The amount of behind the scenes work, moving parts, and machinery that goes into making a wedding happen takes an army, for our wedding. that was Gayle and her partner. Not only did she provide a timeline, endless communication between our vendors, supplies, and decor but her and her partner provided the love and labor to piece our day together. s. Both she and her assistant, Morgan Rochefort, were a pleasure to work with. Even though Gayle was contracted for the month-of, she still made herself available to help with questions throughout the 6 months. She was extremely organized, responsive, and on top of everything. As a type “A” person, I often micromanage, but none of that was necessary with Gayle. It was a wonderful feeling to be able to let go and know that she had everything under control. Gayle not only efficiently managed our wedding, but she’s an expert at putting out fires. Two weeks before the big day, and unbeknownst to us, my DJ’s company was undergoing updates to their telephone system and website. I had been trying to get in touch with them with no luck and started to panic. My worst fear as a bride was coming true – I was being scammed (or so I thought). I called Gayle and told her what was going on and she jumped right into action. She called, emailed, and texted relentlessly until someone responded and explained the situation. She also made sure someone provide her with emergency contact information and direct contact information for our DJ. She was professional and her efforts were indefatigable. During the next two weeks, she coordinated last minute logistics with all of our vendors and made sure everything was ready to run smoothly on the big day. She also worked great with my family members who helped with the wedding too. I cannot imagine having had our wedding without her help.
