From asking informed questions, organizing all our other vendors, and providing us smart suggestions, she was well prepared and experienced. She compiled all the information into a comprehensive spreadsheet that was useful for other vendors as well. When our after party vendor unexpectedly cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding date, Sheavonne and her team quickly lined up alternatives and helped to pick the best one all while staying within our budget. It turned out great, and probably even better than our original plan! On the day of, we received great in person support (emotional and otherwise) from Sheavonne and her staff. They were there until the end, supporting the event, assisting with the packing up, and organizing the vendors and guests. She also has a great eye for decoration and set up the decor exactly how we envisioned! Our space looked so beautiful. We weren’t sure about hiring a coordinator, but we are so glad that we did and that we specifically went with Events by Sheavonne! It was truly amazing not to have to worry about our vendors leading up to the wedding date. Compared to the pricing for similar vendors, we thought she provided tremendous value, both before and on the day of the wedding. We are extremely pleased with our choice and recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, organized, and friendly coordinator.

Speaking for my wife and I, we went into what would normally be an extremely stressful weekend, completely calm and excited to celebrate. The day of was nothing short of spectacular. She effectively resolved so many small problems before they turned into full-on crises during the entire weekend of our wedding-typically, she'd have a potential issue thwarted (e.g., missing flower girl basket, delayed ceremony start) solved before we could even bring it to her attention. She served as our day-of coordinator, but her services went so far beyond just the "day of". Sheavonne and her team were fully on top of coordinating with all of our vendors months in advance, walking through the event space, developing and keeping us to a timeline, and making sure that everything ran efficiently. They also have excellent contacts in the NYC area and helped us with a few last minute vendor bookings. In addition to everything, Sheavonne and her team are extremely prompt, thorough, reliable, and just wonderfully kind, pleasant, and a joy to work with. We cannot recommend them enough!
