Julia was truly an absolute DREAM to work with, and we honestly don’t know how we could have done our wedding without her. From the very beginning of the planning process through the entire wedding weekend, she made us feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. Our wedding was so personal to us, and we had a very specific vision for our outdoor mountain wedding. She took the time to understand what we wanted, cared about all of the little details that made the day feel like us, and somehow turned everything we had imagined into reality. She was incredibly organized, responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. But what meant the most to us was that she never made us feel like we were just another couple or another wedding to plan. She truly invested in us. When we were overwhelmed, she reassured us. When we questioned a decision, she helped us find our way. When we had a million little details floating around in our heads, she somehow made everything feel manageable. And on our wedding day, she gave us something we will always be grateful for: the ability to actually be present. While we were getting married, laughing with our friends, dancing, celebrating, and soaking in every moment, she was behind the scenes making sure everything was taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about what was happening next or whether something was going wrong. We could simply enjoy the day we had spent so much time dreaming about. Looking back, we know there were countless things she handled that we probably never even knew about—and that’s exactly what made her so incredible. She made everything feel effortless while putting so much heart into making our day perfect. We came into this process looking for a wedding planner and left feeling like we had someone genuinely in our corner. We are so incredibly grateful she was part of such an important and meaningful chapter of our lives. If you are considering hiring her, do it. Seriously. You will not find someone who cares more, works harder, or makes the entire process feel more special. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be, and she played such a huge part in making that possible. Thank you for taking our vision, our crazy list of little details, and all of our hopes for the day and turning them into something even more beautiful than we imagined. We will forever be grateful for you and for everything you did to make our wedding weekend so incredibly special.

Working with Julia was great with helping us bring our outdoor Tahoe wedding vision to life at the Royal Gorge at Sugarbowl. We live in Oregon so she was very helpful with her expertise of the area and referring us to a lot of great local, trusting vendors. She helped kept us organized and I  really appreciated her calm demeanor on the wedding day to help us all stay on schedule especially when it stormed right before the wedding! Julia is also a very lovely person to get to know along this journey and glad we were able to work together!
