Looking back, we can now see how much thought, preparation, and behind-the-scenes work Tania and her team put in to make the day feel so effortless. Tania has an incredible ability to see the event as a whole while also thinking through every transition and small detail that shapes the guest experience. Energy-wise, Tania brought such a calm, positive, and attentive presence that allowed us to feel completely present and enjoy every moment of our wedding and the weeks leading up to it. Everything flowed seamlessly throughout the day and night, from the major transitions to the smallest details, and we never felt rushed, overwhelmed, or stressed. This was felt from the guest’s perspective too. We had several of our guests tell us afterward how beautiful, organized, and smoothly run the wedding felt. Despite having a very large guest count, our guests also commented on how impressed they were with the flow of the whole night and Tania's team. Tania managed and coordinated so many different opinions, personalities, and moving pieces involved in our wedding with the utmost patience, grace, and professionalism. She went above and beyond and put in several hours of additional work to make sure every small detail was ironed out and the venue and vendors were on the same page. She took care of so much of the mental labor and logistics around wedding planning that allowed us to feel calm, present and excited the entire time. Through planning together I got to see how Tania was consistently kind, attentive, direct, funny and exceptionally good at what she does. We are incredibly grateful for everything she and her team did to make our wedding feel so effortless, personal, and truly stunning. We will really miss planning with her as well! We worked with Tania for over a year, and from the very beginning she understood our vision and helped bring it to life - always flexible yet unafraid to give us honest, grounded advice. She was endlessly responsive from vendor calls, random questions, to last-minute logistics and we always felt like her top priority. Even with our multiple South Asian ceremonies, each with its own traditions, she understood the nuances right away and executed every detail beautifully. She also worked seamlessly with both sets of our parents to bring their traditions to life alongside our own vision, and went above and beyond in countless other ways, like letting us ship wedding materials to her house and driving them up herself.
Her organization was on another level (mood boards, timelines, checklists, layouts) to ensure every vendor was on track. That mattered enormously, since our venue was a near-blank slate, meaning a large vendor team to coordinate. Once the design details were finalized, Tania handled every minor nuance, even adding heaters just days out, without us ever feeling the stress. Our vendors felt it too, and kept commenting on how organized and easy she was to work with.
The best part, though, was the wedding weekend itself. To this day, we don't know if anything went wrong, because Tania and her team took care of it before we ever noticed. We got countless compliments on how smoothly everything ran and how relaxed we seemed (not our personalities!). We truly got to be present and soak in every moment of our wedding, entirely because of our trust in Tania’s ability to execute! She is, without a doubt, the best at what she does — meticulous, warm, and deeply intuitive. We are endlessly thankful for her, and recommend her and her team wholeheartedly!

From day 1, Tania was organized but flexible, responsive but not overbearing, and made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with. Tania's expertise and familiarity with vendors and venues, particularly in southern California, made her an invaluable resource for finding vendors that matched the quality we were looking for while also working within our budget. Even when my (now) husband and I started to feel overwhelmed with decisions, the long list of tasks to do, inclement weather, non-responsive vendors, and whatever other issues felt like they may derail our day, Tania always remained cool, calm, and collected and navigated us through the worry. We could not have planned our wedding without her.
Also, unsurprisingly, she was exactly the same on the wedding day. She knew where everyone needed to be at all times and handled all communications with vendors and venue, so that my husband and I could solely focus on enjoying our day.

One of the biggest things for us was having someone who truly understood cultural weddings—especially the importance of things like table visits, timing, and multiple outfit changes. Tania absolutely nailed it. She anticipated needs before we even had to say anything and executed everything with such precision, respect, and ease.
Her recommendations for additional vendors were spot on, and her connections made the entire planning process so much smoother. Every vendor she guided us toward delivered, and it was clear she has strong, trusted relationships in the industry. And if anything ever came up behind the scenes, she handled it completely without bringing stress to me or my wedding party—we were able to stay fully present and enjoy the experience without even realizing there were issues being managed.

Our florist pulled out a week prior to our week-long destination wedding, and they used their contacts (and possibly magic) to find the perfect florist in Cancun who went above and beyond our wildest dreams. Our wedding, in spite of everything that could go wrong actually going wrong (due to world and life events), was absolutely perfect in the end, and they deserve all the credit.
