Emily coordinated our wedding, which was very DIY with lots of handmade details and at a non-traditional wedding venue. I had obsessively planned myself for months, and she stepped in and took the reins allowing me to fully enjoy the wedding day. Emily's communication throughout the planning process was exceptional. She was always available to answer any questions I had... and talked me down when I was overwhelmed! She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to ensure that everything was organized and coordinated perfectly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our wedding day was executed flawlessly. On the day of the wedding, Emily and her team were amazing. They worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from setting up the ceremony and reception spaces to making sure the timeline ran smoothly. Our very shy flower girl even warmed up immediately to Emily. She can work will with anyone and everyone! I really do think that it was thanks to Emily's hard work and expertise, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We received countless compliments from our guests on how seamless and beautiful everything was. We are so grateful to have had Emily as our wedding coordinator and would highly recommend her and have to many friends and family since. Hire Emily and it will be the best decision of your wedding planning process!

edding day. She is the perfect mix of thoughtful and fun, but also keeps things on track. I (bride) knew that a day of coordinator was important, but having Emily with us a month out was invaluable. There were so many things that hadn't crossed our minds that she helped us figure out, and I truly think I would have gone bonkers without her help leading up to the wedding. She truly went above and beyond in so many ways. Our wedding was more DIY, and Emily was with us the day before helping to get everything set up and clearly understood my vision, and her team flawlessly picked up where I left off. It was a blessing and a sigh of relief knowing that on the day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything because we had full trust in Emily and her team. Also, our officiant mentioned how Emily executed the most efficient and thorough rehearsal that he'd ever been a part of!

le or what to ask for. Then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing. Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you and your partner organized and get all of the vendors organized too. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the ~8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily incredible. Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. And of course, three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She navigated family dynamics like a pro. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control. Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all weddings have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!

a 175 count guest count at Taglyan Complex. We had multiple performances and family surprises that she had to work with on the timeline. Our night went smoothly! I can’t imagine not having Emily, it took away all the stress. My parents and family got to enjoy the evening because we had Emily. We had the best night of our lives. Thank you Emily and your team for what you do! It was a pleasure working with you. Highly recommend!
