I feel like with her help we had a dream team who helped execute our absolute dream of a wedding at the Ballantyne Hotel in January 2024. My Husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our big day because of her attention to detail, extensive timeline, great relationships with our entire team of vendors, and her great personality. She was so eager to meet us in person to make sure we were a good fit first, then proceeded to check in with us starting 4 months out from our wedding to make sure we were on track with the planning. During the last 6 weeks of planning, she worked with us on a detailed minute by minute timeline, joined us at our venue 2 hours away to do a walkthrough and planning session, and constantly reached out to our vendors to make sure every single person involved was on the same page. On the actual weekend of the wedding, she graciously walked all of our wedding party through rehearsal, accommodating slight changes we wanted in the moment. On the day of the wedding, there was a chance of thunderstorms and the venue wanted to move us to a less desirable location indoors. My wife and I wanted to risk it, and Kim fought for us to make that happen. The rain never came, and we had the exact wedding we wanted, and we could not have done that without Kim’s help. The wedding itself stuck to Kim’s timeline exactly, without ever feeling like anything was rushed. It went seamlessly, and everyone had a fantastic time, thanks to Kim and her assistant Dawn. Kim will work so closely with you that after it’s all over, you will feel like you are saying goodbye to a friend. We hired a lot of great vendors for our wedding, but Kim was definitely the best choice we made. Thank you, Kim! We miss you!

She is extremely organized, professional, a calming soul, and very responsive to our needs. She also gave us some wonderful input and suggestions to make our day the best it could be. ere going to need some help with the wedding planning. I wanted someone that I knew was going to keep me on track, let me know when things needed to get done and handle everything for the day of. I wanted the planning process to be as stress free and as fun as possible. I also wanted to day of our wedding to be focused on fun. I didn't want to be running around, handling anything crisis and communicating with vendors the day of the wedding. That was where Kim came in. A close family friend recommended Kim to us and I knew off the bat that she was our lady. We met with a Zoom call initially so we could better get to know each other and kind of go over my vision and what I was thinking, which wasn't much. Kim stepped in there as well and started sending me different ideas and suggestions, while leaving it totally up to me. She didn't pressure me in any way or try to steer me in any different direction. She gave me honest and up fronts opinions and shared her experiences with different things, but ultimately left it up to me. I appreciated her honesty, her initiative in all different aspects, including helping me make decisions and working with the vendors and keeping me on track with what I needed to do. Kim made the planning process as easy and simple as possible. Her timeline was absolutely amazing and so detailed, we knew exactly what was going to happen and when and also what we still needed to decide on. She communicated so well with me and my husband and kept us up to date on where we were at with the planning process at all times. I could not have asked for a smoother process. The day of went so seamlessly, my husband and I as well as our families were able to spend our wedding day and the days leading up to it, focused on each other and spending time together celebrating.
