he kept me on track with a thorough planning schedule, and when it came to day-of details and vendor communication she handled everything! I would recommend Kim to the bride who knows exactly what she wants and needs help executing that vision, but also would recommend her to the bride who needs guidance through the entire planning and designing process. My husband and I wanted to be in the planning process of our wedding AND wanted a planner to make the process a great one. When we first met Kim, she proved that she was and is professional, friendly, and prepared. She gave us options and was clear with pricing and other details. We both agreed that Kim was the one for us. Communication is key and she will do her part above and beyond. We made sure we did what she requested in a timely manner and this was key. By working together during the planning process, the time before the wedding was filled with great memories too. Kim helped us stay on time and told us what we needed to do to stay on schedule. She helped us choose others in the industry that she knew would be fair and reliable. In fact, everyone that was a part of our wedding day worked well with each other. Kim made sure that each vendor as well as the wedding party was well informed and knew what to expect. We love Kim and are thankful that she made our wedding day a relaxed and enjoyable day that not only we treasure, but so do our family and friends. We are constantly getting great remarks about how our Christian wedding ceremony and reception was a joy to attend. It was important to us to share our faith in the ceremony and to have fun during the reception. From the beginning of our first meeting with Kim to the end of our wedding day, we are so pleased that Kim was involved and shared her time and expertise with us. She loves her work and this is clear. We not only found a planner for our wedding, but someone we will call a friend for life.

process was complete perfection. Not only that, but she did more than what we asked of her. She truly went above and beyond. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She’s extremely organized, very polite, and an overall rockstar when it came to execution. We didn’t have one hiccup the entire wedding and even if we did, we didn’t know about it because she just took care of it. someone that I knew was going to keep me on track, let me know when things needed to get done and handle everything for the day of. I wanted the planning process to be as stress free and as fun as possible. I also wanted to day of our wedding to be focused on fun. I didn't want to be running around, handling anything crisis and communicating with vendors the day of the wedding. That was where Kim came in. A close family friend recommended Kim to us and I knew off the bat that she was our lady. We met with a Zoom call initially so we could better get to know each other and kind of go over my vision and what I was thinking, which wasn't much. Kim stepped in there as well and started sending me different ideas and suggestions, while leaving it totally up to me. She didn't pressure me in any way or try to steer me in any different direction. She gave me honest and up fronts opinions and shared her experiences with different things, but ultimately left it up to me. I appreciated her honesty, her initiative in all different aspects, including helping me make decisions and working with the vendors and keeping me on track with what I needed to do. Kim made the planning process as easy and simple as possible. Her timeline was absolutely amazing and so detailed, we knew exactly what was going to happen and when and also what we still needed to decide on. She communicated so well with me and my husband and kept us up to date on where we were at with the planning process at all times. I could not have asked for a smoother process. The day of went so seamlessly, my husband and I as well as our families were able to spend our wedding day and the days leading up to it, focused on each other and spending time together celebrating. She handled all communication with the bridal party and the families to make sure they knew where they were supposed to be and when. Hiring Kim was the best decision we made throughout the entire process.

