On the wedding day, Tania and Ashley were incredible. They anticipated things we didn’t even think about and took care of everything before we ever had to worry about it.

Thank you, Tania and Ashley, for helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect!
Our venue, The Gardens at Los Robles Greens, required that we have a day-of-coordinator from a pre-approved list and quite honestly, we’re SO glad of that. From the moment we conne...
cted, Tania was on top of making sure everything flowed smoothly for our big day with being so well-organized in planning.
As we booked each vendor, Tania confirmed the necessary COI requirements and worked out the needed timeline for each. We made regular calls to go over the timeline and fine tune along the way until we were ready for the big day! Day of, Tania and her assistant helped the day flow smoothly and point any questions away from us as well as checking in on whatever we needed, which was so appreciated. At the end of the night, everything was ready for us to head out and helped us really enjoy the day more.
Overall, we are so thankful to Tania for her time and help making our wedding day so perfect.
We had heard nothing but the best about Tania from our other vendors and people in the wedding industry, and after working with her, it’s so clear why! Tania truly is the best!

e went above and beyond to make our wedding day as easy and stress-free as possible. She was incredibly gracious, responsive, and so easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process. She even picked up our wedding cakes and brought them to the venue, taking one more thing off our plate and making everything so easy for us.
Tania is incredibly kind, organized, and thoughtful. She truly does whatever she can to make things easier for her clients. Her setup was wonderful, and she had excellent ideas and suggestions that helped everything come together beautifully.

ding planner or coordinator’s role until experiencing it all come together on our wedding day. Looking back, we can now see how much thought, preparation, and behind-the-scenes work Tania and her team put in to make the day feel so effortless. Tania has an incredible ability to see the event as a whole while also thinking through every transition and small detail that shapes the guest experience. Energy-wise, Tania brought such a calm, positive, and attentive presence that allowed us to feel completely present and enjoy every moment of our wedding and the weeks leading up to it. Everything flowed seamlessly throughout the day and night, from the major transitions to the smallest details, and we never felt rushed, overwhelmed, or stressed. This was felt from the guest’s perspective too. We had several of our guests tell us afterward how beautiful, organized, and smoothly run the wedding felt. Despite having a very large guest count, our guests also commented on how impressed they were with the flow of the whole night and Tania's team. Tania managed and coordinated so many different opinions, personalities, and moving pieces involved in our wedding with the utmost patience, grace, and professionalism. She went above and beyond and put in several hours of additional work to make sure every small detail was ironed out and the venue and vendors were on the same page. She took care of so much of the mental labor and logistics around wedding planning that allowed us to feel calm, present and excited the entire time. Through planning together I got to see how Tania was consistently kind, attentive, direct, funny and exceptionally good at what she does. We are incredibly grateful for everything she and her team did to make our wedding feel so effortless, personal, and truly stunning. We will really miss planning with her as well! We truly cannot recommend Tania enough to anyone planning a wedding or event.

and despite that complexity, she made the entire process run as smoothly as possible from start to finish.
We worked with Tania for over a year, and from the very beginning she understood our vision and helped bring it to life - always flexible yet unafraid to give us honest, grounded advice. She was endlessly responsive from vendor calls, random questions, to last-minute logistics and we always felt like her top priority. Even with our multiple South Asian ceremonies, each with its own traditions, she understood the nuances right away and executed every detail beautifully. She also worked seamlessly with both sets of our parents to bring their traditions to life alongside our own vision, and went above and beyond in countless other ways, like letting us ship wedding materials to her house and driving them up herself.
Her organization was on another level (mood boards, timelines, checklists, layouts) to ensure every vendor was on track. That mattered enormously, since our venue was a near-blank slate, meaning a large vendor team to coordinate. Once the design details were finalized, Tania handled every minor nuance, even adding heaters just days out, without us ever feeling the stress. Our vendors felt it too, and kept commenting on how organized and easy she was to work with.
The best part, though, was the wedding weekend itself. To this day, we don't know if anything went wrong, because Tania and her team took care of it before we ever noticed. We got countless compliments on how smoothly everything ran and how relaxed we seemed (not our personalities!). We truly got to be present and soak in every moment of our wedding, entirely because of our trust in Tania’s ability to execute! She is, without a doubt, the best at what she does — meticulous, warm, and deeply intuitive. We are endlessly thankful for her, and recommend her and her team wholeheartedly!
Tania was absolutely exceptional. It was a wedding to remember, and it would not have been if not for Tania and her team. I appreciated her care and making sure the day was smooth ...
and perfect for a bride!
We cannot recommend Tania enough. Going into the wedding planning process is daunting, and being a Type A person, I was very hesitant to lend so much control to someone else, but I...
truly think Tania was the best planner we could have asked for.
From day 1, Tania was organized but flexible, responsive but not overbearing, and made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with. Tania's expertise and familiarity with vendors and venues, particularly in southern California, made her an invaluable resource for finding vendors that matched the quality we were looking for while also working within our budget. Even when my (now) husband and I started to feel overwhelmed with decisions, the long list of tasks to do, inclement weather, non-responsive vendors, and whatever other issues felt like they may derail our day, Tania always remained cool, calm, and collected and navigated us through the worry. We could not have planned our wedding without her.
Also, unsurprisingly, she was exactly the same on the wedding day. She knew where everyone needed to be at all times and handled all communications with vendors and venue, so that my husband and I could solely focus on enjoying our day.
Tania is the perfect planner, and she is supported by an equally excellent team. You absolutely will not be disappointed with her services.

