Asbury truly has it all -- lodging on site, getting ready space, a beautiful chapel and reception hall, parking, catering, day of coordination, tables and linens, DJ equipment, and so much more. It made the planning process so much easier. We knew we were in good hands from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better planning process or better wedding day itself!

I truly enjoyed working with Grace, Aubrey, Dan, Jeff, and Keturah. The day went super smoothly and we are so thankful we found Weddings at Asbury!!

From planning it, to the big day, Grace, Aubrey, Elayna (our included coordinator), and the rest of the team helped us in every step of the way, answering stressed emails and phone calls to calm us down and get things taken care of! We have zero regrets choosing Weddings at Asbury, and we encourage any couple to give them a tour!

Along the way, we also met Aubrey, who really saved the day by helping us fix our prelude playlist the day before the wedding, and then our perfect day-of coordinator Debbie! The three of them took our scattered notes and turned them into a simply beautiful day. And we can’t leave out Jeff, who prepared a delicious meal for our reception. We had many out-of-state guests, and everyone absolutely loved the venue and the food and commented on how smoothly things went. The icing on the cake is Asbury’s beautiful campus in all seasons; I couldn’t be happier with our photos by Ethan and Sarah Photo. If you are looking for a wedding venue, Weddings at Asbury should be at the top of your list!

did. It was beautiful. We had a rooftop ceremony that our guests loved. The cocktail hour was in their “pre-function space” as well as right outside of that area being set up with some high top tables. Reception was inside the Asbury Hall and the terrace attached to it. We rented a tent from Sperry Tents which came in handy when it started to rain as we sat down for dinner. That was magical for me - to sit outside in comfy weather and watch the rain drops fall on the clear tent. I started out working with Matt Bassant, who was beyond amazing and I was sad to see him go. I was a little worried that he left about 2 months before the big day, but we were still in great hands. Jenna Daniels took over and was very helpful in ironing out all my details with me. Teresa and Kate were my right hand girls on the actual wedding day and were also wonderful. I forgot some personal things I wanted to use at the wedding and they noticed right away and replaced the items with their own. It was really a magical day. I love the different layout options. You have a blank canvas and can really make your dream wedding come to life. I love all weddings, but I really loved how this was not your typical layout. Kept our guests on their toes with not knowing where they were headed next. The garage doors being opened up, after our first dances, to reveal The tables and chairs on the terrace was so cool! Highly recommend this set up! The one draw back was the cost of the rooms even after the room block discount. It was even worse as our wedding was during their season down the shore so they have a two night minimum. This stopped a lot of people from staying there. They wound up staying at surrounding hotels that were still super close - some had the two night minimum still and some a little further without 2 night minimum. You may think you’ll save some money when you first look here, but keep in mind you have to book the caterer and the tent (if playing it safe), on top of your other vendors! You definitely have more flexibility with the cost than some other places because of this, but it all adds up quickly! I give the hotel 5 stars and would recommend them to everyone that wants a fun and original wedding!!! They are wonderful!!!

was magnificent and our decor from Rachel’s Rose Garden was amazing. I couldn’t recommend it more, especially for it’s price! There was nothing better for our big day!

I wish I could relive our wedding day over and and over again! It truly was a joy to have our wedding planned through Weddings at Asbury.

ut all the things they offer but the main thing and most important thing is that they help with making you present. Grace did an amazing job helping create the most memorable day. The caterer and the food was absolutely amazing. The on site coordinator helped with making all the events for the day of stress free and memorable. She really is top notch and her talent really shows. I can not say enough about her. The Asbury Inn and Suites gave us the opportunity for all family to stay on site and we were all able to enjoy the amenities. The weekend wears absolutely memorable. I would highly recommend having your wedding here. The chapel is breathtaking which is perfect for pictures.

am, Grace, my coordinator, everyone was great. We had a little confusion with catering, so do read contracts and ask questions but on the flip side you do get to taste test food on a fun little outing at Weddings at Asbury so that’s an amazing perk too! They recommend and work with small businesses too!!! Just a solid program!

treet on the Asbury campus that is great for pictures. The reception area has quite a bit of stuff you can use for centerpieces at no charge, which can save you quite a bit of money. We had the rehearsal dinner at the Asbury Inn for a small charge. We used an outside caterer because Pioneer Catering could not do a vegan wedding. Christine was so great in helping with all the details! She (and Josiah) were very competent and excellent at answering my numerous questions. She was willing to meet with me many times prior to the wedding date. Susan (who helped with the wedding day details and timeline) was equally great. She knew her stuff. She asked me the little detail questions that I'd never considered (like how bright the lighting should be in the chapel). The day of the wedding, which was off-and-on rainy, she made sure that I stayed dry, even when that meant she got a bit wet. She also helped coordinate and wrangle the 9 flower girls and boys I had in the wedding. During the reception, Susan was there to make sure things were done on time. I wished at times she was actually less visible (so that I could relax more), but I'm being nit-picky. Better she do her job too well than let the day go to crap; Susan definitely did the former! Both women went above and beyond. The ONLY thing that I'm not a fan of is regarding the parking; even with signs, the parking, chapel and reception are can be a bit confusing. Asbury did provide us some signs, which are sturdy and nice. But I'd recommend you get a few extra signs or perhaps even use balloons so that guests have no questions. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

stions I hadn't even thought of from start to finish. With their help, I was able to enjoy my special day and let them take care of the details/stressors. Having the ceremony in Estes Chapel and then a reception immediately following in the Dining Hall was elegant and easy for guests--many of whom had traveled from out of state. With the Asbury Inn located on campus, having a wedding at Asbury is the perfect package deal. I highly recommend it!

e ground, we were rushed thru the recepection they made my guest leave while our pictures were being taken. Our contract was until 6pm they started cleaning up at 5pm and everbody was made to leave.

dn't know about them!! The only complaint I have was that they promised us a steamer on the day of the wedding, but the steamer leaked, and they did not provide us with enough water to steam the bridesmaids' dresses. The wrinkles appeared to fall out on their own by the time of the ceremony, though, so it worked out fine.

ry helped make our classy wedding a classic memory for many. (My only complaint was the flowers somehow got mixed up and the groomsmen ended up wearing purple corsages instead of white boutonnieres for the pictures before the ceremony. If there was a question about the labels, I would have appreciated someone asking me. Otherwise, fantastic!)
