If you are searching for a wedding planner who is professional, experienced, reasonably priced, friendly, dedicated to your wedding day and promptly answers your phone calls and returns every text/email, then I can personally recommend Zenaida (Z), owner of Events by Zenaida, as the wedding planner for you. I was engaged in Nov 2009 and was married 8/14/2010. I have a type A personality and tried to micro manage every detail of my wedding during Nov and Dec 2009. Well, with a full-time job....Its Impossible. That is when I decided to call a wedding planner to help with details I just could not deal with alone. I contacted over four wedding planners who either never returned my calls, were WAY out of my price range, wanted me to rearrange my schedule to come to them or just didnt fit my personality. After these failed attempts I found "Events by Zenaida" online and decided to give it a shot. She immediately answered my call, immediately was able to meet me at whatever spot was good for me AND was really NICE (please do not downplay this characteristic; it makes it really helpful to have a person you like personally to go through one of the most stressful times of your life)! From there, Z worked out a package that worked with my budget and worked with me with details that were out of my league (flowers, invitations, favors, place cards, decorations, ceremony details, etc. and anything you can think of related to wedding preparation and etiquette) She was great! And just when I thought she could not get any better, the week of my wedding, she personally called me each day to check on me to see if I was sane, to correct any last minute bloopers/changes and most of all to kept me secure that ever would be just fine. And it was. It was the most organized and enjoyable event I could ever imagine. My wedding would NOT have been what it was without her. She walked everyone through everything with respect and manner. My in laws are still giving me compliments about how organized I had the wedding, but it was all Zenaida!! She was great. She surpassed any expectation I could have had and I truly thank her for doing her job so well. I would highly recommend her to any one I know getting married, no matter how big or small the affair.
