Ana and her team were so professional and friendly to the bride, wedding party, family, and all of the guests. They kept everyone on time for all the important events and kept the nuptials on time. They made sure everything was brought back to the wedding suite after it was worn or used. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.

Simply put, Ana is incredible. We began working with Events by Vento Designs pre-pandemic, in April 2019; at the time, our wedding date was in April 2020. Of course, the world has changed since then — and Ana stuck by our side as we postponed to April 2021, and then again to November 2021 (to ensure all our guests had time to get vaccinated). What should have been a one-year job turned into a two-and-a-half-year one with endless moving parts — but throughout it all, Ana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She and her team are professional, personable, upbeat, and calm under pressure. I’m a very visual person and quite picky when it comes to aesthetics, but Ana totally understood my vision for the big day and was able to bring it to life. When it became clear our venue coordinator wasn’t the most organized, Ana worked closely by her side to make sure everything went off without a hitch. And once the big day finally arrived, my husband and I didn’t have to stress over anything and could simply enjoy our long-awaited celebration. Ana Vento is a consummate professional. She remained calm and optimistic as we rescheduled my daughter's wedding twice during the pandemic. She managed to keep track of every detail and to focus on making sure the much delayed destination wedding weekend was even better than we had dreamed it could be. Ana is incredibly organized and very experienced. She works her magic to get everything done, and does it with a smile. As a busy physician working full-time during COVID-19, I relied on Ana and her team to organize everything, and she did not disappoint. I’m not even sure where to start but all I can say is, wow. I found Ana when searching online for a wedding planner and immediately knew I needed to have an initial meeting with her. After our consultation, there were no doubts about hiring her as my planner for the entire wedding process. She’s professional, organized, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her clients. She responds promptly and thoroughly to any questions and understands how overwhelming it can be on brides when the planning begins. Not once did she show an ounce of frustration or panic whenever I had questions or some sort of hiccup during planning. Every time I would feel stressed, my nerves were immediately eased after we spoke. Upon booking our wedding, little did we know it would have to be postponed twice due to Covid. Each time, Ana had all of my vendors rebooked and rescheduled within 24 hours without any hesitation or issues. Fast forward now to this past weekend, our day was nothing short of perfect. All of the vendors she recommended worked together so seamlessly to ensure our expectations were exceeded. Ana helped me to stay calm and let go so I can truly enjoy the day with my now husband. (Super hard to do when you’re a type A planner yourself, but that’s how much I trusted her!) So whatever you do, if you decide to hire a wedding planner, I cannot recommend Ana and her team enough. This was easily the best decision we made for our big day. There will never be enough thank yous in the world to Ana and her team!

Ana Vento is absolutely the best wedding planner out there! Ana planned our wedding in Texas and she made our wedding day perfect in every way possible. When you hire Events by Vento Designs, you can fully trust that every single last detail, some that you would never even think of, will be taken care of. You even save money when hiring EBVD because of their connections with vendors and ability to negotiate to make sure you are staying within your budget, this helped us save quite a bit of money on our rentals this way. Ana is a master at taking your vision and truly bringing it to life. She sat with me and created a detailed vision board for decor and florals that made our florist search so much easier. She is organized and takes time to ensure that everything produced is high quality, she proudly stands behind her work and treats your special day as if it were her own. Events by Vento design is everything and more I could have asked for. I am a laidback person who didn’t necessarily have a clear vision of what I wanted; I knew I wanted my wedding to be authentic, different, and built from scratch on my in-law’s farm. All I had was a blank canvas of a farm with nothing but grass and trees; Ana was able to transform that into my dream wedding venue in a very short and challenging time. More than anything, we were able to truly enjoy our day as everything went seamless and I felt confident that everything was well taken care of. Ana Vento and her assistant Fernanda are the absolute best planners in Ft Lauderdale for any event! She planned my wedding last year and I could not have asked for more. She expects nothing but perfection from vendors and is very professional. She will go above and beyond to plan the wedding of your dreams. My work schedule was not the best to work with but she went out of her way on weekends and in the evenings to meet me places and give me updates! HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! HIRE ANA VENTO and her team! I can't say enough about Ana and her team at Events by Vento Designs. I don't think I would've been able to pulled off my daughters amazing wedding without them. Ana helped guide me in the right direction and captured my daughters dream wedding. As a first time Mother of the Bride everything is stressful -- flowers, linens, venue, etc. Ana and her team are the best. Honestly, we had NO stress, she did everything for us including a venue change 90 days before the wedding. She made all the craziness seamless and makes decisions on the fly that were perfect the day of. After meeting with at least 15 potential planners we decided we could trust Ana and Fernanda to plan our magical day. When I first started planning my wedding, I thought I could do it all on my own with no problem at all. My mom highly recommended having a planner for the day of, so that I wouldn’t be worried about anything that day, and could strictly focus on getting married. I met with Ana and within 5 minutes I knew I had to have her. The sense of calm I felt in just speaking with her about the big day was incredible. I met with Ana and Fernanda the week of the wedding to review final details, and they literally thought of everything. The two of them as a team were just flawless. My fiance (now wife) and I decided we were going to plan our wedding by ourselves and after a few weeks of planning we felt completely overwhelmed. By happenstance, we stumbled across Events by Vento and set up a meeting with Ana (whom we hadn't met prior) and her staff right away. From start to finish, Ana was available 100%- day or night- she drove from Fort Lauderdale, to Miami, back up to Boca Raton all in a day just to be there to help us make a decision on a wedding dress. Ana and her team were amazing! My fiance and I got married last weekend and everything was perfect thanks to all of the work put in by EBVD. Most people talk about how stressful planning a wedding is, but we did not experience any of that stress. They worked so well with all of our vendors all we had to do was tell them what we wanted and they arranged it for us. We had a blast planning the event with them. Nicollette worked personally with us and answered every question we had. She was great with suggestions and letting us know about all of the little details you would never think of if you hadn't planned a wedding before. On the day of Fernanda was our coordinator. She was by my side all day making sure every detail was perfect. I would recommend EBVD to anyone planning a wedding. They are great to work with, they take the stress out of planning and make the whole experience fun.

