I feel there are probably many many wedding planners who would “get the job done” and Amanda does that above and beyond, but she was also there for me as the bride. Checking in on how I was doing, making sure everything that was being done was what I wanted, etc. Then, not as if I had any worry before, but when our wedding day came around I was blown away. I did not lift a finger. The entire ceremony and welcome areas were a dream set up and my reception was exactly as I imagined. Making every dream of mine come true and any areas I didn’t have curated myself, her creativity and expertise filled in the rest. She truly is one of a kind. If you are looking for the expert in North East Florida weddings, you’ve found her.

at night looking for a new planner, and had a call with Amanda first thing in the morning. She calmed my nerves, let me know she would be taking care of it all, and worked with me while I battled to get some of my money back from the previous planner. Within the first sit down meeting with Amanda, I had a timeline, rough layout and multiple checklists of things I needed to do/could anticipate happening. She is very organized, responsive and communicative. She’s also super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Days leading up to the wedding, other Brides told me how stressful the day-of could be and that was not the experience I had. Everything was a breeze, ran smoothly and timely, and I did not have to worry about anything. I had full trust in Amanda and she executed the most perfect wedding for us. We are so grateful to have found her and would recommend her for absolutely any event! Would also like to give a shoutout to all of the vendors she recommends - all were professional, responsive and also were a big reason why the day was so special for us.

to them in St. Augustine, Florida. Since I know little about weddings and am not from St. Augustine, I really needed help with the planning. We also needed to plan the wedding relatively quickly due to health issues with members of both our families. My mom couldn’t help much and I didn’t have local bridesmaids to help, so I relied on Amanda heavily. Amanda lives in St. Augustine, she knows and works well with all the vendors, was able to make excellent recommendations based on what we wanted for the wedding. She also recommended the officiant, professionals for hair and makeup, the photographer, DJ, and florist, all of whom were outstanding. Amanda arranged all my meetings with the vendors for trials, and throughout the wedding planning. She has such a great personality and kept me on track in a way that was forceful but also compassionate. Amanda also stayed on top of the vendors in the same manner to keep us all on track. She helped me figure out how to formulate what I wanted my wedding to be like and figure out how to communicate this with the vendors to bring that vision to life. Amanda met up with us before the rehearsal, got there hours early the day of the wedding to make sure everything was set up correctly, and stayed there with her assistant throughout the wedding to make sure that anything we needed was provided. I’m sure she did many other things behind the scenes that I don’t even know about as well. Amanda was there whenever there were snafus or emergencies. She guided me through difficult situations, such as when a big emergency happened with a close family member. She knew what to say and how to handle the situation. She also was extremely helpful when, the night before the rehearsal dinner, we found out that the restaurant where we had our reservation would be closed unexpectedly. Amanda immediately gave us three other excellent recommendations and the rehearsal dinner went off without a hitch and seemed to be enjoyed by all. Everyone should be lucky enough to have Amanda’s assistance when planning their wedding. While getting married is the happiest day of your life, it is also scary! Not only did Amanda do such a great job helping me plan the wedding with class, she also was there whenever I needed her, no matter how big, small, or strange my questions were. I never felt like I couldn’t ask Amanda a question and she always responded quickly. For five months, I texted her numerous times a week, sometimes a day, and she always responded promptly without fail. In short, I don’t think that anyone could do better than having Amanda as their planner for a St. Augustine wedding!

e day of was seamless. I had blinders on most of the day, so if something went wrong I had NO idea. LOL. The process with her from beginning was flawless. he had tons of recommendations and connections when it came to all vendors. She constantly made sure I was on track, anytime I had a question no matter what day or time it was, she answered. She is beyond professional and truly a master at event planning. She made everything so seamless and hands off for me. I never worried about a thing, she took care of it. She is the absolute best to work with and made wedding planning g fun which in my eyes, is the best of it all. She checked in constantly, especially 90 day, 60 day, 30 day etc. on the day of the wedding, I had 0 complaints. We were on the same page and she takes the time to really get to know her brides. Not just my planner but now a family friend. I would refer her to anyone and everyone. She’s the best in her class y’all! ise you’ll need help on. Not only was Amanda incredibly organized and thorough, she’s well networked within the wedding community which I learned is extremely invaluable. Since I booked most of my large wedding items before finding her, I only booked partial planning, but I HIGHLY recommend booking her as a full time planner because after working with her I would have done a few things different based off her suggestions. Also I am from IL so if you’re from out of town, booking her is a no brainer. Lastly and probably most important, she’s SO fun, upbeat, and very present which makes a huge difference when you’re stressing about wedding planning. She makes it all so easy. Book Amanda!!! You won’t regret it! Also, my out of town 125 person wedding went off without a single issue if that’s proof enough :)

