lis in September 2024 meanwhile we are based in San Francisco, which meant we leaned on her heavily for all of her local vendor connections and recommendations - of which she has many and is loved by all. Over the course of the year+ we worked with her, Melody was so thoughtful in her approach to best align her recommendations to our unique wedding vision, was incredibly prompt and responsive to my many emails and questions for her, and was proactive and supportive in keeping us on track - exceeding our expectations every step of the way. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she managed all of our vendor communications and timeline coordination flawlessly and allowed us to feel confidently prepared for the wedding day without worry of a missed detail. On wedding day, everything went smoothly to plan and my now-husband and I were able to enjoy every moment because we knew Melody and her team had us covered, which was such a gift. Taylor, our lead day-of coordinator, was exceptional - nailed the execution on all of our details, kept us on time, was so warm and kind, anticipated our needs, and cheered us on. rful as we expected it to be! Thanks for the organization, communication and professionalism.

best decision I made. Melody is truly a one of kind; she is professional, thorough, impeccable communication skills while being organized. I would have been lost in the entire wedding planning process without her. She spent countless hours communicating with potential vendors while keeping me up to date along the way. She always reached out when decisions had to be made and would provide guidance when asked. Melody responded to so many emails from me with enthusiasm and never made me feel like I was "too much". The vendors she recommended were top notch and made our day amazing; especially Judge Tom Armstong, Doggy Social, DayOne DJ, Phos lighting and Studio C floral. On the wedding day if something went wrong, I do not know about... to this day. The entire day was beautiful, perfect, more than I could have imagined; I truly believe Melody was a big reason for that.

, and efficient. When Melody is in charge - all will go very well. She plans in detail and makes sure that everything goes according to plan. Sometimes there are last minute changes and problems - like rain - or venue difficulties. Melody is a problem solver and smooths everything to perfection. I always look forward to working with her.

were rockstars on the actual day. Anytime I approached Taylor to check on something or ask a question, she had either already handled it or dropped everything to help! Their communications with our vendors and commitment to a smooth schedule eliminated so much stress for us. We would highly recommend Events by Melody to any couple looking for a day-of or long term wedding planner!

ulders, knowing that everything would be taken care of. Our day-of coordinator, Alexis, made sure I didn't have to do anything but enjoy my daughter's day. She followed my vision for the reception tables and nailed it. When we had some technical difficulties, Alexis kept calm and tenacious until everything was all figured out. A true professional and a delight to work with. I highly recommend Melody and Alexis!

th Melody for event design and day of coordination and felt completely supported from day one. We were drawn to Melody’s professionalism and aesthetic after our initial meeting and what followed was months of support, guidance, expertise and true partnership. She is the best in the business. Thank you, Melody and team, for everything!

n and Angeli took the reigns - we truly would have been lost puppies without them!

let my husband and I be completely present rather than spending time worrying about logistics and details. Everything went off without a hitch- even if something did go wrong, we had no idea because it all came together so smoothly! Would absolutely recommend Events by Melody!

so comfortable and confident leaving tasks in melody’s hands. For the wedding day - Taylor was our lead planner and she was INCREDIBLE. Taylor and her assistant Anna were there for every step of the way and made sure I had everything I needed. Even things I didn’t think I needed, Taylor was right there to help me out. It honestly felt like they were driving the show and we were just there for the ride…we literally did not need to do anything or make any decision the day of the wedding - they handled it all. Everything went to smoothly and I am so grateful to have had them there on our special day. I cannot recommend melody and her team enough. We are so incredibly happy with how our special day turned out and so much for the credit goes to this team. Thank you so much!!

incredible and what she does. We would have been so lost and overwhelmed without her. She executed everything perfectly for us as we could not be more grateful. Highly recommend Melody and her team. You will not be disappointed!

could handle most of it myself. What I didn't realize was how stressful the final month leading up to the wedding can be, when all the details have to be finalized. This is where Melody stepped in and made the process so much easier for me. Melody blew me away with her responsiveness and professionalism in that month leading up to the wedding. She responded very promptly to every single email I sent to her, and provided helpful responses/solutions to everything. Melody prepared a detailed timeline for the wedding day in coordination with our other vendors which (as a type A bride) I really appreciated. This helped me keep everything organized in my mind and relieved so much stress. We also added on the rehearsal service to our package, which I would highly recommend to anyone. We had a friend officiate our wedding (his first one) so it was helpful to have Julia there to walk us through the ceremony and provide recommendations if needed. Julia's calm demeanor relaxed me so much and was just what I needed. On the wedding day itself, Julia and Taylor were both onsite all day for coordination. Both of these ladies were truly incredible. I honestly didn't have to worry about one thing the entire wedding day. I received SO many compliments on how smoothly everything went and some people even said it was one of the best weddings they've been to. This is a true testament to Melody's team as they were instrumental in the wedding success. Additionally, my phone was misplaced at the end of the night and Julia personally helped my husband and I search for almost an hour. I would highly recommend this team to anyone planning a wedding.

