Demi helped bring our epic LA wedding weekend to life - from rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks in Pasadena, to a Santa Monica beach day, to our wedding at the LA Arboretum. It was no easy feat and she and her team executed it without a hitch. She also worked closely with our parents as we neared the wedding day, communicating across several parties to efficiently get everything finalized.
During the wedding weekend, she was instrumental in protecting our peace and ensuring we could stay present while navigating questions, timing, and last minute concerns.

About me:
Hi! I’m Demi! I’m a SoCal based event coordinator and planner, who has loved getting to work with so many amazing couples in the OC, LA, and SD area! I started my event company in 2022 with a vision to provide mindful and meaningful services to ensure my couples get to enjoy every step of their wedding season. After planning my own wedding in 2021, I was inspired by the creativity and endless possibilities that weddings and events encompass, but also recognized how overwhelming that can be for many couples as they try to navigate so many challenging decisions that often come with a high cost, which is where I come in to help!
In 2022 I joined an amazing wedding planning and coordination team where I worked as an assistant and lead coordinator for a diverse number of events that included Asian tea ceremonies and western style weddings. In December of 2022, I decided to create my own event coordination and rental company and have had so much fun getting to work alongside so many amazing couples to creat their dream day!
My team of assistants and I aim to provide professional and customized services to meet your budget and event needs so that you can enjoy your day to the absolute fullest. I have enjoyed meeting and working with a variety of vendors and have some excellent contacts should you require planning services in addition to day-of-coordination. I do not shy away from the DIY couples, as I was one myself, and love helping to guide your preparation to avoid any headache with setup on your big day.
Services offered:
I offer a wide range of services with the ultimate goal to help you curate your perfect wedding day. For planning packages, I will work to find you build your perfect team of vendors to ensure the smoothest series of events, and maintain consistent and regular communication with you along the way. Day of coordination packages begin at 3 months prior to your event where I will help you to create your timeline, connect with vendors to answer any questions or concerns they may have, provide documents to help you itemize your decor and photo lists, and so on. On the day of your events, my assistants and I will help with general setup/tear down and guide your team to keep everything on time and smooth so that you don’t have to worry about anything but enjoying yourselves to the fullest!
In additional to my planning and coordination services, I have a repertoire of custom rentals for backdrops, accent walls, and am open to creating new custom backdrops to meet your ideal aesthetic.

She was extremely professional and had a ton of helpful tips and suggestions throughout the planning process of the wedding. She is very detail-oriented and after each of our meetings, I knew that I was in excellent hands. I was fully confident that she understood and would faithfully execute our vision.
On the day of the wedding, she absolutely went above and beyond. She made sure everything went smoothly and was able to pivot when there were small hiccups. She was respectful and gave clear directions to my family to follow. She was running around all day to make sure our day was truly special and even helped decorate our cake! amazing job coordinating our wedding - from the moment she started she was consistently organized and effective, offering suggestions when we asked for advice while making sure our vision was carried out exactly as we wanted. There were a ton of little details that went into planning the ceremony processional/recessional, cocktail hour, reception, photos, etc. Demi was on top of all of it! She even accompanied us to meet with our venue coordinators and was super proactive about asking any questions we hadn't thought of.
Things were already going great, but Demi really started blowing us away during our ceremony rehearsal. During the rehearsal, Demi directed everyone involved in the ceremony processional with such ease and confidence! She's a natural leader and gave us instant confidence that everything would go smoothly the next day. Afterwards, Demi was very proactive about staying in contact with key people throughout the wedding weekend, including our wedding party, family, and vendors.
When the day of the wedding came, Demi and her team went above and beyond, making sure we always felt totally comfortable and blissful. We heard so many positive comments from guests about how active Demi had been behind-the-scenes keeping the day moving smoothly. We didn't even know until a week later that our wedding musician had gone to urgent care the morning of our wedding - Demi just took care of it!
Our wedding reception decor was fairly DIY, but Demi graciously helped us set up lots of bud vases and light candles. Demi is also an expert at DIY herself, and we rented lawn games and various other decor from her. When we entered our reception, we were in awe of how beautiful everything looked. It was exactly as we had envisioned, and we got lots of compliments from our guests about the decor.
We are truly grateful for her extraordinary work, and we can't recommend Demi enough.