e best choice for our planner. Amanda assisted in coordinating our venue tours and within a matter of days we had them all booked. We chose our venue rather quickly and at that tour, we sat down, reviewed all vendors and checked off major vendors off the list. She seamlessly assisted in booking the vendors for us. I remember the time from about 6 months to 9 months feeling like there was not much to do but Amanda continued checking in with us and giving us to dos. From the 90 day mark then the 30 day mark she kept us completely in check with tasks and follow ups, which is the exact level of service we were looking for. In the last month and few weeks we spoke almost every day. Throughout the process, Amanda answered any texts or calls no matter the day, something I also appreciated. Following her social media and other weddings, I knew the effort she put into each wedding/couple. I trusted Amanda 100% for the day of and as a type A planner myself, knew I could completely turn over the reins to her. The day went beyond seamlessly and Amanda managed our timeline flawlessly, something we had discussed over and over during the planning process. Having a wedding planner was very important to my husband and I so we could completely enjoy the day and save some of my sanity during the planning process. We could not have chosen a more perfect fit for us and will 100% recommend Amanda over and over.

I could text or call her at any and all hours of the night and she would respond almost immediately. Everything I had dreamt of was perfectly executed. I was in awe of the design of our wedding, the organization and the flow of the entire day. best advice while we were planning. When our wedding day came, the weather forecast was not great, and Amanda did not skip a beat. No bride wants it to rain on her wedding day, but she stayed positive and made sure our dream wedding came true. She made sure our rain plan was executed flawlessly. I didn’t stress about a single thing the day of the wedding. I would have been a wreck if not for her! Amanda made the wedding set up and breakdown as smooth as can be. She seemed to be everywhere all at once – I really don’t know how she does it! Amanda is such a gem, and we loved working with her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. 10/10 recommend hiring her for your wedding! She is the best.

She took my unorganized chaotic energy and decor and made sure the entire day went off without a hitch. I forgot to bring a cake cutting set - she made sure we had something to use. She calmed my nerves, dealt with my high strung parents, and just made our day absolutely perfect. I wish there was a better way to describe how awesome she really was.

Amanda listened to what was most important to us. She made amazing vendor suggestions, so we had an all-star line up on our wedding day. There were many times I wanted to go rogue with the budget. She helped us prioritize and stay within a reasonable budget for the type of wedding we wanted. Our guest had an amazing time, but most importantly my husband and I had the best time of our lives. The day after our wedding my father mentioned how impressed he was with how smooth everything ran and that there was no drama. If there were any hiccups during our wedding, we were unaware. Simply put it was the most spectacular day of our lives! We are eternally grateful to have found Amanda.

The monthly check-ins were amazing and kept me on track throughout the wedding planning process! I finally pulled the trigger and reached out and after an hour long free consultation call I did not hesitate to book her. She provided so many ideas for my dream wedding in our first call I was honestly surprised. Throughout the journey she called, texted, emailed and kept me on track. Being a busy working mom I really needed that! She was able to help me book all my other vendors I had been social media stalking and we met early on with my dream florist. I still don’t think I was prepared for the feeling I felt when seeing my reception room the night of my wedding, it exceeded my expectations and I was blown away. Since the wedding I have had so many people text me that it was the best wedding they have been to. We had a cigar roller, photo booth, and a ton of personal details that they said made the wedding stand out from others they had been to. It rained a few minutes right before the ceremony but Amanda some how handled that too and the whole night still went as planned. She does some very high end weddings and mine was on the lower end budget but she still made it look just like all her Insta pics :) the best part of the night is when my Husband (eek) and I were dancing and he told me the wedding was so awesome and he was so happy we had one and having all his family there, it was a really special evening for us all!

