Srishti is an excellent wedding planner! We planned with her for over a year and she executed everything flawlessly. She has the BEST personality and is so fun to work with. She ha...
s a vendor for every single thing you can think of and she has great relationships with her vendors which is very evident on the pre-wedding phone calls and in-person during the events. Srishti really understood my vision and helped create mood boards and get the vendors who would execute my vision. She also knows a lot about Indian religious/cultural aspects of many regions of India, which is helpful for multi-cultural events such as ours. I had many guests compliment me on how well the wedding activities were planned; some newly engaged couples at our events even got Srishti's contact info to plan their own wedding! Lastly, she was VERY attentive to me and my needs (as the bride) the entire wedding weekend. She made sure I was fed, hydrated, and that my hair/makeup/outfits were perfect for every event and during the events. I cannot say enough positive things about Srishti - you will have to experience it for yourself!
How can I say enough good things about Srishti and her team? We hired her about a year before the wedding in NJ. For context, we do not live in NJ so we planned a lot of the weddin...
g remotely. We were a little concerned about not being in the same state as the wedding but our fears were quickly alleviated. From the start, Srishti was prompt and on top of everything. She provided a timeline for when to get things done which was very helpful in keeping us on track and reduced our stress quite a bit. Every single vendor recommendation was incredible - photo/video, food, makeup - she knows everyone. She really understood the atmosphere we were trying to create for the wedding. She helped me figure out hair and makeup looks for my makeup trial and helped us plan the menu for the caterer for the entire weekend. Every step of the planning process leading up to the wedding, Srishti gave us her honest opinions on vendors and what she thought would work and what would not. She got to know us and our taste quite well over the course of a year and really understood where our priorities lay in terms of the wedding weekend.
The week of the wedding, she kept us calm and made sure everything got done. If something went wrong the wedding weekend, we did not even know it happened because she kept things running so smoothly. Most of all, she kept everything running on time, which is really impressive for a 200 person Indian wedding. Her team made sure we ate, got pictures taken, and had a great time the whole weekend. She truly pulled out all the stops to make sure the weekend went smoothly. Above all, Srishti is just a lovely person - she is so warm and always has a smile on her face. She will make your vision come true and give you ideas you didn't even know were possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a terrific wedding planner!
