Faten was a thoughtful, comprehensive, and adept wedding planner. From the initial consultation to discuss our wedding planning options, to the walkthrough of the venue, to the day of and the planning involved with that, we were thoroughly impressed by her knowledge and skills and by everything she did to make our lives easier. We couldn’t have asked for anything more as a couple - and the day of went so seamlessly because of all of her advanced planning and communication. Critically, she even found us a new photographer with less than two weeks to go until our wedding because the photographer we had previously booked completely ghosted us. Faten was knowledgeable, kind, and professional and even our bridal party and parents noted how amazing she was. We cannot thank Faten and her assistant enough for an amazing day and we highly, highly recommend her services!!

I CANNOT THANK FATEN ENOUGH! She was an incredible coordinator who kept me calm, cool and collected through out the day. She handled the few hiccups that came up so well and made sure I had nothing to worry about. I even forgot my veil and she ordered an Uber and had the Uber driver bring the veil to the venue which was so thoughtful! Her assistant also did a wonderful job helping some of my family members through out the day. Overall, they made sure that our wedding day ran so smoothly and I can honestly say we could not have done it without them! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

If you are lucky enough to have the option of getting her on board for your event, do not hesitate for a moment. To give you more insight: My husband and I debated for a long time whether we really needed a Day-of Coordinator for our wedding. We had already put so much effort into planning and had an excellent venue coordinator who was prepared to handle many aspects of the day. However, the unanimous advice we received was to hire a Day-of Coordinator to ensure everything went off without a hitch. We’re so glad we took that advice! From our very first interaction with Faten, her expertise, enthusiasm, and attention to detail were evident. It was clear immediately that we needed her on our team. She responded to every question we had with lightning speed and anticipated needs we hadn’t even considered. On our wedding day, Faten was nothing short of exceptional. She managed the wedding party, coordinated the ceremony and reception timelines, and ensured all vendors were on track. Thanks to her seamless coordination, my husband and I were free to relax and truly enjoy the day. Faten is the kind of gal that remembers every detail. She’ll quickly reapply your lipstick mid-dance set before the iPhones start flashing. She’ll bring out the party sunglasses and glow sticks at exactly the right song, and she’ll make sure you always have your drink of choice in hand. She remembered every family and bridal party member’s name, and made they feel like they can relax and celebrate rather than worrying about the timeline or details. Faten was always punctual and prepared for our planning events. She took charge or the wedding day elements and let us spend the day focusing on each other. Everyone at our wedding raved about the set up and flow of the day, and it was all due to Faten! After seeing her in action, my married friends told me they wished they had Faten for their weddings!

Perfect Wedding Coordinator Faten was the ideal wedding coordinator. She was responsive, attentive, punctual and highly competent. We can't express enough how grateful we are for Faten and the exceptional job she did as our day-of coordinator for our 6/1/24 wedding. From six weeks out, she became the main person who kept us sane - answering our questions, giving advice, creating a detailed timeline, coordinating with other vendors, helping us with our rehearsal, figuring out furniture setup/logistics for the ceremony/reception, and she even helped with transportation logistics (and gave hair/makeup recs when some other plans fell through!). She kept everything leading up to and the day of the wedding running smoothly. As another above and beyond, she generously let us borrow a ton of her signage, bubble guns, and other decor items which would’ve amounted to several hundreds of dollars. Our guests kept commenting on how impressed they were with how classy everything looked and how wonderful the ceremony and reception were. She anticipated the things we would forget (eg some carafes as part of the ceremony at a winery) and coordinated with other vendors to get everything covered. She kept us calm, kept us on schedule, and had backup plans ready. Everything ran seamlessly with her in our corner. Thanks to Faten, our wedding day was stress-free and perfect. We highly, highly recommend her to anyone in need of a detailed coordinator! Last but not least, she’s an awesome person - super kind, collected, always happy to answer questions - large and small - and has a ton of fun ideas/great taste to make your wedding unique and beautiful. Faten did an outstanding job as our day-of wedding coordinator. During the planning phase she was organized, responsive and knowledgeable and did a great job coordinating with our vendors and helping us create our timeline. She maintained a good balance between reflecting what we wanted and making suggestions for things we had not thought of. On the wedding day she took care of all the details and calmly dealt with unexpected changes so that we could enjoy the day. She was well prepared and did a great job getting people to where they needed to be while also being very attentive to the bride and groom. Faten made our day absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

