We had a LOT of last-minute changes, and Justin handled them all with ease and a great attitude; he helped keep the bridal party calm and organized while getting them out for their entrances and kept everything running smoothly. Our DJ was Jabbar and he was phenomenal! He was super interactive with the guests. He was instructing all our rhythmically challenged guests the Cha Cha Slide and dancing on the dance floor. He also recommended a interactive guest game called 'Quest for the Guest' which was one a huge hit. After the wedding, we got so many compliments from our guests about how great the DJ was. We had a tremendous experience with Ed at Events Done Right! He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and really helped get and keep the party going!! We had a couple of unique asks and he really executed everything we had envisioned. This included a shortened version of the father daughter dance song. He even called after the wedding to congratulate us and check in. Can't recommend him enough!!

We absolutely LOVED Keith!! He did an amazing job the whole night and our dance floor was packed the entire time. I've had several wedding guests ask me for the list of songs played that night because it was so amazing. Leading up to the event Keith did a great job communicating with us and he was able to take our music preferences and run with it to make it one amazing party!! Events Done Right was a dream to work with. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. Ed helped us get set up with our DJ, Scott, and communicating with him was so easy. Our DJ Scott was absolutely amazing. He made sure we were prepared for our wedding and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the day. We partied for hours and Scotty really kept us going! He even made sure to get out on the dance floor with us. We were allowed to pick a list of “must have songs” and he played them all, along with using his own playlist and taking guest requests. Ed with Events Don’t Right was the DJ for my wedding day 2.19.23 and I can not be happier with the service! He did a great job! The entire day went off so smooth and everyone had the best time on the dance floor! He even came out at the end and danced with us! We added on the Photo Booth and it was a hit. Everyone loved it and I got a copy of all the pictures everyone took within a few days! It was such a magical night and I cannot recommend this company enough!

We had Keith Day for our wedding, and he’s just outstanding. He helped me with song selection and kept us on track all evening. He came over a few times to ask us questions and make sure everything was going okay, and he’s just the sweetest man ever! We did some trivia questions to release the tables for the buffet, and the shoe game during dinner was a huge hit. We also did the anniversary dance to open up dancing, and it was wonderful to get marriage advice from the couple who had been married the longest – 52 years!! He was out on the dance floor with us dancing as well as behind the booth dancing too! He was everything we wanted our DJ to be & more! We are party people & he made sure the party was going all night long. His energy is ELECTRIC!! And puts a huge smile on your face! Ed did a wonderful job coordinating with me from the start. Michael ended up being my DJ for the ceremony and reception and was just so great to work with. Michael was kind and courtesy to my weird requests both before the wedding and during the reception itself. I also learned after that Michael worked privately with my father to add sound effects to his Welcome Toast and I thought that really showed how above and beyond Events Done Right is willing to go to make your event special. Highly recommend!!

Ed was our DJ at Opal Sands Resort on 11-11-22! We had the best time, and he was awesome. My dance floor was full the whole time. He even got out there and taught us some moves :-) His communication was excellent, and he put me at ease. Ed answered all my questions from start to finish. I am so happy I hired him! I had a destination wedding at the Holiday Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach on 4/29. We had Ed as our DJ and he was absolutely amazing! From ceremony to reception, everything was organized perfectly, he kept us all on schedule and he exceeded our expectation with the music. Our experience with Events Done Right was perfect from start to finish. We had been scorned by a previous DJ so we were so fortunate to find such an awesome and professional company! Ed the owner was communicative and helpful from the very beginning. We were able to add on karaoke to our reception which turned out to be the hit of the night! Our DJ for our event was Jabbar, and he was super fun and professional. He kept the crowd hyped and kept the music going! We planned a timeline with them and Jabbar stuck to it. I was very impressed! When they heard we had been through some trouble with a different DJ company they were kind enough to even throw in additional up lighting completely complimentary! They also saw we intended to use a bluetooth speaker to save money at our cocktail hour, and they extended service to that time for us at no additional charge. I was really very impressed with the great service and would absolutely recommend them to DJ your special day!!

Are you planning a wedding and have no idea what you’re doing?? Hire Events Done Right! Ed was our DJ for our wedding and he was awesome! We had our wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota, where Ed set up a mic for our officiant, played music from guest arrival to final exit, accommodated all our song requests, did bridal party introductions, and made announcements throughout the night. He was always in constant communication with us prior to event and during the wedding to know what time it was and what was happening next in the night. It was so helpful and I truly appreciated having someone there making sure the night was organized. A DJ/MC is a critical piece of the wedding as they are the ones speaking the most throughout the night and setting the tone with music. I would 100% recommend hiring Ed for your event to go off without a hitch!

