I hired this company to handle the details for planning my destination wedding to Truckee in July 2022. We come from a very large and extended family that is spread out across the ...
country so it is always a challenge getting everyone and everything together in one spot. And I added a wrinkle in that I wanted it to be a surprise. They pulled it off without a hitch! My mom is like MacGyver so it was really difficult to keep her out of the planning process entirely as she always wants to pitch in. It was a great day, all of the family gathered for a momentous occasion and my husband and I couldn't have been happier. Thanks again to these ladies and the crew as they won't let you down and you will definitely be pleased with the end result.

ickly, and they are amazingly creative. Kaia has a great eye for detail and managed to remember all the details that I overlooked in my crazy stressed out planning process! Half the time I didn't even know what I was doing and thanks to her, she pulled me together and the end result was beautiful. My mom and dad were so happy with the day she created. Thanks again!
I hired these folks to handle the Day of Coordinating for my wedding this past summer and they came through like champs!! One of our vendors completely dropped the ball and brough...
t square table cloths from Party City for our round tables!! I was horrified! Yet they totally came through, called one of their vendors, one of the assistants drove round trip and hour and a half to get my linens in the right size AND color! Phew!!!! My wedding reception didn’t wind up looking like someone’s back yard BBQ. They managed the entire event start to finish, provided a full timeline for everyone including my vendors and everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have been happier and I would gladly recommend her to other couples for coordination and planning for their big day.

ut of state, friends, and the minor details so I added coordination and couldn't have been happier. They pulled everything together and the design they came up with was just amazing!! All I did was provide some color ideas and send some pictures of what I had in mind and they created a gorgeous layout that went above and beyond what I was imagining. I would definitely recommend them for your bid day!
