He made my experience during my wedding so easy, and did the same when speaking to him about my parent's event. nd all of his money for the video and photography for 2 days of our wedding. On our wedding day Harry did not show up and his team showed up with no drone which was the whole reason we booked him and an extra videographer to handle the drone. Since their was no drone, we paid for an extra videographer for no damn reason. When we addressed the issue to him he gave us attitude and said the drone broke a few days prior to our wedding. If that was the case it would be nice of you to let us know so we can eliminate a videographer and get compensated back for it or rent a drone for us.. it's not our fault your drone broke. He tried compensating us with a small album which doesn't nearly cost as much as the drone or give us the footage we desperately wanted in our videos. Our video is horrendous it literally is a camera rolling for 3 hours with no editing no effects or anything. Our photos are not touched up at all either. Literally for the price that they charge you would assume they'll be damn good, but my 16 year old cousins can do better work than this. The best thing you can do for yourself is book a startup photography company because they'll be so much more professional and talented than events capture. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM!!! You will thank me later.

Our pictures are dark , my family is halfway cropped out of them, and the picture alignments are so out of proportion and they won't redo anything for me even after paying thousands of dollars to these thieves. They don't answer when you call unless you private call them and they take days to reply via email. Do not recommend them especially not on your wedding day which is the most important day in anyone's life and pictures are a memory you have forever and they unfortunately ruined mine.

ur attention. Once we met with Harry, he showed us sample albums and was able to answer all our questions. He also had a very good understanding of how chaotic a South Asian wedding can be. The days leading up the event were filled with one checklist or another. The EventsCapture team is organized and clear in what they expect from the client. I knew exactly what information to give them and when. Their organization and reminder emails helped tremendously! Our three day wedding was both phenomenal and stressful. Day of each event was a race against time but both the photographer and videographer were calm and were able to make my husband and I feel comfortable enough to be able to genuinely smile in front of the camera! I think that's what I appreciate the most when I look back at the albums / videos - how carefree and happy we are in the pre-ceremony shoots when in reality we were (at least I was) stressed and distracted by what was happening with the decorator, DJ setup and everything else! They also had an amazing eye and were able to turn some questionable backgrounds into works of art! After the wedding the EventsCapture team provided us with our albums and videos in a timely manner. I have heard of some photographers who take ages to give you your pictures or that they stop responding to emails in a timely fashion after the event. I had no such issues with EventsCapture and they also worked with me to ensure that the album and video layout is exactly what I wanted it to be. A few months after our wedding I had already forgotten some of the details from our wedding weekend. Thank you EventsCapture team for literally capturing all the important moments from our wedding so that we can cherish them for all the years to come! Last but not least, my advice to future brides is to "invest in a good photographer"!

They helped us stay on top of our event planning and the outcome was fantastic. Pictures turned out great and so did the album. We looked at the Video draft and our families are in love with it. We can't wait to pick up the completed video. Big kudos to Harry and his team. Amanda was very helpful and was there every step of the way keeping us informed about the next steps. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for photography/videography services for their weddings.

Just when I thought they could not surpass our expectations and hopes and dreams for a wedding photographer any further they continued to surprise and delight with their professionalism, creativity, thoughtfulness, and knowledge After an engagement shoot with them the wedding was a breeze- their team really makes you feel so comfortable and it truly makes a difference in your photos. I'd consider myself not photogenic until I started working with events capture they really work their magic and can give just the right direction to make all the difference. better/cheaper deal, but we have learned our lesson - you get what you pay for!! I am really APPALLED at the organizational and staffing issues here. It seems that when an editor leaves, it is a huge process to restart the editing project as opposed to picking up where the previous editor left off....and if the secretary is out for a week or two, apparently there is no one to cover her or at least respond to emails/phone calls/voicemails. The secretaries are nice and do try their best to stay on top of things, but sometimes there is simply no communication until you contact EC, and then they feel the need to tell you something went wrong. Harry is incredibly incompetent and when I met with him and left him a message on Facebook, he did not seem apologetic or remorseful in any way for his or his company's lack of professionalism, quality, or customer service. My wedding was almost 2 years ago now and I have been dealing with this ongoing headache which is taking time away from enjoying married life, not to mention that our parents have been asking where the videos are. Just a few of our complaints: - We had a list of family photos to take at the church after the ceremony and some of the pictures from my side are missing...I don't know if they weren't taken or if they got lost but it's really upsetting to not have family pictures for ours and our parent's albums, especially when they are direct relatives. Pictures from my husband's house (with his FATHER) are missing also. - There was "miscommunication" with the team that worked on our day, so they did not have our table number cards or our posters to display at our reception...products that were in our contract and that we had paid for to be used the day of the wedding....after the wedding we have no use for them so this definitely took away from the overall personalization of our wedding. - We sent them the songs for our DVD 2 weeks before the wedding, when they had requested them. However after the event they kept insisting that our project would be on hold until after we sent them the songs. Since they were sent in advance, it's obvious they lost it.....some organization would help this company GREATLY. - Since they forgot our cards/posters, Harry said they would throw in some free stuff (which was very nice of him). We asked for some extra posters and for our highlights to be uploaded on Vimeo (which seems to be the new trend nowadays, highlights are uploaded within a week after a couple's wedding). However, after 9 months (and multiple excuses, when their timeline said the video usually takes about 45 days) we finally got our videos to proof. We had sent them an example from Vimeo of the type of video we wanted (usually a 10 minute long video that tells the story of the couple's wedding day). What we got back was a 2 minute long video with very choppy shots put together...you can tell somebody did this in about 5 minutes...POOR QUALITY. When showing Harry another highlight video from his company that was done well, he tried to tell us that their editor was also the same editor that worked on our product. This was obviously untrue since the quality of the 2 videos was 2 different extremes. For the 3rd revision of the highlight video, it took about a month to redo a 5 minute video...unacceptable.