med and honestly losing my mind.
I kept seeing her tagged in what felt like every beautiful wedding post, so I already had a feeling she was incredible—and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. We had a great phone conversation to get to know eachother and see where I was at in the planning process, loved her personality and energy, signed the contract right after that call, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire process. We never met with any other planners. There was no need- Tania was everything we wished for.
She took what felt like chaos and turned it into the most seamless, stunning, and perfectly executed day. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, every moment flowed effortlessly, and I was actually able to be present and enjoy my wedding instead of stressing behind the scenes.
Our wedding was beyond anything I could have imagined—truly flawless—and that is entirely because of Tania’s talent, organization, dedication, and love for what she does. If you’re even considering hiring her, do it. It will be the best investment you make for your wedding. Thank you for everything Tania! I think we need to plan another event because we miss you already!
Tania is, without question, the best decision we made for our wedding.

efore the wedding even happened. By the time the day arrived, I was completely present, calm, and actually able to enjoy every single moment. And I mean that genuinely—I can recall every hour, every detail, every feeling from that day because Tania handled everything so seamlessly. Not once did I question if she had it under control. She just did.
One of the biggest things for us was having someone who truly understood cultural weddings—especially the importance of things like table visits, timing, and multiple outfit changes. Tania absolutely nailed it. She anticipated needs before we even had to say anything and executed everything with such precision, respect, and ease.
Her recommendations for additional vendors were spot on, and her connections made the entire planning process so much smoother. Every vendor she guided us toward delivered, and it was clear she has strong, trusted relationships in the industry. And if anything ever came up behind the scenes, she handled it completely without bringing stress to me or my wedding party—we were able to stay fully present and enjoy the experience without even realizing there were issues being managed.
Beyond her professionalism, she brought such an incredible energy. Our entire bridal party adored her and her team—they were organized, attentive, and just genuinely fun to be around. Tania created an environment where everything felt effortless, but you could tell there was an incredible amount of expertise behind the scenes making it all happen.
She is truly exceptional at what she does—detail-oriented, calming, intuitive, and completely reliable. If you want a planner who will not only execute your vision flawlessly but also give you the gift of actually enjoying your wedding day, Tania is the one. She is absolutely fantastic, and we are endlessly grateful for her.

hoto session, and skipping the 'first look'—Tania executed everything flawlessly. She felt like a true partner throughout the process, keeping us grounded with her realistic approach. Thanks to her, our day was completely stress-free, allowing us to focus on the celebration rather than the logistics. 10/10 recommend!

ia were special. The questions they asked showed their expertise in this industry and their deep level of preparation. They were knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire process. On the day of, they were both everywhere and invisible all at the same time! They kept the day running so smoothly in the background, jumping in wherever needed, and probably in so many ways we did not even see. We felt truly at ease with their planning and leadership of the day and even as a very Type-A bride, I was able to feel totally at ease, calm, and enjoy my day because I knew they had things covered. Would 100% recommend to any couple for your wedding or any special event!!

and checking in our guests, to bringing me tequila shots when I had a Bridal Breakdown at one of my events, they were the rockstars at our wedding… several people asked for their contact information before the reception was over! Our florist pulled out a week prior to our week-long destination wedding, and they used their contacts (and possibly magic) to find the perfect florist in Cancun who went above and beyond our wildest dreams. Our wedding, in spite of everything that could go wrong actually going wrong (due to world and life events), was absolutely perfect in the end, and they deserve all the credit. They saved the day more times than we can count. The best decision that we made was hiring Jamison and Tania, and we will always be grateful. I hope to see them again soon, and to Jamison and Tania: Thank you, and we love you guys, always.

ed us to fully enjoy our day. They were incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and thoughtful—always one step ahead and ready with solutions before we even realized there was a question to ask.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. We were able to be fully present with each other and our guests, knowing they had everything under control. The timeline flowed perfectly, every little detail was executed beautifully, and their presence behind the scenes was exactly what we needed—supportive, professional, and kind.
What meant the most was how personal they made the experience feel. We never felt like just another wedding on their calendar—they truly cared about us, our story, and making our day unforgettable. We’re so grateful to have had them by our side and would recommend them a thousand times over!
