Events at Congdon Yards

Working with Ayesha at The Lofts was such an easy experience amid the chaos of wedding planning. She was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very flexible. There were countless people that I came across during the process of planning my wedding that had nothing but good things to say about working with her, and they were all right! The venue itself has such a beautiful unique character that is so adaptable to every wedding vision. It can even be great on it's own without requiring such a large budget for decor. Ayesha was so professional and accommodating, that dealing with the venue was the easiest part of our entire planning process. For the amount of space you get, as well as the character of the venue, The Lofts is the best venue for your money. We received countless compliments from our guests about how cool the venue was.

I couldn't give more praise to this venue or their event coordinators. There was never a time I could not call with questions or ask for recommendations and receive spectacular results. The space, itself, is beyond gorgeous and is the perfect place to host any event, especially a Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding (both of which we did!).

I recently had my wedding here (9/16/17) and everything about this venue was amazing!! The unique layout, design, and how so many spaces can be utilized was very appealing. I Love the surprise factor from outside viewing vs. inside the venue. All the guests were so impressed and loved it! We took advantage of the Unions package deal where they do absolutely EVERYTHING. An ALL INCLUSIVE DESIGNER WEDDING!! The vision behind this deal is Ayesha O. And she is everything! She is extremely professional, has phenomenal experience, makes you feel comfortable in every step of the way, responsive, always present, incredible vision that translates beautifully, and she has a sweet spirit on top of everything else. The package can be modified to your needs and desires which i love. We even had a coordinator assistant, Stephanie D., who was equally as good. There was no stress leading into the wedding bc they handled everything. I used to hear horror stories about how stressful planning can be, the desire to have the day end, arguments, etc. My husband and I anticipated the day of our wedding, didn't want the night to end, and for it to be just being a few days after the wedding... were still on a high from the execution of everything and being amongst so many family and friends! The venue itself 10! The ceremony, cocktail, and reception space used 10! Ayesha O. 10! UNIONS deal 10. Stephanie D. 10! I want to get married again just to have this incredible experience again. I recommend the venue and I highly recommend the unions package!!!!

Excellent venue to have wedding/reception!

We LOVE the Lofts!!It made a warm and magical December wedding. Our guests kept asking how we found this venue!!It has endless possibilities for all the personal details of the day! The amenities are great and Ayesha is WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond in every way to make it our daughters dream wedding! Ayesha is passionate about what she does and it shows!! She is so personable and easy to work with and has lots of experience to give helpful suggestions. She will definitely go the extra mile to make the day what you want it to be! We definitely give the Lofts 5 stars!!

Are you looking for a beautifully unique and affordable venue, with friendly and helpful staff? Look no further! Our 8/13/16 reception at the Lofts was everything I hoped it would be- and more! Working with Ayesha through the whole planning process was a dream! She is so professional, so laid back, so accommodating, so kind, so helpful, and SO respected and well known in this area! Every time one of my other vendors would ask "where is your reception venue?" and I would reply "the Lofts", they would almost sigh with relief and say "WE LOVE WORKING WITH AYESHA!" She's incredible. I mean, the Loft pretty much speaks for itself because it's so beautiful and unique, but having Ayesha as the Event Sales Manager is the cherry on top! She has been in the business for quite some time so she has seen it all and can give you all kinds of advice. I would sing her praises from every rooftop if I could! I never once worried about our reception venue because I knew she had it under control. I'm so proud to say that I was a Lofts at Union Square Bride! :)

We still have guests asking us how we found such a cool spot for the reception and they LOVED it!! Ben and I first fell in love with The Lofts while attending the Triad Weddings Connect event held there March 2013. It was the first time I was introducing Ben to work colleagues and we both could not get over such a stunning back drop for the event! We absolutely adored the main room with the oak bar, the floor to ceiling windows and the exposed brick. Not to mention the fountain and curved archways and wrought iron work and small bar area when you step off the elevator. We decided that night that when we got married that we wanted to have the reception there! Ayesha is a dream to work with as well. She was so accommodating with every little request including allowing sparklers for our cake, was available for all on-site meetings and gave great vendor recommendations. The Lofts at Union Square are extremely lucky to have her and any bride would be lucky to book this great venue for their big day!!

The Lofts at Union Square is a great wedding reception venue. Ayesha, the events manager, is wonderful to work with. She is extremely professional and has lots of experience from which to draw to give suggestions and advice. The building itself is very neat and different. It is great for those looking for something besides a ballroom and for someone who wants to execute their own vision in décor and room layout, as it is an empty canvas.

Ayesha at the Loft's is great to work with. The space is amazing, I received many compliments from the guests about how cool the space was. Highly reccommend!!

I fell in love with The Loft the moment I stepped into the space. The floor has about five rooms, with which we were free to do whatever we wanted. The manager, Ayesha Ogelsby is awesome! You will love her. She is very helpful.
