Understanding the Couple's Vision

Professionalism and Attention to Detail

We had Demi plan our wedding and it was the best choice we made in the entire process! She was able to guide us through dozens of decisions big and small and, whenever we had a bad idea (which happened alot, thanks to me), she would gently and professionally guide us towards much better ideas that always stayed true to our vision. She is also very well connected! She sourced our DJ, flower supplier, photographer, and chair rental company. We were constantly impressed at how she was able to handle an inhuman number of moving parts and coordinate with all the different vendors. She set our minds at ease throughout the whole process and, on the day of, my wife and I were able to completely relax, enjoy the day, and watch as everything unfolded exactly to plan. She and her team were incredibly attentive to any of our needs and made my wife and me feel so special. Best of all, her pricing is extremely competitive and more than fair! We would HIGHLY recommend going with her to plan any of your important events!

Working with Demi was seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear, the timeline stayed on track, and she made sure we vendors had everything we needed. Our churro station was a hit with guests, and her coordination behind the scenes is a big reason the night felt effortless. Highly recommend!

Thanks to recommendations from couples on The Knot

About me: Hi! I’m Demi! I’m a SoCal based event coordinator and planner, who has loved getting to work with so many amazing couples in the OC, LA, and SD area! I started my event company in 2022 with a vision to provide mindful and meaningful services to ensure my couples get to enjoy every step of their wedding season. After planning my own wedding in 2021, I was inspired by the creativity and endless possibilities that weddings and events encompass, but also recognized how overwhelming that can be for many couples as they try to navigate so many challenging decisions that often come with a high cost, which is where I come in to help! In 2022 I joined an amazing wedding planning and coordination team where I worked as an assistant and lead coordinator for a diverse number of events that included Asian tea ceremonies and western style weddings. In December of 2022, I decided to create my own event coordination and rental company and have had so much fun getting to work alongside so many amazing couples to creat their dream day! My team of assistants and I aim to provide professional and customized services to meet your budget and event needs so that you can enjoy your day to the absolute fullest. I have enjoyed meeting and working with a variety of vendors and have some excellent contacts should you require planning services in addition to day-of-coordination. I do not shy away from the DIY couples, as I was one myself, and love helping to guide your preparation to avoid any headache with setup on your big day. Services offered: I offer a wide range of services with the ultimate goal to help you curate your perfect wedding day. For planning packages, I will work to find you build your perfect team of vendors to ensure the smoothest series of events, and maintain consistent and regular communication with you along the way. Day of coordination packages begin at 3 months prior to your event where I will help you to create your timeline, connect with vendors to answer any questions or concerns they may have, provide documents to help you itemize your decor and photo lists, and so on. On the day of your events, my assistants and I will help with general setup/tear down and guide your team to keep everything on time and smooth so that you don’t have to worry about anything but enjoying yourselves to the fullest! In additional to my planning and coordination services, I have a repertoire of custom rentals for backdrops, accent walls, and am open to creating new custom backdrops to meet your ideal aesthetic. I look forward to setting up a call with you to hear how I can help you create your best day ever!

Demi and her team are truly amazing to work with. I've been MCing and DJing weddings for over 15 years and have had the opportunity to work alongside countless wedding planners...

and coordinators. Over the years, I've learned very quickly who is easy to collaborate with, who genuinely puts their clients first, and who lets their ego get in the way. I can confidently say that Demi is one of the good ones. She is professional, sincere, and genuinely cares about creating the best possible experience for her clients. What I respect most about Demi is her willingness to listen, collaborate, and adapt. She understands that a successful wedding is a team effort, and she values the expertise of the vendors she works with. Rather than trying to control every detail, she works with everyone involved to achieve the best outcome for her couples. That level of humility, professionalism, and teamwork is rare in this industry and is something I truly appreciate. Demi is a shining star in the wedding industry, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for a coordinator who is organized, caring, and dedicated to making their wedding day as smooth and stress-free as possible. This review comes from my personal experience working alongside her, and I look forward to collaborating with her again in the future. Dewey Duy Ninh Owner, AAA Entertainment MC & DJ

Demi and her crew are hard working, quick problem solvers. Demi was always professional, fun and on top of coordinating our very large wedding. Demi kept tabs on the to do’s, offer...

ed many helpful solutions from choosing vendors, to creating a last minute beach party for 150 the day before the wedding, to keeping all the wedding party, photographers, and musicians logistics running smoothly. The venue did not think a wedding planner was a must do, but Demi made their work easier and all of the family and wedding party’s jobs easier too. I would highly recommend hiring Demi for your entire wedding weekend needs.

rdinated multiple wedding weekend events. Demi helped bring our epic LA wedding weekend to life - from rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks in Pasadena, to a Santa Monica beach day, to our wedding at the LA Arboretum. It was no easy feat and she and her team executed it without a hitch. She also worked closely with our parents as we neared the wedding day, communicating across several parties to efficiently get everything finalized. During the wedding weekend, she was instrumental in protecting our peace and ensuring we could stay present while navigating questions, timing, and last minute concerns. Above all, Demi is extremely empathetic, sensitive, and keeps the meaning of this experience top of mind throughout the planning process. We’re grateful we had her by our side on our big day!

