Megan is nothing short of amazing!! When I hired her, I wanted someone who could think on their feet and would take away my stress on the day and she really did. I can’t ever thank her enough for that. People told me it would go by fast but HOLY COW you really don’t get it until you get it. Being able to just feel the emotions, be present in the moment and not problem solve was perfect.

If you get the chance to hire Megan as your wedding coordinator, consider yourself immensely lucky because she the hardest worker I have ever met in my life! I truly cannot say enough glowing things about Megan - and that’s partially because she handled about a thousand tiny things without me ever knowing it! Throughout our month of coordination with her, Megan consistently exceeded our expectations. She was on multiple calls with us, unlimited emails for the month, wrote down every last detail during our venue walkthrough - she was so on top of everything and was a HUGE point of relief to take stress off me (bride) during the last month. Every task that my type-A self thought I needed to do, Megan quickly jumped on a took it off my plate and our wedding quite literally would not have been the level of production and smoothness without her. Megan is a master of organization, flawlessly coordinating every vendor, from the florist to the caterers, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. She alleviated any potential stress, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day. To boot, she is totally cool as a cucumber and she was genuinely fun and nice to be around during our wedding day. She has the kind of personality that just exudes comfort and that “old friendship” feel, which is so welcome at an intimate event like a wedding. Megan also did so many things that aren’t even in her job description for us, she is the definition of going “above and beyond”. Something happened to our catering staff and our server wasn’t available to bus the tables; when I went inside to get seconds in the kitchen - Megan was in there rinsing our dishes! When all of the candles started melting in the sun, she rushed them inside and saved them without the wedding party even seeing. She worked so incredibly hard for us to have our dream wedding and to allow us to relax and not even notice the tiny things that inevitably go wrong on a wedding day. Her ability to think on her feet and stay calm under pressure made her an invaluable asset throughout the entire event. In summary, Megan is an outstanding wedding coordinator who deserves all the accolades she receives. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to our happiness were truly remarkable. Our wedding day was beyond anything we could have imagined, thanks to her tireless efforts and genuine care. From our very first meeting, I knew I not only wanted Megan for our big day, but I needed her. In the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, she was a tremendous help. She was always two steps ahead, guiding us in the right direction and setting us up for success. On the day of the wedding, Megan decorated our venue perfectly, coordinated and communicated with all of our vendors seamlessly, put out the fires, and was our hype woman. Megan is your wedding day bestie and her energy is so contagious - she makes you feel so special and loved which is so important on your wedding day. We are just so grateful for Megan and appreciate all of the hard work she put in to make our day so special. Megan also took all of our stress away so we were able to truly enjoy our wedding. Our parents and wedding party also commented on Megan’s excellence, really appreciating the effort she put towards them throughout the day/night as well. We needed someone to help set up all of our decor at the venue, as well as be there day of to manage anything that came up. Megan helped us so much and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. She has the most professional and friendly attitude. She asked the church and vendors questions that I wouldn't have. And took care of a groomsman pants rip situation :) Thankful that we had her!

Megan was absolutely incredible!!! I cannot say enough great things about her. I was a bridesmaid at my best friends wedding and she went the extra mile to support not just the bride and groom But the entire party! She made sure we didn’t have to worry about drinks, or photos, or doing something wrong during the wedding/reception. She is also so so kind! Highly recommend Megan for your wedding needs!

Megan was such a life saver as our day of coordinator! She was great at communicating and coming up with a plan before the big day. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure the day flowed smoothly and that everything looked beautiful. Megan is a life saver during the wedding planning process. She is so organized and has so many wonderful tips and pointers to make your planning process and day of smooth. She was with me for all my final meetings with vendors, organized the day of schedule, and was the point of contact for all vendors. She took so much of the work and stress off my plate. She was very responsive to my millions of questions and she did a wonderful job bringing my decor vision to life!! Could not recommend her enough!!

Megan was amazing!!!! It was honestly having your protective big sister plan your wedding day for you. I am super bad at being assertive and taking charge. Megan stepped in and helped always 100% with my vision and best interest in mind. She was organized and professional but so kind and open to ideas. She can get anything done. I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is exactly the person you want for your wedding. Supportive, caring, and kind.

Megan helped make my daughter’s wedding day not only a wonderful experience for our guests but us. She was helpful during the planning phase. I could always reach out to her to ask a question. I hired her as a day-of coordinator. She was professional and friendly. She was organized and calm. It made the wedding day stress free for me. She took care of things “on the list” and things I had not even thought of. I highly recommend her as a coordinator.

We were contemplating if we could afford a coordinator and if we 'really' needed her. The answer is YES. Megan was absolutely amazing and I would recommend that anyone hire her. She performed tasks outside of her job to help our day go smoothly and best yet...she did not tell me until the end of the night so that it did not ruin my big day (which it would have because I freak out). I could go on and on about Megan and how great she is. JUST DO IT! I promise she is worth every penny and you will have no regrets.

Megan was the coordinator for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding in April 2022. She went above and beyond in every way possible! Megan gets things done but is so nice and approachable as well. The wedding and reception were beautiful and flawless with her expertise and hard work. Megan deserves continued success with her business. I am hoping our family can utilize her again in the future! Megan was amazing for my wedding in October. We couldn't have gotten through the day without her. She helped out in every way she possibly could and even went above and beyond her job requirements to make our day run smoothly. I would recommend Megan to anyone, and some of my wedding party members were already asking me if they can contact her in the future for their weddings. Megan is amazing at what she does and she really cares about making the day special for you.

Where to begin? Simply put, megan is AMAZING and if you are debating on getting a day of coordinator - do it! I originally thought I could do everything myself, but as the days got closer I became more stressed. Finally my fiancé and I decided to put our trust in Megan and don’t regret it one bit. Megan is super friendly, reliable, attentive, creative, professional and personable (I could go on but I will stop there). Most of all, she is experienced and really knows her stuff!! From our first interaction, I knew she’d be reliable and always be my go to for questions. No matter the topic, I’d ask her and she’d promptly respond. Closer to wedding time, we met at my venue to go over final details. She thought of questions/ideas I never would’ve thought of in a million years! Our venue decor turned out absolutely gorgeous and we received SO many compliments. Ultimately, we have no one to thank for this but Megan! It’s also a huge perk that you get access to her inventory. Aside from setting up and tearing down decor, she continuously restocked my popcorn bar and cupcake stands, coordinated with my photographers to get the perfect shots and ALWAYS ensured myself, my fiancé and our parents were 100% pleased with how things were going and that we had a drink in our hand. She also remained the point of contact throughout the evening for both vendors and guests, ensuring my fiancé and I were left out of any issues/questions/whatever it may be unless absolutely necessary. Additionally, she brings a goodie bag full of anything one may need throughout the night - including a tide stick, which she did use to get some stains out of my dress for me! She made our wedding day so smooth, seamless and absolutely perfect! I know our day wouldn’t have been as amazing without her. She is honestly everything we were looking for in a DOC and so much more. Our parents and numerous guests were raving about her and how awesome she is. Megan is amazing at her job and you won’t regret hiring her!
