My wedding day was absolutely perfect - I was able to truly enjoy the day with my husband, friends, and family. I didn’t have to stress or worry about anything the day of and that’s because of Evelyn’s hard work. She was there to solve any issues that came up and made sure the day went as expected. I cannot recommend Evelyn enough. If you need a wedding planner or even a day of coordinator, I highly recommend her!

I truly enjoyed working with her for the following reasons: Flexible, she understood my life. Pregnant with a special needs child starting Kindergarten and a preteen Evelyn was very understanding and flexible when it came to scheduling meetings/calls. She kept me on a timeline making sure I didn’t miss a beat but made sure to work around feedings, school needs and family time. Compassionate, about two weeks before our wedding we lost my Mother In Love. Evelyn told me to take the week to do what we needed to handle that. She answered all emails and handled any business she could with ease. I was very comfortable and confident to take care of what was needed for my Husband with no stress about the wedding because the planning was in great hands!! Lastly she’s great working under pressure (and applying it when needed with vendors 😉). The day before the wedding it SNOWED!!! My original makeup artist wasn’t able to make it to the venue; however when Evelyn returned she had 2 artist ready to get the job done and I had NO CLUE, of the stress that was taking place. Looking back I’m truly thankful for that, because of her I had the opportunity to enjoy my day to the fullest. So if you want someone who takes care of business, is compassionate and professional. Any time I was overwhelmed or stressed, which inevitably happens when planning a wedding, she always had helpful input and suggestions to keep me moving in the right direction. Any time I voiced even a mild bit of concern about something, she was there with a solution. Every time I talked with her, I came away from the the meeting relieved and confident that she was there taking care of things! Evelyn’s eye for design and detail is unmatched. She has great ideas and unique suggestions that really gave my wedding an extra something. Many of our guests commented on how our wedding was the most beautiful one they’ve been to—a true fairytale wedding. Evelyn’s team was also very professional and did a great job setting up and breaking down our event. The florals Evelyn’s team did for us were breathtaking. Evelyn also has great vendor suggestions and was very good managing and communicating with our vendors. On our wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was in Evelyn’s capable hands. She went way above and beyond and I can’t thank her and her team enough. Most of all, she was a great friend to me through the process. I am lucky I had the opportunity to work with her. Evelyn will make the wedding of your dreams a reality!

And it was. My husband and I had no idea what we wanted in terms of design; Evelyn took every jumbled thought in our head and actualized a gorgeous, whimsical day. Design and details are her expertise. Expect to be wowed with every choice--from the color palette, to unique guestbooks, to the types of flowers in your bouquets. She is not afraid to go against the norm, with bursts of color and unconventional choices for attire. Evelyn encouraged us to let our personalities shine; so many compliments from our wedding are thanks to her and her encouragment to be bold and original. It is a true gift to be able to say that our wedding reflected each of our personalities, and our love story, perfectly. Finally, Evelyn dealt with different strong personalities with ease. You typically hear that your wedding is going to be the best day of your life, but you don't hear about how stressful it can be if you don't have the right support. Evelyn is that support. She is an expert mediator who will put you and your partner first, and make sure you remember it's *your* day. She balances creativity, organization, and warmth with ease. I feel that we've made a friend for life. I can't imagine hiring anyone else to plan my future events. Evelyn is our girl!

Planning a wedding is difficult enough under normal circumstances but planning a micro-wedding in the midst of a pandemic is a whole different story. But having Evelyn on our side made this much less stressful than it could’ve been. Evelyn was beyond helpful throughout this whole process. She was always willing to hop on a call or video conference to discuss wedding details or answer any questions me or my mother had. She was phenomenal at communicating with vendors and came to each of our check ins with great updates and a plan to address any concerns that may have been raised. Her organizational skills are TOP TIER, and she truly has a plan for every possible scenario. Even on the day of the wedding our DJ didn’t show, but I didn’t notice a thing because there was a DJ in place when I walked down the aisle. The wedding timeline she put together was spectacular and it really made me feel good to have someone coordinating all the details before, during and after the wedding. I can’t thank Evelyn enough for being so warm, relatable, professional and absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend Evelyn to any bride who wants a top tier coordinator. We only did the day of coordination package but in hindsight I wish I would’ve absolutely done full wedding planning/coordination.
