My wedding was probably one of the last ones to occur before all the COVID-19 lockdowns and gov orders took place. The week leading up to what was supposed to be one of the best da...
ys of my life (Pi 2020!) was wrought with many cancellations and concerns but I will say this, the memory of my wedding is one that will generate happiness and joy for the rest of my life and one of the reasons for this is the help of Hilsa and her team. They pulled through with such professionalism and resolve that all those worries faded away. Leading up to the wedding, Hilsa was attentive, kind, understanding and helpful. Her wonderful energy is noticed through our email and phone exchanges. She always made me feel even more excited about my wedding, if you can believe it! I also want to note that Vanessa was wonderful to work with the day of and her designs for our centerpieces and bouquets were not only awesome but just as I'd pictured them! I want to have another wedding just to be able to have them plan it again and for all the guests that weren't able to make it the first time! Thank you, Events by Promo Idea!
Word can not explain the amazing job Hilsa’s team did . It was magical . Everything was so beautiful. When I walked into the room and everything was PERFECT, I knew I had made the ...
right decision. The support from her team and their willingness to help , was key to a weekend full of surprises . Im forever gratetful.
Every detail was absolutely perfect and came together to make my wedding magical. From the minute I arrived, I really felt like a princess in a fairy tale from the violins playing,...
to the beautiful decoration that created an amazing and unforgettable wedding. I couldn’t be happier with the convenience and the service!
Events By Promoidea! I can't say enough great things about the level of service I received. The EVENTS team brought my vision to life with very little input and effort from my end....
I have an extremely busy career and am more analytical than I am creative. I only shared a handful of ideas from Pinterest with hilsa and I was amazed at how the decorations at the venue turned out. I couldn't believe my eyes and am so thankful I used EVENTS BY PROMOIDEA! Francisco also helped me accomplish all of the wedding planning to-dos step by step without feeling overwhelmed. Anytime I felt overwhelmed by the outstanding list, hilsa was just a phone call away to calm my nerves and ensure that she wouldn't let anything fall through the cracks. Even the day of my wedding, Hilsa went above and beyond by picking up certain items that I needed and didn't have at my disposal. Amazing value for the price paid for the services offered by EVENTS BY PROMOIDEA
Hilsa and Franck are truly amazing to work with !! We hired them for month and day-of coordination and they made the process extremely easy. They finalized all details prior to the...
wedding and created a very detailed timeline for the day of. At the end of the wedding they took care of our personal items and made sure everything was a smooth transition for us. Highly recommend!
Events By Promoidea is the reason my wedding went off without a hitch! As a conservative spender, I didn't think it was necessary to hire someone for her job, and I was very wrong!...
(Mom was right, again!) Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and creative style were exactly what was needed to create a wedding that EVERYONE absolutely loved. Hilsa and Franck was able to step in and resolve every sticky (or potentially sticky) situation before it ever came to my attention or became a problem. In addition, she does a great job of "reading" personalities and meeting the needs of all people, while still putting my thoughts first. There are very few people who could do her job as well as she does; I'm incredibly thankful!
My daughter chose Promoidea for her flowers and for coordination the day of her wedding. We met with Hilsa and her team a couple of months earlier to discuss her thoughts about the...
wedding. She wanted a rustic, romantic feel, while staying within her budget. We were overwhelmed by what they accomplished. The bouquets complimented the bridesmaids perfectly, the centerpieces were spectacular and the details and touches they added were beyond expectations. In addition, Hilsa and her team, were available, supportive and helped us immeasurably. I highly recommend Promidea for any event you choose to host. Thank you for helping to make my daughter's wedding celebration seamless and elegant!

ient, and, perhaps most importantly, extremely responsive. I let Hilsa and her team know early on that I had a strict budget to adhere to, and they were respectful of that while helping me get the absolute most for my money. I didn’t have a very strong “vision” for my wedding, but I had a few conversations with them about the general aesthetic I was going for and gave them a few inspo pics. They took that and ran with it, and I was absolutely obsessed with what they came up with- especially for the amount of money I gave them to work with! I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone who’s getting married in the area, especially if they’re trying to get great value on a budget. THANK you to Hilsa, Francisco, and the rest of the team for your amazing work!
My wife and I are delighted with all the work that the whole team did. They made our wedding a more than memorable moment, it was a dream come true for us!
Thanks to every person ...