Choosing Ana and the Events by Vento team as our “day of coordinator” was hands down the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Throughout working with her for several months she was organized, creative, quick to respond, and patient. Although she was hired for the “day of,” Ana went above and beyond to make sure that every little detail of our wedding was perfect and taken care of. As the wedding approached, she was very helpful to create the perfect timeline, deciphering every detail of what we wanted to include in our day. I hired Events By Vento Designs for my day of wedding coordination and I can honestly say that I could not have done it without them! Ana and Nicollette were extremely polished and professional and met with me several times to make sure that they understood my vision for the wedding and how I wanted things to run. Having never planned a wedding before, they provided me with past experiences and valuable expertise to help me put together the perfect day. They went above and beyond to help me with vendor recommendations and ensure that I was getting the best pricing possible. Several days before the wedding, forecasts were showing 80% chance of rain and they helped to call tent rentals and negotiate pricing and provide me with options and a good plan B if we needed it. At that point I was so stressed with the upcoming wedding that it was a huge weight off my shoulders to have them there to help out! Additionally, they called all the vendors the week of to make sure everything was ticked and tied with timelines and expectations. They were there for the vendor set up and ensured that everything looked the way I envisioned. As the bride, you don't get to see how things look until you walk down the aisle or arrive at the reception at the same time as your guests...it was so nice to know that myself, my mom, and my mother in law could enjoy the day knowing that someone else was taking care of everything and knew exactly what I wanted everything to look like. Long story short...they far exceeded my expectations and I could not have planned my wedding as perfectly without them. I can say without a doubt that they were the best money that I spent throughout my wedding planning process. Even my (now) husband, who at first didn't think we needed help, said they were AMAZING and was so glad that we had them. I would recommend them for any event planning needs that you have. You will be in good hands!

I hired them as a day of planner for my wedding and I feel like they gave me so much more than just what a "Day of planner" should give. From the first time I walked into their beautiful downtown Ft. Lauderdale office and was greeted with such warmth I knew I was going to hire them. Ana spent the whole day with me on my wedding day just making sure I was happy and had no worries in the world. During the reception when we were having fun and dancing I would get sweaty and Ana and her wonderful assistant took me into the bathroom to refresh my hair and make up (they did that several times throughout the day). It was the little things they did behind the scenes that made the PERFECT DAY for me and my family. They treated me like family and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect wedding, or any event for that matter. Our wedding day was on the same day as Hurricane Irma and at the last minute we had to cancel and reschedule it for the following week. What could have been a complete disaster turned out to exceed our expectations. Ana and her team were on call morning, noon and night and made us feel like we were her only client and I know for a fact that we were not. Planning a wedding was extremely hectic and stressful to us. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, but the execution is everything. At first I was going to attempt to do the execution of this wedding on my own because it was a very small and intimate wedding. No way!!! As the months went by and our date got closer and closer and I was very behind on the planning. Nicollette and Fernanda, the event coordinators, saved us from wedding failure lol. I pride myself on being organized and very efficient, but I think I’d met my match. I was looking for a wedding planner that both my daughter and I would both get along with, as we both knew there were so many decisions to be made and that this would be hard for us. Seeing how she shopped and dressed children with cancer for Prom to Remember, I knew she would have lots of love and patience for the details. I also knew my daughter would be thrilled to have someone that she could look up to as a role model and would take direction from as to the flowers, ceremony, dances etc. Her ability to handle both mother and bride is a true talent. Additionally, her "connections" for everything we needed, made her my "one stop shop" for all the details and her creativity for color choices, favors, invitations, everything from beginning to end was impeccable. Ana's staff has also been a pleasure to work with, and I felt totally comfortable that on "THE BIG DAY" everything would go smoothly! It happened. Both my daughter and I were able to relax, greet our guests, and ENJOY every minute, knowing that Ana Vento and her company were running the show and behind every scene from rehearsal to ceremony to reception.
