Siempre he sido una persona exigente, con un gusto refinado por la fineza y el glamour, y debo decir que me sorprendió gratamente lo que encontré. W!! These guys are beyond talented at what they do. Our theme for my dad's 60th Birthday was "King of the Jungle." We wanted to bring this vision to life in a way that was tasteful, masculine, elegant and regal!! They did not undersell what they would do. I remember walking into the venue, and just WOW, it not only came together exceeding all of our expectations, but we actually felt like we were in the most royal and regal jungle there ever could be. Thank you Jorge and Ismael for not only being such a true pleasure to work, but with for bringing our vision to life in a way that we could have never imagined. Seeing my dad's reaction to everything was priceless! They are the best!

. Like every Bride I was very stressed out about everything and they always made everything so easy , they are very friendly and easy to work with. Ismael and Jorge make a prefect team, the day of the wedding they were at the wedding venue very early in the morning until the end of the wedding making sure every details was a planned. Not only my husband and me but also all the guest were impressed how everything came out and most importantly how everything was perfectly organized, I am very thankful and willing to book my next events with them as well.

are the best wedding planners around. The cake, floral arraignments, center pieces, table setting, food, DJ, MC everything and everyone was fantastic. Our wedding had to incorporate Latin and American music which was seamlessly done by the DJ. The MC was super nice and told everyone exactly what they needed to do. The amount of detail Jorge and Ishmael paid attention to and remembered for my wedding amidst having 100 other wedding shows how much they care about each Bride individually. They knew I loved gold- they pointed out which options would go with my taste. They were never pushy, had great ideas for my wedding and executed it perfectly. Before meeting with the wedding planners, I tried to plan my wedding on my own… I learned two things: it was MORE expensive and more work then using Jorge and Ishmael service. I’m still dreaming about the wedding I had. The decorations they offer are exquisite. Even our napkin holders were beautiful. The florals and the cake were designed EXACTLY how I wanted it. No miscommunication or sorry, we don’t have that… they got it all right. They brought my flowers to my hotel, they checked in throughout the night to make sure I was happy and they CLEANED and packaged all my utensils I used to cut the cake and my toasting flutes. They cleaned them and put them back in their original boxes which is how I provided it to the wedding planners. They packaged my picture frames of loved ones no longer with us and all frames were returned without any damages. They packaged our candles, seating chart exactly how we gave it to them. Which takes time and consideration. I’m sure after a long day setting up and tearing down a wedding the last thing you want to do is repackage multiple things you received from the bride. But, it was done and given back to me exactly how I gave it to them. These wedding planners planned my brother’s wedding 8 years ago and they did not disappoint 8 years later. Book them for your upcoming wedding.

Mi primera llamada con Ismael y Jorge fue una conversacion de informaion pero no podia creer todo lo que me estaban explicando con tanto detalle y amor, sin haberles conocido sabia que estaba haciendo la mejor eleccion, cuando colgamos le dije a mi mama "ellos son unos duros". Cuando empezamos el proceso cada llamada era unica, es increible como puedes desear y crear la boda de tus suenos. Nuestra boda fue pospuesta 2 veces y nunca tuvimos ningun problema en hacer los cambios y nada afecto nuestro contrato, al contrario estaban dia y noche disponible para lo que necesitaramos. Hay tantas cosas que escoger que ni yo tenia idea; nuestra cita para el set up de los tables fue muy gracioso yo queria que me ensenaran solo 2 o 3 manteles pero no, ellos hasta que no te ven 100% enamorada de lo que tus ojos ven no paran, recuerdo que les decia que yo queria un set up light, no tan cargado porque yo era muy sencilla, sin tanto brillo y termine escogiendo todo lo contrario, sus palabras fueron: y tu dices que eres sencilla? nos echamos a reir todos. Cuando llego el momento de las flores me piedieron algunas ideas y lo mismo que me imagine fue lo que me crearon; mi ramo, los centerpieces, los ramos de las bridesmaids, los boutonniere, todo. Food tasting appointment, wow con esto si me quedo sin palabras, que calidad de comida, el chef nos preparo todo lo que podiamos tener para nuestros invitados y mientras mas probaba mas me gustaba todo, el dia de la boda todos nuestros invitados estaban fascinados por la comida lo rica que estaba, el cake supero mis expectativas, nunca me hubiese imaginado escoger un sabor para mi wedding cake de pina colada, pero con Ismael y Jorge todo es nuevas experiencias. Y llego el gran dia, estuvieron tan al pendientes de nosotros que conversamos con ellos durante el dia para recibir sus bendiciones y para que no nos preocuparamos por nada. Ismael estuvo a cargo de todo el evento desde la manana hasta que se fue el ultimo invitado, siempre al pendiente de todos los detalles. Nuestras familias, nuestros invitados no paraban de decir lo increible que estaba todo, llore mucho de emocion cuando se abrieron las puertas del salon y vi la magia que habian echo para convertir mi boda sonada en realidad. , and the level of care they put into your entire experience with them is incomparable! Choosing them as our wedding planners, caterers, and decorators was the BEST decision ever! Our guests couldn’t mention enough how delicious the food was (which is not common to happen with caterers) and how beautiful everything looked! They also mentioned how great all the drinks were and the fact that they could order any drink (no cheap alcohol!) The staff was super professional, they kept all of the tables clean between servings and were very courteous to our guests. The level of attention that they provide is like no other, our wedding was two years in the making due to COVID and at no moment did they become unresponsive or did I feel stressed. It’s pretty much impossible to go through an event planning experience with them and not leave considering them MUCH more than planners, they are TRULY that great! In summary, Ismael and Jorge are event planning geniuses and having them on your team is the best possible decision you could make when planning any type of event. With them, there is no room for error and you can be assured that you’re event will be a total success and that you will have gained two incredible friends.

