usted, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. During the planning process, communication and availability were limited. Meetings were only offered during specific weekday business hours, which made coordination difficult. As planning progressed, we also noticed a lack of attention to detail and limited proactive communication with our vendors. While we understand she tried her best, unfortunately the most serious issues occurred on the day of our wedding. Due to a breakdown in communication and coordination, one of the largest transgressions was with the lack of communication with our transportation for our guests and bride and groom vintage car service, which resulted in additional fees and significant stress on what should have been a smooth transition between events. There were also several items we had prepared in advance that were never used or displayed. For example, custom cocktail napkins we had designed specifically for the event were never placed out, and specialty favors that had been delivered to the venue in advance with confirmation from the coordinator that they would be set up were never distributed to guests. By the end of the evening, we found ourselves managing logistical details that we had expected our coordinator and their team to handle. In addition, several personal and sentimental items were left behind at the venue after the event. Thankfully the venue contacted us directly so we could retrieve them, but we are still attempting to locate other missing items and have not received responses to our follow-up messages. Every couple hopes their wedding day will run smoothly with the support of their coordinator. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we would strongly encourage couples to carefully evaluate whether this vendor is the right fit for their event.

es in your planning that you never would have thought of until the day of, and will suggest creative solutions to make sure everything goes smoothly. Working with her and her lovely team was so easy, and they made the day a true dream come true without having to deal with logistics or snafus!

heavonne, we knew she was our person. In addition to understanding our vision and goals for our big day, she also brought an amazing calm that made it very evident we had to use her services.  We opted for the premium offering, which kicked off in earnest 10 weeks out, but what I loved was that Sheavonne was always an email or call away for ANYTHING. She was super responsive and helped us even before she officially 'kicked in' with random questions and help. Once within line of sight to our wedding, she really kicked in: tackling many things behind the scenes like insurance details from vendors, joining calls with our DJ, florist, etc. and even help tackle changes we needed to make.  Day of, her team was REMARKABLE. We had one of her staff members with us (Leyla - who was fab!!) who helped keep us on track as we got ready and photo/video crews arrived, stayed in contact with our dedicated car service, etc. All while Sheavonne and her other team members were making sure florals were set up, and all the many venue tasks were tackled. What nobody tells you is that as the wedding couple you literally get amnesia day of - but we didn't worry for one second because Sheavonne and her team kept us on track. And if anything did go wrong behind the scenes, it'd be news to me, because we never saw/dealt with any of it as I know she had a plan A, B, C, etc.  A HUGE thank you to Sheavonne, Sonille, Leyla, Ashley, and everyone at Events by Sheavonne for making our big day so seamless. If considering Events by Sheavonne, USE HER - you'll thank yourself later, just like we did!