We used events done right for our wedding on 1.21. DJ Ed was SO much fun and executed everything we wanted flawlessly. Having a great DJ and great music was high up on our priority list during our wedding planning process. Our guests were so sweaty by the end of the night from all the time spent on the dance floor so I would say we definitely made the right choice by choosing Ed!

My husband and I recently got married on 01/22/22 and we had a fantastic experience with Events Done Right! AMAZING! The part that I most appreciate about Ed is the excellent communication and the fact that they were able to give us a bilingual DJ (Jesse). When the wedding day was approaching, Jesse contacted us to get our ideas. He was very supportive and gave us recommendations on must-have songs. He was knowledgeable of Spanish up beat songs. During the reception, he was very dynamic and engaging. I also appreciate his flexibility when things have to be modified due to time constraints. I would recommend Events Done Right to anybody for their weddings or events. Ask for Jesse if you want somebody that speaks both English and Spanish.

From the initial meeting to the final details Ed was a true professional. The day of the wedding Ed came in like a boss and took charge of the day. He made sure that we stayed on time, he made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be he made sure the Dance Floor was full at all times and he absolutely made sure that our guests had the best possible time. He was even out on the Dance Floor with the catering staff. Ed Grube was our DJ and also the owner of this company. He was amazing from beginning to end! We meet him at a wedding showcase and knew we really wanted to work with him. He is creative, helpful, and fun. We asked for a photo booth and it was so amazing!!! I had a lot of questions and he always responded quickly. I think the best part was that he played everything I asked for and was extremely professional. He made our wedding a day I will replay in my head forever!!!

Ed was absolutely amazing! He was such a great DJ for the wedding. He created a custom playlist for us and kept our guests dancing the whole reception! Events Done Right was the perfect company for our brewery wedding! Ed was super easy to work with up until our big day as was Chris, our DJ! Chris always answers all of our questions and confirmed details with us multiple times before our wedding. Our package included the perfect purple uplighting and Chris kept the party going through to whole reception. We provided Chris with a few do not play requirements and he made sure nothing from that list was played (even when requested). We cannot say enough great things about Chris and Ed. Ed was amazing!!! We can’t say enough about how great he was. So much more than a DJ. He was super helpful, answered all of our questions throughout the entire process and always available from when we first booked until after the wedding. DJ was one of the first vendors we booked and knew right away Ed was the perfect choice! We were pretty last minute with getting our song choices but he was very accommodating and made last minute changes to meet our requests. During the reception Ed went above and beyond. We had pasta stations so it took a bit to feed everyone. He stayed front and center the entire time to make sure everyone was fed and entertained during the wait which was more than we could ever ask for. He really made sure that everything followed the timeline and went smoothly from the music playing before the ceremony as guests arrive to the last song of the night. He had great suggestions for anything I asked, played songs to get everyone dancing and still played all of our “must play” and even others. He truly takes time to understand what you are wanting and it shows! Also having all the extras available through Events Done Right made it so easy. Uplighting looked so awesome! Photo booth was a hit! Everyone loved it and the scrapbook keepsake of the prints was such a great idea. Many guests commented about how much they loved that addition to the photo booth. We can’t thank Ed and Events Done Right for making our big day so perfect!!

After having a terrible experience with the DJ we originally booked for our wedding, Ed at Events Done Right was recommended to us. And can I just say, it was a blessing! When my venue, our original photographer, florist and hotel dropped the ball, Ed was the one person we knew we could count on! He was so incredibly helpful with answering my questions and following our requests. He kept the night on schedule and even got out and danced when a few of us needed help with the electric slide! We didn’t have a coordinator for our wedding(nor a rehearsal), but Ed had the whole night planned out for us and walked us through all of our cues. Ed Grube is amazing! There is a reason so many people recommend him left & right--- he just IS that great! My planner highly recommended him, and I was thrilled when I found out he was available. He is the ultimate professional, and from the start, I knew I was in good hands. A DJ can make or break the party, and he kept our dance floor going all night! He also NAILED the music we wanted (some 90s jams!) He even went out of his way to find songs from our favorite artist and edited some things if needed, etc. He goes above & beyond- truly. Always available via text too-- so convenient! He wasn't corny or over-the-top either. We loved the shoe game. His setup looks awesome too. Ed is kind, fun, and knows what he's doing! Ed, the owner and lead DJ of Events Done Right Tampa Bay, was incredible. He was the life of the party and got everyone up and dancing. We let him know ahead of time that we would have children at our reception, and asked that he mix in children songs. The table that he brought in with the backlighting looked great up on the DJ stage. After seeing the dance floor in the reception hall, he even set up uplighting to dress up the dance floor a little without charging us. He got out on the dance floor a couple times and led our guests in some dances. When you hire Ed, you get much more than just a DJ that will be sitting behind his equipment all night long, you are definitely hiring an MC. He did great introductions and offered some great advice in the planning and timing of the whole reception. This definitely wasn't his first rodeo! Great job, Ed!
