It's the day of your wedding, and all you should be doing is "living in the moment" and soaking up each and every minute with your loving family and friends on this once-in-a-lifetime day that you will never get back. That's your job. Our job as "Day of Coordinator" is to tend to all of the tedious details of the day by making sure that the timeline is on schedule, managing your vendors, communicating with ceremony and reception staff, and most of all keeping your wedding party informed, organized, and calm so that your special day runs smoothly. We will begin working with you a couple of months before your special day to create the perfect plan for your specific needs, budget, and expectations. process. As a bride, you want to feel confident in the coordinators you’re choosing to hire because they are basically in charge the whole day of your wedding. They are helping set up, bringing gifts to your room, directing guests, and so much more. I could actually relax and enjoy myself the day of my wedding. I am a terrible planner. She coordinated everything with our vendors and created a timeline that worked perfect for us all. Lauren and her team definitely over-delivered on their responsibilities on my wedding day! She set up all the signs, donut and cake display, s’mores, made sure we were on time with everything, cleaned everything up at the end of the night, and even packed my car so we didn’t have to think twice about it.
