Terrie is 100% incredible at what she does. I see this in other reviews, and I will boldly echo that teaming with Terrie for her full wedding planning package was the best decision...
I ever made (and at a tremendous value).
Our story - I joined the Navy and moved to Cali for family medicine residency. My husband trains bird hunting dogs and lives outdoors for a living. He thankfully came with me to Cali! I wanted chic farm wedding but also wanted to respect my fiances outdoorsy side so we incorporated pheasant feathers and antlers (and even a puppy pointer). When we decided to host a destination farm/barn wedding in my parents home town we realized that involves more logistics than your typical wedding (bridal shower, groomsman day, rehearsal dinner, reception, lodging, airport and multiple shuttles). A couple months into planning and after wasted hours reading online blogs that led me in circles, I knew I needed help!
I reached out to Terrie and we skyped, talked on the phone, and the planning process started to become streamlined finally. She brings organization to chaos, she brings the most important details TO YOU to the forefront and makes sure they aren't forgotten on your special day, she manages personalities to make sure the bride and groom's vision is carried out, and also works hand and hand with eager family and friends to get the job done. Needless to say she also worked very closely with photographer, caterer, dj to make the event seamless - I repeat, seamless. She responded very positively in the face of last minute weather changes - which impacted the seating arrangement, assembly of a last minute tent, the dance floor, our start time - and not only kept everyone cool but was taking pictures of the ominous wall cloud.
I would say that MOST importantly - it is clear that she finds joy in what she does. One of my favorite parts of the wedding was during the dancing part after dinner when she had a well deserved chance for a pause, she caught my eye with her feet up in the corner just smiling out at us all dancing. I feel like I made a lifelong friend through the process.
Thank you Terrie <3<3<3
WOW!!!! Terrie was the best person to help me out with my wedding planning. I could not have asked for a better planner. She gives you the best recommendations, especially in your ...
price range. Terrie is very friendly and kind and loves what she does- which shows in her work. She made sure my big day went off without a hitch and if we ran into any problems she was quick to fix it. She helped us set up and did a beautiful job and stayed after for all the take down. She truly is worth every penny- she is very well affordable.

We had a great experience with Terrie as our Day of Coordinator. We had a couple of face to face meetings and email exchanges prior to the wedding. She was always very kind and hel...
pful and made sure all the details were in order. One of the reasons we hired a day of coordinator is because we flipped the room between the ceremony and reception. She and her team made the room beautiful and were very quick with the flip! I was so pleased with how everything turned out. She worked great with our wedding party and other vendors. Everyone tells me everything went so smooth throughout the day. Our families were able to enjoy our wedding and have peace of mind knowing Terrie was taking care of everything!! Thank you so much Terrie!
When I first met Terrie, I knew she was going to do great. However, great didn't even cover it. She poured her heart and soul into making my wedding day go smoothly. The communica...
tion was great and her attention to detail was spot on. She coordinated our wedding blocks, communicated and coordinated all our vendors, and designed the bouquets. She truly made our wedding day so perfect. The amount of work and dedication she priced was amassing. I would definitely recommend Terrie. I definitely consider her the greatest wedding planner around. Tasks again Terrie. Ryan and I really alleviate all the hard work that you and Kent pot into our wedding day.
Terrie was the wedding planner for my wedding and I am at a loss of words at how amazing she was. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife's and I's vision was captured. She ...
worked with all my vendors to make everything run smoothly and when hiccups happened she tackled them with ease. I really don't know what we would of done without her and her hard working team.
She also did the floral arrangements for our wedding and everyone was beyond impressed. The flowers and her creativity in arranging them was on par with the the wedding magazines my wife and I looked at for ideas for our wedding. I wish I could post pictures on this review to show you the caliber of her work.
If you need her services, trust me look no further! We love you Terrie! Thanks again!
Terrie was wonderful!
I can't recommend Events by Terrie enough!!! I had my doubts about event planning. I thought I could do it all, but Terrie taught me within the first meeting I was an amateur and s...
he was a pro! She listened to what we wanted and it seemed more like a brainstorming session than someone wanting to take over someone else's event. She got to work right away and came up with some fantastic ideas that we never dreamed of. Terrie kept us on task throughout the process. Leading up to the reception we even went on a shopping trip and we hit 5 stores in a couple hours. Talk about efficient! The day of the event Terrie and her staff were AMAZING! Everyone was so impressed. They took care of every little detail and even got in the pool to place floating arrangements! Terrie makes me want to never plan another event by myself. Events by Terrie even made my super O.C.D Mother-in-law gladly give up control and just enjoy the day. I never thought I would ever say that. Schedule your first consultation now!

ion - she took my somewhat scattered ideas and pulled them all together to create a day that was everything I dreamed of and more! I would highly recommend her to any bride looking for someone to come alongside them to plan a wedding they will love without all the stress of doing it yourself.
Terrie was an absolute life saver and a dream to work with!! Our wedding would not have been the same without her. From the moment she arrived at the rehearsal dinner I did not hav...
e to think about another thing. She took over and ran everything as smooth as can be. From lining us all up, to directions, to helping me set up the reception space, and her amazing ideas she is the best! She had a solution for every little thing and was prepared for anything to happen. Our wedding went off without a single issue or problem and it is all due to Terrie's hard work. Our reception space was absolutely stunning from the centerpieces to our photo wall. She set it all up and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. She is so easy to work with and knows exactly what she is doing. Thank you so much Terrie for your help planning and executing the most perfect day. I know it would not have happened without your help!
Terrie was so wonderful to work with! I started out not thinking that we needed a Wedding Coordinator, but I was oh so wrong! I don't know what we would have done without Terrie's ...
help and guidance! She was such a calming presence the day of the wedding; working so hard to get our ceremony/reception place just the way we wanted it! Terrie worked very hard to coordinate with all of our vendors, and thanks to her, our wedding went perfectly!
