We are so incredibly lucky to have found Michelle at Events by Sweet Magnolia. We hired her for full coordination for our daughter's bat mitzvah. She helped make our event not only an A+ for all the guests (adults AND kids), but allowed us as parents to simply enjoy the evening and not worry about a single thing. Her and her assistant even brought us drinks. They not only make sure your event executes flawlessly, but that you get to enjoy it as much as possible! It was the best money we spent on the whole event. Michelle honestly has every single detail covered! We should also mention that the planning process leading up to the event was actually fun! She is super organized and breaks down everything into parts so you don't ever feel overwhelmed during the planning. We will miss our periodic zoom calls with her. She is so creative and can find creative and beautiful solutions to fit any taste. She has relationships with some of the best vendors in the area, and they work together hand in hand. Finally, Michelle is a warm and caring person and we hope to be able to plan another event with her in the future.
We cannot possibly express how grateful we are for the work that Michelle Kaboff did to make our daughter’s party come to life. From her meticulous attention to detail to her unimpeachable eye for decorations, Michelle was both a consummate professional and easy to work with. Michelle helped us understand the ins and outs of throwing a wonderful party and guided us in making decisions to that end. She took care of absolutely everything. During the party she was everywhere and nowhere all at once, like some kind of party ninja. She was dealing with problems, talking to vendors, coordinating with the DJ, managing events staff and so on, all while fading into the background. We have already let her know that she will be our first phone call when it’s time to start planning our younger daughter’s party. We recommend Michelle and Events by Sweet Magnolia to the highest degree.
I hired Michelle to help assist with my wedding planning after it was postponed due to the pandemic. She was incredible in navigating all of the changes and making sure all the vendors were on the same page. She took care of every little detail and helped make my vision come to life! I was so nervous having a 200+ person wedding but having Michelle there made everything go seamless! She even helped me come up with unique ideas to make my wedding different and memorable to all my guests! I could not have made it through the whole wedding process without her!
There are not enough amazing things to say about Michelle! She consistently went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's Bat Mitzvah was perfect. She was flexible, constantly available and calm during the inevitable stresses of planning. We did not worry once on the day of the Bat Mitzvah, because we knew she was on top of everything. She listens to your vision, but also provides incredibly useful advice and guidance. She anticipates the unexpected, pays attention to every single detail and is incredible at organizing multiple vendors. She made my daughter's day magical!
Michelle was the best ever to work with. Trying to plan a wedding with last minute changes during COVID seemed like the most impossible thing ever... Until we worked with Events By Sweet Magnolia. It was the smoothest process I could have imagined. We got to choose everything that we liked best from tables, to linens, tents, cups, and more. She has worked with so many different vendors in the area and has a great relationship with them all so we worked with only the best. We stayed in contact if not every single day, every couple of days and when the wedding day came, Michelle and Pam were here from sunrise to sundown making sure the day was perfect! I could not have planned my dream wedding without Events By Sweet Magnolia and I highly recommend them to everyone! Michelle and Pam are the sweetest ladies ever with great taste and always willing to help at any time of the day!
I used Michelle for my step daughters bridal shower. She did a wonderful job in planning, preparing and executing the day. Her communication and professionalism was excellent.
We absolutely cannot say enough about Michelle Kaboff and her company Events by Sweet Magnolia. My husband and I live out of town and when our youngest daughter announced her engagement last year, Michelle was recommended to us. I have to say hiring Michelle was the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Being that we live out of town, Michelle arranged all of our tastings, event location visits, florists, musicians, etc. completely around our travel schedule. She asked for our daughters vision for the wedding and put together a perfect list of vendors for us to visit. She accompanied us to each and every vendor, advised us on locations, food selections, cake providers, florists, videographers, invitations and everything else that is necessary to create the perfect day. Michelle didn’t miss any detail. She helped with bridal party gifts, goody bags for hotel guests, food for the wedding party on the day of, specialty beer for the groom in addition to 100 other little things that I would never have thought of, but she did. The wedding went off perfectly and in addition to all of her preplanning, her attendance on our daughters’ wedding day to take care of all details, allowed us all to enjoy the wedding and not worry about anything. I would recommend Michelle Kaboff and Events by Sweet Magnolia for any type of a celebration you are planning. She is an amazing event planner!

Michelle made our day absolutely amazing. She took out all the stress of planning a wedding. We always felt heard and never had to worry about something being forgotten or not getting taken care of. She has wonderful connections to great vendors and was always so dedicated, hard-working, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We can't thank her enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!
