Dallas is the absolute best person you could ask for to be by your side throughout the wedding preparation process and the wedding day. She is so thoughtful and creative, and makes any surprise events a “no big deal”, taking care of every little thing at all times. She is so incredibly organized and her planning tools make the preparation so much less stressful. She held my hand through the entire process and was consistently checking in on me to make sure I was doing okay throughout the process. If you are wondering who you not only who you want but who you NEED on your special day, Dallas is the number one choice!

Dallas was our month of wedding planner and day of coordinator for our 2025 summer wedding. Hiring her was the best decision and working with her was an absolute pleasure! She was organized and efficient building our timeline and arranging the layout for the big day. Throughout the entire process she made everything feel seamless and stress free. On the wedding day she handled details perfectly, coordinated all the vendors, and kept the entire day running smoothly. She even got stung by a bee right before the ceremony and never skipped a beat! She stayed completely focused, keeping spirits high and making sure everything went off without a hitch. Dallas is amazing. She jumped in when my venue canceled last minute.(this was Covd time) Within 24 hours I was touring new venues. She helped me get flowers and cratering done. She listened when I shared my vision and help make my day come to life. I highly recommend her.

Dallas was such an amazing wedding coordinator. Not only did she keep the day on schedule, but she did so in a way that didn’t make us feel rushed or anxious. Her demeanor is very relaxed, which helped everyone in our wedding party feel relaxed. Dallas does her homework, and she was extremely prepared for every aspect of our wedding. Dallas made relationships with everyone working the wedding - from DJ, to photographer, to bartenders and waiters. This helped her communicate easily, and keep everyone on the same page. Although we officially hired Dallas as our ‘day of’ coordinator, she was helpful before and after our wedding, from printing out signs and signature cocktail menus, to helping us get extra dancing time from the venue. She constantly checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay with planning, and made sure we didn’t miss any deadlines. Dallas is someone you can trust on your big day. You definitely can’t go wrong choosing her. It was our best decision, and she really helped our day feel special.

Dallas helped me plan my daughter’s gingerbread house making birthday party. She was fantastic! She helped me with all the details about how many gingerbread kits to buy and how much candy we needed. She also organized renting the tables and chairs as well as secured a wonderful location in Nevada City for the event. My daughter had the best time and I was so excited that we found a location to have the party that had great parking, ambiance and didn’t get my own house dirty. Dallas coordinated the clean up and made the whole party a breeze for me and my husband. My husband was so impressed with Dallas’ organization that he hired her again to plan my surprise 40th birthday party. She organized the most wonderful vegetarian food and wine at an amazing venue in Nevada City! I was so surprised, There’s no way the party would’ve been as awesome without Dallas and her help. I can’t wait to have another party!

Dallas hands down made my wedding stress free and seamless! Her knowledge of local vendors and the venue itself truly allowed us to be fully present in the ceremony and celebration of the day. Beforehand, she available and quick to respond. She also helped me plan for aspects that I never would have thought of on my own. YOU NEED DALLAS!!! Dallas was absolutely amazing from day 1. She truly brought my dream wedding to life. Dallas is a wedding expert and knows how to create the most stunning event. I gave her a few inspo pics and a wagon full of decorations and she knew exactly what to do with everything. It was perfect from start to finish and my guests can’t stop talking about how beautiful my wedding was. She also directed my day according to our timeline we put together to keep me on track, in addition to checking in with me throughout the night. She was amazing and such a saving grace for my day. Couldn’t have done it without her!!
