person wedding in NYC was effectively a destination wedding for many of our guests, as nearly all of them were from out of town. In addition, our wedding day consisted of two ceremonies (one Hindu and one Christian), followed by a cocktail hour and reception. Needless to say, coordinating the timeline, communicating with all of our vendors, and ensuring we were ready to go and on time for every event was a herculean task that Vaishali and her team managed with incredible grace and professionalism. They’re always one step ahead so no detail is missed, and we’re so, so grateful that they were behind the scenes throughout ensuring that everything flowed perfectly and felt effortless. Words aren’t enough, but here’s a big thank you to Vaishali and her team for making our wedding an absolute dream come true.

Our wedding went off without a single hiccup. No detail was missed, no stress was had, and we know that Vaishali and her team were working hard in the background without anyone even noticing – every memory from that day is one that we will be happy with for the rest of our lives. Our wedding involved a Jewish ceremony and a Hindu ceremony, 5 days, 5 different venues and a fully staffed hospitality suite. Vaishali pulled it all off flawlessly. As the bride, I gave Vaishali my phone the first day and didn’t see it again until the wedding was over. I was able to fully enjoy our wedding without a single concern. She accompanied us to every planning meeting, recommended amazing vendors and solved problems before I even knew they existed. She kept us updated of every correspondence she had, and sent us frequent email updates (which she knew was our preference). She even made detailed personalized schedules for each member of the bridal party, family and guests. She is the #1 vendor I recommend from our wedding and I only wish I had more events to plan so I could work with her again.

One two separate occasions we realized that we forgot critical items for our out of town wedding and without missing a step Vaishali went to work finding last minute replacements and our guests weren't the wiser. More than her excellent attention to detail and ability to think of things you don't even know you need, she is an extremely kind and wonderful person to work with. Vaishali also has an excellent network of wedding vendors that she helped connect us with that all were as exceptional as she was. Our wedding ran smoothly because of Vaishali and we can't recommend her highly enough to others.

Having all of them reach out to Vaishali was a major plus so there was only one point of contact. She also created timelines for my family, as well as individual timelines for all the vendors. Vaishali and her team seamlessly handled the entire event, and I being the bride, didn't notice anything that went wrong! I don't remember anyone asking me any questions all day about anything. They hit on everything I requested and things that mattered most to me, I had a super attentive bride attendant with me all day, and my husband had a groom attendant with him. They were professional, able to handle 500 guests, and on point for each thing. If I recommend one thing for a wedding, especially a multiple event wedding, its to have a wedding coordinator and Vaishali would be highly recommended on our end! If you're on the fence about going with her, don't be!

Vaishali unequivocally delivered from her creative expertise, constant communication with vendors to ensure that not only my husband and I were taken care of but, every guest and family member were able to have a memorable experience. Even if any issues may have arised that were of our control, because of Vaishali's professionalism and years of experience she was able to always think a few steps ahead, which allowed us to be able to be present and enjoy our special day and the events and planning leading up to it. The last thing you want to feel is any added stress on your wedding day and having the opportunity to entrust Vaishali with our needs and our vision truly allowed us to focus on what was important like writing our vows at the last second or making sure I don't trip and fall in my heels :). Although I am sure that there were unexpected things that came up during our wedding (as they always do any event) because of Vaishali's professionalism and decisiveness you would never even know. From the second you meet her, you will feel at ease not only because it is clear that Valshali will make sure to understand your vision and make your event unique and special and will go above and beyond to achieve this but,because she exudes genuine warmth and truly cares about her clients. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience with Vaishali was. We are truly blessed to have so many amazing memories of our wedding to look back on thanks to Vaishali being such an integral part of it all.

and we honestly were not prepared on how to execute and bring our vision to life, We did not know what we were getting into from logistics, designs, vendors, hotels, halls etc Vaishali and her team did everything from A to Z, they held our hand and walked us along. They helped us make decisions, set goals, organize, strategise and show us what needs to be done and how to make our vision come to life.. Secondly, we had a multicultural wedding, Vaishali handled the intricacies and delicacy of bridging two cultures together, which wasn't easy to say the least. She took both families, brought them together, merged harmoniously and created a beautiful seamless ceremony. We chose Vaishali because she sounded genuine and understanding from our first call, we vetted over 6 planners and she shined better than the others. Throughout our entire planning process to execution, we faced numerous hurdles but Vaishali did not flinch nor falter, her execution of handling and fixing the concerns was flawless. She made our big weekend without issue, organization was key and it went perfectly. We have been to many weddings and know what a not so good planner's work looks like, our went without a hitch all thanks to Vaishali. We were all present and took part in the wedding instead of worrying about all of the logistics They say actions speak louder than words, we loved Vaishali so much that we are now working with her team for our family member's wedding along with any future weddings. I cannot say enough about the person that made our wedding phenomenal and took the most important day of our life and made it perfect.

ad our Mehendi and Sangeet at my parent's home in Old Westbury followed by our Wedding and Reception at The Plaza hotel in New York City. We started working with Vaishali a year ahead of our wedding and she helped us through every step of the planning process from invitations, vendor selection, outfits, tastings, numerous planning meetings, and then finally throughout our wedding week! Her amazing and detailed calendar and checklist was something I especially loved as it kept us super organized! As a bride, I had planned and dreamt of my wedding since I was a little girl and really wanted every little detail to be unique and special. Vaishali worked with me throughout the process in making sure all my dreams came to life. She even took it on herself to send me cute, new ideas while making every single thing I asked for possible. She even personally handled details such as custom rose petal cones with a special poem, figuring out how to arrange for butterfly shaped place cards since they are my favorite, to numerous sparklers at our reception, to name only a few of countless other things. All our friends and family to this day talk about our Wedding since they had the most amazing time and really appreciated all the details and creativity. Most importantly, what sets Vaishali apart is that she is kind, patient, understanding, and a problem solver. She is able to think of creative solutions to make everyone happy and she is always able to handle everything with ease due to her numerous years of experience and kindness. I will never forget that Vaishali texted me everyday before she would see me on our wedding week to see if I needed anything and even gifted me the sweetest Lord Ganesh and Prasad to make sure we had beautiful weather each day. I cannot say enough good things about Vaishali and her whole team. I can honestly say that I was one of the most particular brides focusing on every small detail and Vaishali made all my dreams come true. Aditya and I have the most beautiful memories from our wedding week and we had the best time of our lives!