, Melody responded to my emails within minutes of sending them. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and really had clear communication. She also communicated with all my vendors which was LIFE SAVING. This was definitely not something I had considered in the planning process, and just when I started feeling overwhelmed with all the vendor responses, Melody would step in to respond/clarify any questions. We had a design meeting where she got all my ideas and inspiration, and a final meeting where we discussed timeline, and all the final details her and her team needed. It was a little scary to me, thinking maybe they wouldn’t understand my vision and my day could have looked different than I wanted, but when I walked into my reception room once it was done… it was straight out of my dreams, and they absolutely nailed it. Seeing the whole room come together was something I was definitely nervous about, and they really made my dreams turn into a reality. Now onto day of my wedding and Julia and Taylor as my coordinators. The calm, cool, and collective presence these two bring is what every bride needs. I never felt like they were bombarding me with questions or felt like they were stressed out. When I say I didn’t have to worry about a THING day of, I mean it. There were different times of the day where I thought “oh I should go in and check with Julia to make sure she knows what to do.” Obviously I didn’t have time, but after a while, I realized that they got it, and I could TRULY let go, enjoy my wedding day, and not have any worries or stresses. Having a wedding planner/day of coordinator is something every bride needs, but specifically Melody, Julia, and Taylor was a dream team to work with, and I’ve never been happier. Best day of my life.

brides how stressful wedding planning and the big day can be, and I can honestly say it was one of the best and least stressful experiences for me and my husband. Melody was amazing in making any idea and vision I had happen and connected me with vendors that could bring my vision to life. Melody and her team made sure that everything was in order and accounted for leading up to the big day. Any questions I had, she was happy and eager to answer. She was instrumental in reaching out to all of my vendors and coordinating all of the logistics so I did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot even tell you how incredible it was to not have to worry about or focus on anything other than marrying the love of my life. Our Day-Of Coordinator, Taylor Curley, and Assistant Coordinator, Anna Hren, were absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with. I received countless compliments from my guests on how amazing they were. They went absolutely above and beyond- and I am so thankful they were a part of our big day. Taylor didn’t hesitate to run out to buy me a needle and thread when I forgot my sewing kit in my car that I left at the hotel. And Anna personally sewed my sleeves into my wedding dress when the buttons meant to secure them kept popping off. These ladies also left me absolutely speechless with our reception reveal- it was better than anything I could have envisioned. Thank you Melody, Taylor and Anna for making our wedding even better than our wildest dreams. I cannot recommend Events by Melody enough!!

us at ease during our wedding day. Julia was constantly checking in with me and my husband throughout our day to see if we needed to take a break or needed anything and just made us feel so happy and comfortable. The timeline they put together and the work they did behind the scenes so we could enjoy our wedding day was perfect. They truly go above and beyond. They are so amazing and easy to work with and response time is so prompt and we just loved working with them. Highly recommend Melody and her team to anyone planning a wedding or event! Our wedding wouldn't have gone as great as it did without them! Thank you so much!!!

nice it would be to have someone helping to create timelines, check in and confirm all vendors (arrival times, all the details, etc). I have heard the two weeks leading up to your wedding are the most stressful and I didn't feel that way at all. Then on the wedding day itself I worked with the phenomenal Taylor and her assistant Anna. Taylor was more than I ever could have dreamed. She was calm, was always there to get anything I or my family/bridal party needed. All the vendors had a go to person, she organized the rehearsal, got me a glass of champagne all night, she (and Anna) at one point were on their hands and knees scrubbing out the dirt from my dress (it was a rainy day) and I was just in disbelief on everything they did!! Not to mention they were a blast to be around. I would not have enjoyed my day as much as I did if it wasn't for Taylor and Anna. I'd use Melody and her team again in a heartbeat!!

eed some help. We interviewed a few different wedding planners, and Melody was clearly the best choice. She helped keep us on task, helped with vendors, and her team was essential to our wedding day success. There are so many things that go into a wedding, many that you simply wouldn't think of, and Melody made sure it was all taken care of. Melody is organized, clear, and not afraid to make suggestions. If you're looking for a wedding planner, we highly recommend Events by Melody.

s. My now wife and I are extremely pleased with the services we received and would recommend that anyone book with them too. Our introduction with Melody was professional and seamless. From the onset we were comforted that communication was swift, services discussed matched the description, and we had a clear understanding of what came next. Between introduction and ramp up services pre-wedding, Melody and her team went the extra mile in terms of communications and nice gestures. The clear attention to detail and demonstrated value of their customers helped confirm we made the right choice with our funds and vendor selection. Formal ramp up of services T-1 Month to the wedding went great. Melody assigned Alexis as our lead coordinator and coordinated a kickoff with all of us for a virtual meeting. Ahead of the session we were provided a clear list of items to bring as well as a questionnaire to fill out. We did so on time and were pleased that both Melody and Alexis had clearly taken the time to get familiar with our plan and were already experts by the time we talked through it for the first time together. They synthesized all the material so well that it almost felt like they had planned it from the start and we all confirmed quickly. From there they did extensive work both with us and behind the scenes to confirm all the vendors were marching to the same beat. They helped provide some good suggestions, identified some gaps my wife and I missed before, and generally helped polish the plan for success. It really helped ease the tension leading up to the wedding. Day of went perfectly. Lead coordinator Alexis and assistant coordinator Anna both arrived on time and ready to rock. They helped setup decor exceptionally well, kept us on track, coordinated questions and tasks across us all, helped with transitions, and much more all while being pleasant and upbeat. Somehow they struck the balance perfectly of being active and forefront when needed while also behind-the-scenes and seamless at the same time. I'll admit it was originally difficult for us to opt into a seemingly "extra" cost of day of coordination when we already had so much tied up financially in our event. Those concerns faded away quickly and we feel we received exceptional value. We would highly recommend Events by Melody to anyone looking to make their event a success!

of our vendors, and to not miss a single detail! Melody's organizational skills take so much pressure off of the bride and groom ironing out the last details of planning and on the day of. We had a great experience and could not recommend her team enough!
