As a rookie mother of the bride planning a wedding 4 hours from our home, I NEEDED Angie more than I realized. She is fun, attentive to detail, friendly and above all, highly professional. She was available any time I had questions, and she gave great advice. She and her team helped things go smoothly in the hottest day of the summer for an outdoor wedding, she even went to David’s bridal to pick up a veil ON the wedding day because it had been left at home. If you want someone to keep your stress down, Angie and her team will help you!

If you’re on the border of getting a wedding coordinator, I would recommend having one sit down with Angie. Her company made even the smallest details come to life. With 24 bridesmaids and groomsmen, Angie was able to get us all together. She truly made my wedding easier and stress free. Our guest said they wish they knew Angie and Kathryn existed before their weddings because of how smooth ours went. Thank you Angie and your company! I highly highly recommend!!

We absolutely LOVED working with Event's Planned at Canopy Creek Farm! Angie was so easy to work with and did a fabulous job setting everything up! I was astonished by how easily she saw my wedding vision and made it a reality! Angie handled every detail the day of with vendors and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything at all. The day was beyond beautiful and I cannot wait to see the pictures!!

Angie and her team were a dream to work with! I had a vision for all of the details of the wedding and as soon as I met with Angie and Kathleen, they dreamed with me and helped my vision become a reality. They picked up all of my crafts/supplies a few days before the wedding and did all of the transporting the day of—which allowed me to relax and enjoy my time! They were lifesavers! I started out as a bride who was insistent on doing everything myself the day of the wedding, but having them as my planners/coordinators was the best decision I could have made. The best decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding was using Angie as our wedding coordinator! She provided us recommendations and advise on things I didn’t even think of when planning and, with her help, my wedding decor looked like something I pinned on Pinterest. Angie was absolutely amazing from the first time meeting her up until the end of the day of our wedding!! She answered all my questions and had great advice and ideas on setting up and with the ceremony. I couldn't of asked for a better wedding coordinator! I got married at Canopy Creek Farm in Miamisburg, OH and Tara was our wedding planner. She was absolutely AMAZING and made everything very easy leading up to and the day of the wedding. She was very easy to get in contact with and always answered my questions. The wedding was perfect!

Tara was a wonderful wedding planner! We recently got married at Canopy Creek. She was very helpful the day of and was on top of everything. We had to end up moving the wedding from outside to inside and Tara was organized and thought of all the details I forgot about during the move. Leading up to the wedding she was quick to respond to any emails and questions I had! Overall Tara was great to work with!

Tara was AMAZING to work with! I recently got married at Canopy Creek Farm and Tara was our wedding coordinator. Tara is so sweet and truly went above and beyond! Whenever I texted/emailed with questions she always responded back so quickly! She made sure everything was where it was suppose to be before guests arrived, drove my husband and I around for pictures, and worked with all of our other vendors for the night so everything went smoothly! Everything was perfect! She did whatever she could do to help make our day perfect and special! I am so glad we were able to work with Tara!!! I don't know what I would have done without her on our wedding day!! She is truly amazing at what she does!!

Angie makes your day work smoothly! With all the stress of putting on a wedding I was extremely impressed and thankful for Angie's help in coordinating all the vendors, set up/take down, and everything in between! She is so sweet and nice, and was even able to keep calm and professional with a smile on her face when dealing with some of my crazy family members. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Angie and her team are seriously the best! Angie and her team made my day so special, and I knew I didn't have to worry about anything because they had it covered. I still get compliments from my bridal party on how great they were as well! I highly recommend them if you need an even planner and/or day of coordinator.

Angie is absolutely amazing!! She took all of my thoughts and helped me organize everything. We wanted to have food from our favorite restaurant but could not find anyone to serve it. Angie's staff picked up the food for us and served it all! They did an amazing job, and were exactly what we needed! They even ran out and picked up things I had forgotten. Everyone that helped from her team was amazing and helped to make our dream wedding become a reality. We cannot say thank you enough for all of the behind the scenes work you did to make it so perfect! I HIGHLY recommend Angie and her staff for any event you might have she's amazing!!!!

Angie is truly amazing. I felt like we were family the second we met, and I could really tell she was invested in my wedding being the best day of my life... and it was, due in BIG part to Angie. Her knowledge and experience helped our day go off without a hitch, and every little detail was perfect. I got to the venue about an hour and a half before the ceremony, and everything was already set up and organized; tearing it down was overseen perfectly by her as well. She even made sure that any of our keepsakes and decorations that were accidentally left behind were carefully set aside, cleaned, and organized in a safe part of the venue, and held them there for two days until we could go back and get them. Throughout the day, she was our guide, our planner, our director, and a part of the family. She even found a way for us to have a beautiful private moment down by the water before heading in to the reception (so many friends had told us that we wouldn't get a moment to ourselves like that)! She made sure we were all comfortable, and I felt like I didn't have to think of a thing except getting married. My dad even commented about how she brought him a water when she could tell he needed one before his toast... that attention to detail and our comfort is something we will never forget. I can't tell you how many guests have told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and I agree with them! I felt like my party was thrown for me, and I was another thrilled guest, instead of the stereotype of the stressed out bride! We fit a lot into one day, but we never felt rushed. Angie did such an awesome job of making sure that we got to savor moments while also keeping everything on time. And she invited a certain amount of spontaneity, which is totally how my husband (!) and I roll... we decided that we hadn't had quite enough dancing, so we photographed our sparkler exit, and then Angie said it was OK for us to come back in and dance for a little longer! We changed the order of some reception things throughout the night, and she made it all go perfectly. Seriously, I don't know what I would have done without Angie. If you have an opportunity to work with her on your wedding, jump on it. I'm still in awe of the most perfect day of my life. Thank you, Angie!!!!!!!