The cake was a dream and tasted like a little peace of heaven. So many different details that were perfectly coordinated and executed. There are really no words to express our gratitud to Jorge and Ismael, as well as, every single person that made this day unforgettable. nue. From a customer's perspective, it was an absolute nightmare working with Jorge and Ismael, ESPECIALLY on the day of the wedding. They were "okay" to work with as we were paying them on time throughout our agreement, but as soon as that last payment went through, the level of service plummeted. == Pros == 1. Quality of Food - Delicious! From the filet mignon to the wedding cake, everything tasted outstanding. Our guests could not get enough! 2. Beautiful Venue and Decor - We cannot get over how perfect the location was and how great everything came out with the roses and decorations. Even the weather cooperated, making a beautiful background for a memorable evening. == Cons == 1 . Not An Honest Vendor - When we initially met with them, they told us everything was included in their base package, including being the day-of wedding coordinator as well as the beverage inclusions. We asked if we needed to also hire a day-of wedding coordinator as a very good friend of ours does this as her profession, and their response was, "You can invite her, but she'll just be sitting because we take care of all of that." FALSE!!! They were practically NOWHERE to be found when our guests arrived to the venue, nor did they provide any direction to our guests on how to flow through the evening from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, nor did they provide any direction to our guests in regards to parking or access to elevators for our elderly guests. We are forever grateful to our wedding-planner friend for attending the wedding, as she voluntarily took the reigns the day-of when she saw this disaster unfolding. Jorge and Ismael promised and agreed we would have top-shelf liquor included in the base package, as well as just ONE bottle of Moscato for the bride and groom and pinot Grigio available as the wine preference. None of the above was available at the bar during the wedding. 2. Sketchy Bookkeeping - If we weren’t diligent on our end in tracking each check that was delivered AND deposited on their end, they would have robbed us of $2000. They claimed multiple times that they “never received a few checks” from our family, and when we showed them the proof from our bank statements and personal bookkeeping, they suddenly “found the checks”. Moral of the story: keep track of every dollar you give these people. 3. Rude Service Day-Of Wedding - The bride’s hair and makeup took slightly longer than expected, causing the bridal party to arrive just 30 minutes after the originally planned time to begin the event. The very first thing they said when the mother-of-the-bride FINALLY located Alejandrina (since they were practically nowhere to be found when we arrived), was reminding us with an attitude that we were 30 minutes late, instead of telling us professionally what to do and where to go next. The catering team was also rude throughout the reception, not being personable, not smiling, rushing everywhere and seemingly annoyed with the evening. We will never recommend this wedding vendor to any of our friends and family.

They have a variety options and the best products in miami! The food is amazing every guest commented on how good it was. We would highly highly recommend them! Thanks so much Ismael and Jorge for making our dream wedding come true!!

Estuvimos viendo otras compañías que nos ofrecían algo similar, pero ninguno se acercó a llevarnos nuestro corazones como ellos lo hicieron. Le aseguró que no hay comparación. Jorge y Ismael siempre estaban al tanto de cualquier pregunta o preocupación. El día de la boda de mi hija todo estuvo perfecto como lo esperábamos. Mi paquete tenía incluido DJ, MC, Flores, open bar, la comida, el cake, los manteles, los cubiertos, cristalerías y el servicio que estuvo también de gran calidad. “Events by Alejandrina”and Jorge y Ismael son los mejores. Están 100 % recomendados. Todo mi agradecimiento a Jorge y Ismael por todas las atenciones y la paciencia que tuvieron con nosotros y por hacer este momento tan especial.

They are literally invested from the day you 1st reach out to them until even after the wedding to make sure you had a magical day. The day of the wedding they are non stop working hard making sure the bride and groom are taken care of and well fed! For brides they are a god send. If you have gotten married you know there is no such thing as a wedding day going without a hiccup or mix’s up but Jorge and Ismael well take care of any hiccups along the way to make sure the bride (lets be real it’s HER day) is stress free and just enjoys the day completely. I will always recommend them time and time again.
