Hi everyone, my name is Michelle! I am a San Antonio native and am a die hard tennis fan! I graduated from The University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor's & Masters in Accounting. After my 5+ years in public accounting I found my passion for weddings. I love everything about weddings, from the getting ready, the first looks to the grand exit, but my favorite moment is seeing the groom's face at the end of the aisle when the bride makes her grand entrance. I have been married to my amazing Airman for four years and we have two beautiful children - Roy & Zoe. And our dog, Spur!

Events by Michelle team was so great! Janelle Guy was super helpful on our wedding day! She helped me structure out a good time line and plan. We had a very quick turn around for planning and I was doing much of it by myself. Janelle was so kind and sweet! You can also tell Michelle cares a lot as well, based of her check ins! It’s pretty normal for couples to look back on their day and wish some things went differently, but Janelle kept that to a minimum for me! I didn’t have to worry much about how the day was going to unfold and trusted her completely with the outcome. It was an absolutely beautiful day, I couldn’t have done it without her guidance!

The Events by Michelle team helped make our wedding day smooth and stress free. From our initial consultation with Michelle, we knew we would be taken care of on our wedding day. We opted for the wedding management package which was perfect for us. We did the bulk of the planning and our lead planner, Steph, came in about 2 months before and made sure everything was executed perfectly! Steph is warm, funny, and ensured that everything got done leading up to the wedding! (She even jumped a fence for us!) I could not imagine having a different person to help us execute our perfect day.
As a people pleaser, my first instinct was "how do I make her job easier?" She recognized that in me and reassured and reminded me that she was there to make my day easier. Knowing someone was in our corner all day helped melt the wedding day stress away.
Events by Michelle's wedding management package was perfect for us as we were looking for excellent service at a reasonable price. I would recommend the Events by Michelle team, and specifically Steph, to any of my friends and family that are getting married!

I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

For all your wedding people out there who think, "Do I need a coordinator?" The resounding answer is YES, YOU DO.
I went with Events by Michelle and want to sing all the praises. I was paired with Janelle here in Austin, who I immediately felt comfortable with. She's smart and such a hard worker. I'm a type-A person, but her experience in this space made it a dream to pass off to her. But truth be told, if I did it again, I'd hire her for total planning because planning a wedding is not an easy feat!
Our special day was just magical. I felt relaxed and in total fun mode because Janelle had it covered. She and her dream team were kind, thoughtful, and on it. My mom, who didn't really understand why I booked a coordinator, was in love with Janelle, too. She gets it now!

Amazing team! Bethanee and Michelle made our wedding so special. We couldn’t thank Bethanee enough for all that she did to bring everything together and more. Highly recommend her to friends and family and to anyone who’s getting married in the San Antonio, TX area. Michelle made this whole process so easy and stress free. We’re so appreciative of their hard work!

Her and her team were so detailed oriented throughout the entire process and made sure all our needs were met and taken care of. Michelle is absolutely amazing!! Working with her was so easy, I truly felt like she was a friend. I could not recommend Michelle enough! She is truly a gem. She was my wedding content creator and months leading up to the wedding she was working with me to figure out which reels I wanted. She truly heard what my vision was and delivered 100% (and more!). I’m always so awkward in front of the camera but she made me feel so comfortable! We had a large wedding party and everyone kept telling us she was so fun to work with and gave easy directions for the reels! We loved all the videos and the hundreds of pictures we got from her are priceless. She went above and beyond for us during our wedding - if I needed something she found a way to communicate that or even do it herself. I absolutely loved working with her!

Michelle is a professional, organized, "make it happen" wedding planner. From day 1, she helped us feel more confident for our big day. She is an excellent communicator. Having her communicate with the rest of our vendors on our behalf was like a breath of fresh air, and allowed us to focus on enjoying our special day. She made sure every small detail was handled, and needed minimal guidance to do so. She was an essential part of our wedding day, and we truly couldn't have done it without her!

Michelle is amazing! She took care of everything the day of my wedding, got in contact with all my vendors, pretty much took over the reigns when it came to all the planning!