t have asked for a more kind, attentive, gifted, and genuinely caring wedding coordinator to walk alongside our family during such a sacred and joyful season. Demi’s attention to detail, outstanding communication, and calm leadership gave us complete peace of mind from start to finish. Every interaction reflected not only her elite level of professionalism, but also her heart. At some point, she stopped feeling like “our coordinator” and truly became part of our family. As the wedding day approached and emotions naturally ran high, Demi offered an incredible level of care, patience, and grace. She anticipated needs before they were voiced, guided us gently through tight timelines, and supported every vendor seamlessly. Never once did she add pressure to an already emotional day. Instead, she made us feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for. Her ability to balance warmth with follow-through is a true gift, and she exercises it with excellence. We are also deeply grateful for her wonderful assistants, who reflected the same kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout the day. Their support played a significant role in making everything run so smoothly. Demi is truly exceptional in every sense of the word. Any family fortunate enough to work with her is beyond blessed. We would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone and would be honored to serve as a reference. She will forever hold a special place in our family’s story, and we are endlessly grateful for her.

I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. I knew as soon as I spoke to her that she was perfect for the job. Not only was she unfazed by the size of the wedding (abo...

ut 230 guests), but she also had experience with the traditional Chinese/Vietnamese tea ceremony. Demi was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely professional and had a ton of helpful tips and suggestions throughout the planning process of the wedding. She is very detail-oriented and after each of our meetings, I knew that I was in excellent hands. I was fully confident that she understood and would faithfully execute our vision. On the day of the wedding, she absolutely went above and beyond. She made sure everything went smoothly and was able to pivot when there were small hiccups. She was respectful and gave clear directions to my family to follow. She was running around all day to make sure our day was truly special and even helped decorate our cake! She stressed so that we could be stress-free and we are eternally grateful for all her help! We could not have done this without her and her team!

wedding involved traditions from Vietnam, Chinese, and Korean cultures all seemlessly blended into one. Demi got us in touch with a tea ceremony officiant, an MC/officiant for the western ceremony, as well as caterers for food, rentals for tables and chairs, and beautiful vibrant decorations for indoors. We definitely couldn’t have done this without Demi and her help!

Working with Demi and her team was a dream! We couldn't imagine our wedding without them, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, perfectly planned day. Demi did a truly ...

amazing job coordinating our wedding - from the moment she started she was consistently organized and effective, offering suggestions when we asked for advice while making sure our vision was carried out exactly as we wanted. There were a ton of little details that went into planning the ceremony processional/recessional, cocktail hour, reception, photos, etc. Demi was on top of all of it! She even accompanied us to meet with our venue coordinators and was super proactive about asking any questions we hadn't thought of. Things were already going great, but Demi really started blowing us away during our ceremony rehearsal. During the rehearsal, Demi directed everyone involved in the ceremony processional with such ease and confidence! She's a natural leader and gave us instant confidence that everything would go smoothly the next day. Afterwards, Demi was very proactive about staying in contact with key people throughout the wedding weekend, including our wedding party, family, and vendors. When the day of the wedding came, Demi and her team went above and beyond, making sure we always felt totally comfortable and blissful. We heard so many positive comments from guests about how active Demi had been behind-the-scenes keeping the day moving smoothly. We didn't even know until a week later that our wedding musician had gone to urgent care the morning of our wedding - Demi just took care of it! Our wedding reception decor was fairly DIY, but Demi graciously helped us set up lots of bud vases and light candles. Demi is also an expert at DIY herself, and we rented lawn games and various other decor from her. When we entered our reception, we were in awe of how beautiful everything looked. It was exactly as we had envisioned, and we got lots of compliments from our guests about the decor. We are truly grateful for her extraordinary work, and we can't recommend Demi enough.

om the moment I arrived, her professionalism and confident coordination stood out. As inevitable timeline adjustments came up (as they always do on a wedding day!) Where do I even begin… Demi was a godsend from the start. Our original coordinator cancelled on us and Demi jumped in so smoothly. She was super organized and detail oriented. She ...

also answered all of our questions throughout the process and gave great advice when it came to creating the day of timeline and vision. Having a coordinator is one of the best decisions ever because no wedding is without mishap but Demi gracefully handled the needs that day without my groom and I even knowing of “complications”. Demi also has her own DIY projects which make decor much easier if you’re interested in that!! Make your life easier and book Demi for your next event. You will not regret having the extra support to guide you that day, ease the nerves.. run out for more water or clean the bottom of your WHITE dress after you stepped in mud. Demi, Ali and I are infinitely grateful to you and Megan. Our special day was what it was because of you and your team. We were able to focus on us and our guests stress free and the entire family raved about how helpful and friendly you were. ❤️
