ing is stressful, especially when you mix two weddings in different continents, a Type A personality and the stress of a traveling consultant for work. She kept me grounded and peaceful (I am sure my husband is super thankful for that). Thank god, I found her early on in the summer of 2017 (I had my first wedding in India in December and the second one in California in April). Though we had hired and paid Cori for "day-of" coordination, what we got from her along the whole year-long process was so much more! Our meetings were detailed and organized, and she was able to transform my mumbo jumbo into a beautifully decorated and organized wedding. Cori saved us so much time and unnecessary stress that came with organizing our wedding. She has great taste, very experienced with SoCal venues (expert in our venue – Casa Romantica), and her organizational skills are top notch. She had personalized checklists, made phone calls for us, and told us not to worry about countless things, as she did them for us. She also had tons of valuable recommendations in terms of other vendors – we got our baker and florist through Cori. She is incredibly patient (I know that for sure because I can have analysis paralysis and take time for decisions) and I am ever so grateful for her keeping her calm and guiding me through this daunting maze. She was also constantly in touch with both of us to remind us of things we needed to do and always made herself available for a chat or a meeting. Always prompt, friendly, and thorough in our communication, we are still so pleased!! On the wedding day, I realized that I had overlooked some (kind of important!) details like card box, water stations etc., and Cori offered up some she had on hand from a previous wedding! She was also accommodating to last minute change of plans like an impromptu dance on the Casa terrace (of course from the bride!), and handled it gracefully with the relevant vendors… all so seamlessly. Cori was there from the very beginning coordinating everyone and everything: Caterer, Officiant, Bar, floor staff, DJ, florist, rentals... not to mention arranging the site and coordinating 80 guests. Multiple guests have mentioned how beautiful, cohesive and well-knit our wedding was, and Andy & I couldn’t have done it without her. Not only is she deeply in love with what she does and extremely professional, she is a very kind personality. Our wedding was amazing, and was practically perfect. I've already recommended Cori to a friend, and I'd enthusiastically recommend her to you, too. She's supportive, cheerful, and incredibly good at her job. She is an expert at SoCal weddings, especially in OC. I know without a doubt that our wedding was beautiful and perfect because she was there every step of the way, taking care of every little detail in a structured manner! When it came to meet the owner of events by Cori I had no idea it was the same Cori I met previously. Irony I would say. Upon having a more in depth conversation with Cori you get to see she is so much more. On the outside she is calm, sweet, a wonderful listener, and has a very gentle manner. Inside she is on top of it all! Without saying but through her actions she is organized, quick to respond, thoughtful, gracious, mindful, honest, and because of her countless years of being in the business as a wedding planner she has a bountiful amount of resources ranging from DJ''s, officiants, florists etc...everything you will need to have your perfect wedding. ng day. I'm not sure how we are going to be able to express how amazing she is in words, but we will try. What my,now hubby, and I liked most about Cori was how helpful she was! We were able to ask her any questions and she would always come back with an answer. She was sincerely honest with us when she thought things could be a little different. She coordinated so well with all our other vendors (flowers, dj, minister, venue, photographer, cake, our families). Honestly, any time we told a vendor she was our coordinator, I would see a look of relief on their face and they would say something like, "great! She's wonderful!" And she really was! It's the little extra details she did that made us feel very special on our day! I will highly be recommending her to any friends getting married.

simple. A few highlights 1. She introduced us to all our vendors, all of which worked seamlessly together. Florist, DJ, Videographer, Photo Booth... she made in-person introductions with all of them and you can tell they work together extremely well. 2. Kept us on track with our timelines and deliverables. 3. We got MULTIPLE comments from our guests about how well organized the event was. "Fabulously organized and executed" was one of the many comments we received. I've been to a lot of weddings and the amount of comments on the organization I think is rare. A lot of brides told me before my wedding "expect something in your plan to not be as planned" and that was not the case. We walked into our vision wedding, and everything was executed to perfection, as if we were the only client. We felt truly special. 4. I had no pre-wedding stress or anxiety because everything was under control. 5. GREAT with our parents- our families adored her! 6. Was super accommodating to our vision and went out of her way to make sure the execution was in line with what we wanted. The night was PERFECT. I can't thank you enough Cori. What a pure joy you were to work with and Max and I are so thrilled that we met you by happenstance at the bridal event. Our wedding would not be the wedding it was without you. What an angel! We instantly loved her soft nature and tone when we met her. She's experienced and definitely knows what she's doing - but she's super polite about it! My wedding party and several family members commented about how wonderful she was throughout our entire day. People were questioning her about this and that and she always gave a reply with a smile - never once got frustrated. She is just a calm and organized person who you definitely want helping you on your special day! My daughter is extremely organized herself and has always had a strong personality in what she accepts or declines. She interviewed many Wedding Planners, and let me know that without a doubt her choice would be Cori Sponagle. I was contacted by Cori and instantly knew that my daughter’s selection was accurate. Ms. Sponagle immediately made certain that we were set up with food tastings, options for my daughter’s choices in flowers, and everything to the minute detail while staying within her budget. Cori brought insight into alternative selections that would work with our venue and be exactly what we were striving for to complement the traditional setting. In addition, I was struggling to locate a residence to rent which would be close to the venue, and large enough to accommodate our family. The wedding date includes a popular busy holiday. Without hesitation, Cori provided information and contact numbers which enabled me to secure a beautiful home during time-frame, and I am comforted that I can be close to the venue and my daughter during the final pre-wedding organization, while enjoying the holiday as well. I am truly impressed with Cori Sponagle’s professionalism and knowledge, and would not hesitate to recommend her for any event.

Cori was happy, already had ideas for our wedding, and could take my dry sarcasm and humor. I chose my wedding to be in the theme/feel of 1920’s meets the Petit Trianon, and planning that from thousands of miles away was no easy feat. Cori was there every step of the way with her enthusiastic personality. We met several times in person and communicated continuously via email. She was constantly sending me items that would fit the theme (e.g., glassware, plates, etc.). She heard my ideas, understood my vision; and with those, she connected me with vendors that could make everything a reality. If a problem or issue arose, all I had to do was communicate my disparity to Cori, and she took care of settling and resolving the matter. She was extremely invested in the venue that I had chosen (Casa Romantica), so much so that she donated two beautiful chairs similar to the Louis XV style which fit the wedding theme. We were able to incorporate these chairs at the wedding reception. The wedding and reception were both beautiful and Cori was just as excited as I was to see everything come together. She was extremely helpful and resourceful, and the wedding would not have been the same without her help.
