honestly cannot say enough about the food at our wedding. We are STILL hearing from our guests about how incredible everything was. We had so many people tell us it was some of the...
best wedding food they’ve ever had, and not one single person had anything negative to say.
We had the Brie & Pear Crostini, Chicken Satays with Tzatziki, and Stuffed Jalapeño Halves with Cream Cheese & Bacon for our appetizers, followed by Caesar salad, Penne Marinara, Chicken Marsala, Filet of Beef, Au Gratin Potatoes, and roasted and grilled seasonal vegetables. Every single thing was delicious. The filet was unbelievably tender, the Chicken Marsala was amazing, and the sides were just as good as the entrées. Nothing felt like typical “wedding food”. everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
Chef Kyle truly went above and beyond, and you could tell how much care went into every part of the meal. He helped make the food such a memorable part of our wedding, and our guests absolutely raved about it all night.
And then there was the homemade ice cream and espresso cart… SUCH a fun addition and the perfect way to end the night. Our guests loved both, and it gave everyone something extra to enjoy after dinner.
Food was honestly one of the biggest highlights of our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chef Kyle and the entire culinary team exceeded our expectations in every way!!!
They catered our February 2024 wedding for 175 people. We did a mix of cold and warm apps for cocktail hour which were a hit (antipasto skewer, goat cheese fig filo cup, bruschetta...
). Dinner was a salad & bread then duet filet & chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic redskin mashed potatoes and veggies . When I say EVERYONE including ourselves was served a hot and delicious meal, I mean it! Guests have told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever been served. Thanks Batch 154!
Appetizers were our favorite thing at the tasting , and they were a HUGE hit during cocktail hour as well. Many choices to pick from, including multiple fish/vegetarian options.

Dinner was amazing! Much better than the tasting we went too.
The chicken was amazing, moist and had an amazing sauce on it.
The prime rib is a MUST Have, Cooked perfectly and again w a phenomenal homemade dipping sauce. Salad, bread , pasta --- everything was very tasty and flavorful!
We were worried after the tasting as the food was just alright - however it was WAYYYYYYY better for the wedding. It was a very pleasant l surprise and we couldnt have had better food for the event. One of my biggest regrets from my wedding day was not eating more food! I dream about the prime rib and chicken still today...
The dinner service was amazing and kept everything in order, clean, and kept the buffet packed!
Definitely highly recommend Batch 154 for your wedding or event!
The catering at our wedding at The Treasury was SPECTACULAR! Everything was delicious and we received so many compliments on the high quality food that was served on our buffet. Th...
e catering staff was extremely helpful, even assisting my husband and I through the buffet so we could keep ourselves clean (a pleasant surprise)! We both really appreciated that the caterer provided multiple opportunities to try some of their different offerings at tastings and were very transparent with their pricing so we could make educated selections for our menu.
