Nicky is worth every penny and then some. We used her as our florist and as our planner, and she delivered in both instances. On our wedding day, as soon as she got to the venue, e...
verything was taken out of our hands. She told us where to go and when to go, corralled the necessary people for photos, ran last minute errands for us (like printing out a copy of our ceremony script), and made sure everything ran like clockwork. When I mentioned during our portraits that I was looking forward to our signature drinks, she immediately fetched one, let me take a sip, and then held it for me for the rest of the photos. She even handled a minor medical emergency with aplomb (no worries, everyone is fine and kept partying). Would definitely recommend!

anced. She clearly listened to and supported our visions- reflecting down to tiny details (e.g., the inclusion of specific flowers to represent specific people that are important to us). She also made some wonderful floral table garlands for our farm tables, and a stunning ceremony arc. Nicky has so much expertise in event planning, and we are thankful for her guidance and commitment to brainstorming ideas about the overall success of the event. Also she is sweet and fun to work with!

ays on your side, carefully listening and making notes of how to best bring your wedding dreams a reality. Having her do our Wedding Florals was the best decision we made. Her communication is amazing, never mises a phone call or text and is always happy to help! With her experience in the business, she gives the best advice and always lets you know you’re in the best hands. She’s super kind and easy to communicate with, it was such a pleasure working with and designing our florals together. We received sooo many compliments on our florals and overall aesthetic, we even had one guest ask for her information for her cousins upcoming wedding. It is no wonder why her customers love her, she’s a true expert. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator/planner or florist, definitely look no further. I am so grateful to have worked with Nicky and can’t wait to work with her in the future. Thank you for everything Nicky

the look I was going for just based off of a short conversation about my color scheme and ideas. As for the day of our wedding, I can't express how grateful I am for her and her assistant. My husband and I had the best day of our lives and literally did not have to worry about one thing because Nicky had already had it handled! Especially during these times and with Covid, she was so professional and took every precaution for safety. What bride do you know can say they were completely relaxed on their wedding day!? Well, I was! And it was because of Nicky's incredibly hard work. She communicated with all of the vendors, organized our wedding party and guests the day of, and guided us throughout the night. Do not think twice about hiring her!

Nicky's timeline for our day was absolutely perfect. I am so glad we had her expertise, because we never would have planned it like that without her knowledge. Additionally, her florals were beyond what we could have even imagined; they were BEAUTIFUL!! Finally, on our day we had Jessica for our day of coordination, and she was a freaking rock star!!! threat of a hurricane hitting on our wedding day but she ensured she was going to do everything in her power to make our day awesome, and she really did! We even had the pleasure of meeting with one of her staff members Jessica and she was great as well! On the big day, I swear she has 1000 arms..from constantly fixing my dress/hair, make sure we were drinking and happy, to taking care of all the vendors.

prior to my big day, I was in desperate need of someone passionate, talented, hardworking, attentive and trustworthy to make my vision come to life. My time to plan was limited, and I felt like I could not find a coordinator or florist who would take the initiative needed to run with my ideas- then, I met Nicky! Nicky took all my stress away and came up with the perfect timeline and decor for my special day. She was both my wedding coordinator and florist, and I felt so at ease handing those two tremendous responsibilities over to Events by Nicky. Nicky's attention to detail, willingness to collaborate with you and listen, fun-loving attitude and professionalism is unmatchable. Her taste and aesthetic is top notch. She worked tirelessly with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend Events by Nicky time and time again for your coordination and floral needs because there truly is no one better!

d coordinated the wedding rehearsal, collected all of the wedding items 2 days in advance, and made sure everything was ready to go with all of the vendors. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was ready at the venue, drove to our getting ready hotel to bring our bouquets, and did an amazing job of making sure the event ran smoothly. The day was magical! Out most grateful moment was when our 2 year old and 4 year old daughters fell asleep at the wedding reception and Nicky made them a bed out of chair cushions and tablecloths. It was the cutest thing -- and a save! Nicky will do anything to keep the day running smoothly! :)
Amazing! Could not have done it without her. Very reliable and friendly!
Nicole was fantastic! She is beyond organized and is in constant communication! Everything went smoothly and she was amazing!

was perfect. She listened to my ideas and concerns and on the wedding day, everything looked so much better than I had ever imagined.
During the wedding, Nicky was on top of all details, from making sure I got my wedding bouquet on time... to having to fix the train of my dress that tore in the dance floor... you name it, she handled it.
After the wedding, I had guests tell me how great she was and how much she helped them. Thanks to her, I had nothing to worry about and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day!!
Nicky is the sweetest soul ever. We were so fortunate to have her on our team. From the very moment we communicated with her she was providing us with well thought of ideas, venues...
, options and leads to work with. Nicky is someone who not only will achieve your expectations for a wedding planner but she also goes out of her way for you. My husband and I both resided in Salt lake City which made it difficult for us to handle certain logistics in Miami, things like signing our contracts for the venue. Nicky without any hesitation offered to take on this task and help by going to the venue on a multiple occasions to finish our paperwork etc. . During our wedding day my husband somehow forgot a few much needed items for the bar and Nicky handled it herself by going to the store to purchase these items. I swear its little efforts like that which makes her the absolute best! Also, Nicky has many great contacts within the business which can be crucial when you're trying to find the right vendor for the right price. In addition to this Nicky is able to work under the most stressful of situations without even breaking a sweat. During preparations she's there helping vendors and not afraid to get her hands dirty. She ensured that the entire logistics of our wedding went according to plan. We had a minor issue with our catering and she was right there in the line of fire to have our backs so that we could enjoy our most memorable evening. Choose Nicky if you want to have a creatively beautiful, well organized, stress free wedding day!! We love you Nicky and God bless you for being the perfect piece to our wedding fairytale puzzle!!!
P.s Be ready to run on your wedding day, she likes to stick to her strict wedding timeline! ❤