he true grade and caliber of a professional is evident from the results you get in planning a wedding under the most difficult of conditions. I was a “corona bride,” and hiring Kim as my planner was the greatest investment I made in planning my wedding. Not only that, I made a great friend. I conducted a thorough screening of wedding planners. Upon my initial meeting with Kim, I was immediately impressed by her warmth, enthusiasm, professionalism, and how extremely well-prepared and organized she was. All in all, a true Southern lady with class. By the end of the interview, I felt that I could trust her and that we had formed a true connection that could blossom into a beautiful partnership. This is what you want in a planner, because it’s not just flowers and favors; they must be problem-solvers, advisors, accountants, managers, and so much more. As our “venue” was my in-laws’ estate and our wedding in the midst of COVID, she essentially had to plan for a dozen different weddings – indoors, outdoors, tents, no tents, 25 guests, 100 guests – you name it. Furthermore, I was not an easy bride. I was out-of-state and extremely detail-oriented. This did not perturb her, however, and throughout this process she spent hours upon hours on Zoom calls with me, often late at night, yet had the most positive attitude imaginable. From all those hours, she deduced what I wanted, then pieced together what the reality would look like. She gave deep thought to each proposal, did her homework, and crafted several ways to achieve it. Using her experience, she anticipated each possible scenario, down to the smallest detail, then evaluated the pros and cons; if one idea had too many drawbacks, she would find alternative solutions with her problem-solving and innovative thinking. She promptly and effectively communicated them back to me, and always made certain I was truly satisfied and confident with the planned course of action. Then, with her passion and incredible work-ethic, she would deliver. Her vendor recommendations were top. She has clearly spent many years cultivating good relationships with quality vendors and knows the true pros, but was equally willing to work with new ones and venture into new territory. She has perfected “classic,” yet is always on top of what’s new, and incredibly tech-savvy. Most of all, I am grateful to Kim not just for getting the job done, but for going above and beyond. Most planners will have their tasks done by 9pm; Kim will have them done, and then put in an extra hour to make goody bags for the kids. Most planners will leave home extra early to be at the venue first thing in the morning the day of; Kim will book a hotel nearby the night before to make sure she’s there. She’ll mail a box of chocolates because she knows you love them, or surprise you with customized cookies the day before. She doesn’t normally sweat, but she’ll work one up to light a hundred candles for your special day. She does all this because she is genuinely passionate about what she does, and the couples she works with. If you are lucky enough to have her, I’m confident that no matter what the conditions, your wedding will be as my husband described ours; “heaven on earth.” Thank you Kim.

She clearly understood my daughter’s vision for her destination wedding in Charolette, North Carolina; not an easy task, as she wanted to combine elements of our European culture, and Southern elegance. My attorney daughter is very detailed-oriented, and Kim graciously spent endless hours On Skype talking with her. She provided us with vendor recommendations for vendors and discounts codes for invitation and tuxedo rentals. The wedding was to be held at the estate of her in-laws, and Kim spent endless hours meeting with the caterers, the tent people, the florists, the vintage rental company, and the photographer. Everything was ready for the big day. There was not a detail that she had overlooked. Tents were to be strategically place to make sure the wedding party and guests were comfortable. Kim spent many hours going over the property grounds, and planning where it might be muddy should it rain. She even had umbrellas ready, if needed. Nothing was left to chance. Then in March, Covid came. We obviously postponed her May wedding. Needless to say, we were devastated. We had guests flying in from all corners of the globe, many from Greece, who had to cancel. There were so many unknowns to deal with. We did not know when, or if the wedding could happen. We clearly did not have an inkling of the severity of this disease, and assumed that the wedding could take place in July. Kim wisely told us that we had to plan for several scenarios. Therefore, she meticulously planned a wedding for a 100 guests, for 50 guests, and for 25 guests! This truly was not small feat, as she constantly had to communicate with all the vendors. From a legal aspect, she reviewed every contract with my daughter, to ensure that we were not liable for any extra costs that could encore. Until the last moment we did not know if there would be another lockdown and have to cancel the wedding entirely. We came to North Carolina a week early, and met with Kim several times before the rehearsal. She provided written schedules and even gift bags for the children in the wedding. A fantastic idea to keep them busy! The big day finally arrived, albeit, with a smaller wedding than we would have had if not for Covid. Kim arrived early in the morning, And worked relentlessly until the wee hours of the morning. Her ideas added those special touches that make the day more memorable. Guests were greeted at the front gate by a young man who took their temperatures, and provided everyone with a mask ( with the same logo that was on the invitations), and a decorated little bottle of hand sanitizer in a small organza bag.( guests loved this) Kim’s recommended vendors were fantastic. The hair stylist, make-up artists, florists, DJ,, photographer, and of course vendors were all five-star. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Kim as a wedding planner. She is an expert planner, and is truly passionate about her work. Her passion permeates every detail and truly creates a bond with the bride. She is genuine, I witnessed the tear she shed at the rehearsal when she spoke about bonding with my daughter. The day was perfect. Thank you, Kim.

Not only did she pick up our cake but she was still able to coordinate a lovely post-nuptial dinner with my husband!
