They were over 2 hours late the day of our wedding. We should have seen the red flags in Kristina’s (the owner) lack of response leading up to our wedding day. They forgot tables that we paid and asked for. We had to set almost everything up ourselves to get it done before our guests arrived. When she was confronted about the issues, she was rude and careless. She blamed everyone else, including one of my out-of-state GUESTS, that tried to take over and help since Kristina wasn’t there and the whole thing was a mess. The staff she had there was very friendly but their timing, directions and actions are a direct reflection of the owner and her lack of organization. As a fellow business owner, I understand that staff is YOUR responsibility. She was rushed with every conversation we had. She was late to the two phone call meetings we scheduled. Don’t let the instagram account fool you, I’m sure the guests had to do a majority of it themselves as we did. My own father had to do so much due to them being late, he had 7 minutes to get ready before walking me down the aisle. When we asked for a refund for the tables, timing, and bad service of 25%, Kristina refused and gave back $76. What a slap in the face. If your big day is important to you at all and you don’t want to be stressed or have to PAY this business to have family and guests set up your wedding, then someone else. Especially since the owner cannot own up to the mistakes and decides to blame everyone else. Luckily my mother hasn’t let me see the emails from Kristina and how she’s spoken to her or I’m sure this would be much more scathing.
