r. After our consultation, there were no doubts about hiring her as my planner for the entire wedding process. She’s professional, organized, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her clients. She responds promptly and thoroughly to any questions and understands how overwhelming it can be on brides when the planning begins. Not once did she show an ounce of frustration or panic whenever I had questions or some sort of hiccup during planning. Every time I would feel stressed, my nerves were immediately eased after we spoke. Upon booking our wedding, little did we know it would have to be postponed twice due to Covid. Each time, Ana had all of my vendors rebooked and rescheduled within 24 hours without any hesitation or issues. Fast forward now to this past weekend, our day was nothing short of perfect. All of the vendors she recommended worked together so seamlessly to ensure our expectations were exceeded. Ana helped me to stay calm and let go so I can truly enjoy the day with my now husband. (Super hard to do when you’re a type A planner yourself, but that’s how much I trusted her!) So whatever you do, if you decide to hire a wedding planner, I cannot recommend Ana and her team enough. You even save money when hiring EBVD because of their connections with vendors and ability to negotiate to make sure you are staying within your budget, this helped us save quite a bit of money on our rentals this way. Ana is a master at taking your vision and truly bringing it to life. She sat with me and created a detailed vision board for decor and florals that made our florist search so much easier. She is organized and takes time to ensure that everything produced is high quality, she proudly stands behind her work and treats your special day as if it were her own. We had a blast planning the event with them. Nicollette worked personally with us and answered every question we had. She was great with suggestions and letting us know about all of the little details you would never think of if you hadn't planned a wedding before. On the day of Fernanda was our coordinator. She was by my side all day making sure every detail was perfect. I would recommend EBVD to anyone planning a wedding. They are great to work with, they take the stress out of planning and make the whole experience fun.

Additionally, they called all the vendors the week of to make sure everything was ticked and tied with timelines and expectations. They were there for the vendor set up and ensured that everything looked the way I envisioned. As the bride, you don't get to see how things look until you walk down the aisle or arrive at the reception at the same time as your guests...it was so nice to know that myself, my mom, and my mother in law could enjoy the day knowing that someone else was taking care of everything and knew exactly what I wanted everything to look like. Long story short...they far exceeded my expectations and I could not have planned my wedding as perfectly without them. I can say without a doubt that they were the best money that I spent throughout my wedding planning process. Even my (now) husband, who at first didn't think we needed help, said they were AMAZING and was so glad that we had them. I would recommend them for any event planning needs that you have. You will be in good hands!