We absolutely loved working with Faten as our wedding coordinator! She was so on top of things throughout the whole process; she knew exactly what to prepare for ahead of time and was great at ensuring everything ran smoothly the day of. We really appreciated how she was able to calmly handle everything (even with last min rain adjustments) so that we could just enjoy our day. I could not have had such a beautiful and successful wedding without Faten. Her organization and communication skills along with her ability to get things done helped make my life stress free during my wedding event. Faten is an absolutely amazing coordinator and a wonderful human being. My wedding turned out exactly how I’ve always imagined it to be, and it was all because of Faten’s notable organization, consistent communication, professionalism, and her willingness to do whatever it takes to make us satisfied. We hired Faten for our wedding this past weekend, and let me just say she was beyond amazing. I honestly think everyone needs a wedding coordinator, and if you’re able to hire Faten, do not hesitate. Faten is awesome!! She was very professional, organized, and kind throughout our time together. Her services were invaluable for our big day! The amount of things she took care of like communicating with vendors, setting up decorations, putting together timelines, and helping us stay on track was unbelievable. Faten and Events by Faten was a dream to work with. From the initial consultation call to the day of the event Faten ensured that everything went smoothly without a hitch and overall that my husband and I were happy with everything. Faten took the time to listen to any ideas we had, respected items and traditions we did not want for our wedding and had the utmost patients with us navigating this process where we were unsure. She was able to take our various ideas, incorporating our own sense of style and vision cultivating it into a beautiful ceremony that was exactly what we were unable to put into words. She used her amazing network of vendors to help us choose a catering service, bakery, DJ, and photographer that both works with our budget and are aligned with our overall theme for our event. There was not any step in the process where we had any doubts or felt left out of the information loop. She remained professional and organized throughout this entire process, which we both very much appreciated as adding the stress of wedding planning to our already hectic lives would have been a nightmare. Faten accompanied us to all of our venue viewings and tastings gathering more ideas for our wedding as well as offering much-appreciated input. Truly she made this feel less like a business transaction coordinating an event and more comfortable like old friends planning a wedding. There was never a lack of communication as we had several email threads, phone calls, or in-person meetups to go over progress status, where we stood within our budget, what was needed to book or review giving us ample opportunity to ask any questions, make any suggestions or voice any concerns. Through these encounters, she learned more and more about our personalities which helped her pull together a wedding that was unique to who we are as a couple. Through the important process of finding our ceremony and reception venue she really listened and cared to what we wanted and was able to select venues that fit perfectly with our vision, in the end finding one that both met our wants as well as within our budget. She was very mindful of our budget and was always on point in keeping us in the know when we were nearing our specified cap, and if we were going to go over by how much and if there was anything we could change or omit if we weren’t inclined to go over. She put in the extensive time, effort, and research into putting together a memorable night for us and the wedding hadn’t even happened yet! She was nothing short of exceptional come our wedding day coordination everyone in the chaos, making sure everything was absolutely perfect, and most importantly everyone was happy (as much as anyone person can please everyone). Most importantly, she made me feel at ease and I didn’t worry about anything as I knew this day was in the most capable hands. Our wedding turned out better than I could have ever imagined, and I could not have chosen a better person to be my wedding planner. The care, consideration, and compassion she puts into her job, my wedding, and likely any event that she coordinates is nothing short of perfect, you can tell she absolutely loves making dreams come true. I even received many compliments from my family for the wonderful job she had done. I can not recommend her enough, and while I don’t plan on getting married again, should I have any other big events that need to be coordinated she is my definite go-to.

I used Events by Faten for the Day of Coordinator package. Overall: Faten is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual! She brought my visions to life and made our big day so much less stressful! I was able to spend my special day dancing the night away and not worrying about staying on schedule or vendors. *Pre-wedding: Faten met with me for a consultation to review my needs and also provided vendor recommendations. While I had my decor selected, Faten helped me with those final touches and make decisions between things I was debating! She joined me at my final walk-through with the venue, had additional questions to ask the venue to help make the day smoother for us and other vendors. *Day of Wedding: Faten and her crew were quick, efficient, and so friendly! The day was so smooth and beautiful, and I have Events by Faten to thank for that!
