more. She is so attentive and on point with ever...
y detail. She took over two months before the wedding and made everything so seamless. She had the patience of a saint with all of our questions, even before the two months. It was so nice knowing you always had someone on your side throughout the process. We had so many DIYs that she set up and took down for us. She was worth every single penny and more. We could not have made the day as amazing as it was without her. We are forever grateful.
Alexis went above and beyond to help make our wedding day special!
We hired her as a day of coordinator but she took over 10 weeks before the date. She really does go above and be...
yond for you- listened to me complain and offered advice when I asked. The day of she did everything (and I mean everything) for us. It really made such a difference to make the day relaxing and stress free for us. I am a control freak and was tentative about working with a coordinator bc I am very type A and want to do everything myself but her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry quickly put my mind at ease. The weeks leading up she handled all coordination with vendors, helped organize, offered advice and attended walk throughs. The day of she did EVERYTHING. From bringing us drinks, checking in, working with vendors, packing up the room the list goes on and on. Couldn’t have pulled it off without her.
I also used almost everyone off her recommended vendor list and they were all amazing!
If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator this is your sign to do it!! Worth every cent
