a wall and decided that I would really benefit from hiring a “Day of” planner, which I later found out is really a “Month before” planner. From our first video call, I knew I made a good choice in hiring Sophie. She put me at ease and told me that I actually had done a good job planning and wasn’t as all over the place as I felt like I was. Even though I was only hiring her for the “day of,” she walked me through the questionnaire she uses for clients who hired her for more in-depth planning. That was incredibly helpful and showed me that she was going to go the extra mile to make sure that the wedding was taken care of. We touched base a few times up until the month before my wedding and then at that point I felt as though I could be in contact with her as much as I felt was necessary. On the day it was so calming to know that Sophie would take care of all the details and anything that might pop up during the day so that I could go along enjoying the day. For example, for some reason the dinner staff passed over my cousin and he sat there without a dinner plate in front of him, while the rest of the guests ate their dinner. Instead of needing to try to find the floor manager or someone else from the hotel staff, I just brought it to Sophie’s attention the next time she checked in on us and he had a plate in front of him in probably less than two minutes. To anyone planning a wedding, I would suggest getting a wedding planner. Even if you think you are someone who likes to plan vacations, loves making lists or thinks they are having a low key wedding, think again because planning a wedding is a whole new level of stress. Hiring a wedding planner is totally worth the cost. And then from my experience I would specifically and wholeheartedly recommend Sophie.

T choice I made related to our wedding! Our first meeting she told me "when you're working with somebody who loves what they do they will always go above and beyond your expectations". This could not have better applied to her! She was there for me constantly willing to plan, chat, and help out in any way she could. She is friendly, organized, and always on top of things. On my wedding day I didn't have to lift a single finger! I showed up and things were set up to perfection, she made sure that I got to eat a plate at my own wedding, she took care of all of my vendors so nobody was asking me questions on my special day, and I got to leave without sweating breakdown. This ended up making the world of a difference because I was able to just take in the day and enjoy every moment with my loved ones and husband. On a side note, as a person Sophie is hilarious and a total bundle of joy to work with. I cannot recommend her more, she will not disappoint you! Do yourselves a favor and book Sophie :)

r attentiveness to every single detail. We knew that she was going to be our wedding planner! At our first meeting, she delighted in not only every aspect of our ceremony/reception but also the food we were eating and the love story we shared. Sophie literally went above and beyond. She answered all my frazzled phone calls about last-minute RSVP's, videography, church docent, etc. She also created magical solutions! I still don't know how or where she stored our cake so perfectly from 10 am until 6 pm on our wedding day. Sophie accommodated all of our out-of-the-box ideas with interest and excitement. She really made our day so flawlessly fabulous and I cannot imagine that day without her. Thank you Sophie!