No decorations, no leftover food/cake - just had an overall amazing experience with Amanda. She absolutely went above and beyond for our entire event and I recommend her to absolutely everyone!

my decor was set up, my vendors were on time and had everything they needed, all of the family and bridal party were comfortable and knew where they needed to be and when. It takes a special kind of person to understand family dynamics upon first meeting a large group of people - Amanda excels at this. She knew how to navigate divorced parents, awkward first meetings, and tons of out of town guests; all the while setting up a wedding in a venue she had to travel over 10 hours to get to! I cannot sing her praises enough. I was able to relax knowing that she was not only executing my vision but doing it with grace!

nda, I have gotten to assist Amanda during a day-of wedding, Amanda was in my wedding, which she also helped me to plan. Amanda goes above and beyond for everyone. She will take her time to go out of the way for anyone needing her. Amanda has started from the ground up and fully embraced her strength as a world class planner <3

girl who will get the job done. Not the case! She’s just mean and rude. The day before the wedding (I paid for month out services not day of, so the contract included rehearsal and setup) she spent nearly two hours showing the venue to another couple and I brainstormed myself where to start my aisles, where to put the podium, etc. Also when someone asked her to get a plate for me (she neglected to get a plate for my MOH, who was my seven year old daughter and would obviously not go into the buffet line by herself) she scoffed, suggested to my bridesmaids that THEY do it (what?) rolled her eyes like she was being put out and said fine I’ll do it. And then like dropped the plate of food on the table. She also didn’t bother to make sure the bottom layer of my cake was cut, so my own mother (and several other family members) didn’t get any of my wedding cake. She begrudgingly helped set up last minute things the day of, and was rude as hell to everyone during the rehearsal. Several people complained about her. Finally, we had a rogue ringbearer running down the aisle, which I obviously couldn’t see, and despite this she told me to start walking anyways which totally ruined the effect of me walking down the aisle with my future husband to see. Thankfully I planned a majority of the wedding myself, and the mishaps and rude comments were not seen by any of the guests that weren’t in the wedding party. But she makes it seem like she has her shit together and that is absolutely not the impression I got. Maybe if I would’ve paid $3,000 something for entire planning services she’d have cared more, but I paid $1,800 for month out and really feel as though it was not worth it.

had countless day of planners stop responding to us or disregard our messages. We reached out to Amanda and she immediately made time to speak with us and made us feel like we were the only couple that mattered. I knew in that moment that we had to work with her. Amanda went above and beyond to make our wedding a dream come true. As someone who loves to "DIY", I may have taken on too much when planning this wedding. Even though Amanda was only our day of, she went out of her way to send us recommendations for vendors, set up our florals super last minute (so sorry!), think of things when plans changed last minute, and overall was super supportive and responsive when we needed her most. Amanda is super knowledgeable of St.Augustine and all of the vendors the town has to offer. She found us an amazing catering team and helped problem solve whenever something went wrong. She was straight forward and didn't sugar coat any situation which is definitely what you need with a planner. 10 out of 10 would recommend her to all my family and friends getting married in the near future. We love you Amanda! We hope we didn't drive you crazy!

o show the venue to another couple, called the bride crazy to the brides family, became irritated with the bridesmaids with any small request, and honestly just wasn’t helpful in the slightest. Whatever feelings she had about the bride or the wedding she should have remained professional regardless. None of the requests for assistance were outside of what to be expected and no one was rude to her. She should honestly consider a new profession if she can’t maintain her professionalism with any slight inconvenience to her day.

e doing a lot of the work, so I really wanted someone for day-of coordinating services because I knew that all the people I trusted and loved to help facilitate and organize things would be apart of our big day already. I came across Amanda, and first of all loved that her last name is my now married last name! After speaking with her, I knew she was the one. She was available to answer questions (even the weird detailed ones) and give advice on vendors. Looking back now, and I do not say this lightly, our wedding COULD NOT have been what it was without Amanda. Do not have a wedding without a coordinator, and if you’re going to choose a coordinator, choose Amanda! She is decisive, strong willed, and knows what will make your wedding the best. She picked up on our style and ran with it. Since it was day-of coordinating we were able to do a lot of the work, which was fun being apart of the planning process, but don’t underestimate just how much work it is. Amanda is well versed with vendors, being in the business for as long as she has, and has so much experience with wedding etiquette and the flow of things. I just can’t imagine what it would have been like without her. She had meetings with us so we were on the same page and created a timeline of events, did a venue walk through, helped us through rehearsal, and KILLED it on our wedding day. She was so calm and helpful. Setting up all of our reception area, facilitating the timeline, and getting everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be there, including the groom and myself. On top of it all, kept our drinks full and made sure we were fed! There just aren’t enough words to thank her! Thank you for helping make our wedding so beautiful and everything we dreamed of. We highly recommend booking Amanda as your wedding coordinator!