Angie was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Something I will always remember about Angie is the constant smile on her face and friendly/bubbly personality! Any time there was an issue that arose, she was already taking care of it or had a plan! Thank you so much for helping with my special day, it wouldn't have ran so smooth if it wasn't for you!!

ANGIE IS THE BEST!!! I, myself, am an event planner and so I was super nervous about handing off responsibilities on the wedding day to someone else while I got ready for the ceremony. I was crazy and should have never felt this way. Angie made my dream and vision of our wedding day come to life, and went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was in place. In addition, I never would have actually had a drink at our wedding if it weren't for her. We were so preoccupied with making sure everyone else was having a good time, and that we talked to all our guests, that I didn't have time to think of things like getting a drink, or gathering the family together for pictures. Thank goodness, Angie was there to do this for us. She was miraculous all the way from hours before our wedding began until cleanup time. Just to show you how even more amazing she is, here is a small story of how she went above and beyond even AFTER our wedding was over. A few days later we noticed that we were missing my computer charger, that we used for the slideshow, and a couple of antique bells that were on the guest tables. Angie had no obligation to us after the wedding day, yet she called every one of our vendors looking for these items for us. She didn't tell me to call them, she just went ahead and did it. That is a true professional and hard-worker. She also was always only a text away before the big day to give feedback on any ideas I had for DIY stuff or set-up. If you're like me, and have too many ideas, Angie is your gal. If you're not like me and you just want someone else to do all the thinking, Angie is your gal. You won't be disappointed! We can't think you enough, Angie, for everything you did for us!!

Angie was amazing! From our first meeting to the day of our wedding, she made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decisions for the big day. She was always just a text or email away before the wedding providing support and advice when I needed her. On the day of the wedding, she there for me 100% helping with decorations and making sure the flow of the day was perfect. I can't think of a more wonderful person to have come into in our lives to make that day anymore special! Thanks Angie for being so great! We couldn't have made it through the day without her!

We just had a wedding at Canopy Creek Farm. Tara was the wedding planner. She was FANTASTIC! She was there for everything we needed. When some snags happened with a few vendors, she was there with suggestions and ideas to make things work. She was so calming, kind, and paid attention to every detail. We couldn't have done it without her. We can't say enough good things about Tara and Events Planned. Great Job!

Angie was over the top wonderful in assisting us on the day of our wedding at Canopy Creek Farm! She was more than willing to help out with any task we needed to complete and took care of several tasks we didn't even think of! Angie went above & beyond by delivering our wrist corsages to the Church just in time for pictures, as we had forgotten them at Canopy Creek. Angie played a huge part in easing our minds and helping us enjoy our wedding day. So very thankful for all she did to make our wedding reception an absolute dream come true! :)

Her weddings are stunning and what I love the most about them is that Angie has a unique knack for being able to put together the type of wedding the bride and groom want no matter what their style. That's a truly unique gift for a wedding planner to have.

Angie was absolutely fantastic for our wedding. Responsive...check Attention to detail....check Unique and creative...check Nimble and flexible when curve balls happen...check Seriously, Angie was so perfect for our wedding and she really was a steal compared to some of the other wedding planners we researched. It's one thing to work with someone who knows what he/she is doing, but it's a totally different (and better) experience when the person you work with authentically cares about you, your husband, and the friends and family who are experiencing your wedding. We were so appreciative and touched by Angie and the work of her team. She knew how to make the magic happen at a level we never even dreamed of. That may sound cliche, but there is no other way to describe her.

Angie was great to work with! I don't think we could've had everything go off so seamlessly without her! Our wedding day was so much less stressful than it could've been since I knew she was on top of everything! She even helped me stay calm when helping me clean some accidental horse slobber off of my wedding dress! She got it to where it was hardly even noticeable! Angie works wedding magic! :-)

5-stars Plus! Angie Rouse was our assigned event planner for our daughter's 1 Apr 18 wedding at Canopy Creek. Angie was always a step ahead of anything we asked for. She made sure all our guests were comfortable and was wonderful at facilitating amongst all the vendors. That alone was a huge relief! Angie went above and beyond at the end of the event when my husband and I realized we could not get everything in our car. Angie loaded it in hers and personally delivered the following day. What a gem! I would highly recommend her.

My wife and I couldn't of gotten through our wedding without her. I remember planning my wedding wondering how I was gonna get all these vendors decorations food all lined up and working in sync. Angie took all that off our hands organized everything and kept the whole ceremony and reception running like a well oiled machine. I cannot say enough good things about Angie. She will help you as little or as much as possible. Being a control-freak, I did a lot of things myself, and she did everything in her power to make sure that my ideas would realistically work. We had a pretty major wedding day emergency when my ride did not show up to bring me to the ceremony, and she kept the show going without the guests even knowing something was wrong. She kept drinks in our hands and made sure that we ate. She coordinated all details with the vendors and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. She was awesome. I would hire her again and again.
