Hiring Events to Woo was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Joanne was our “Day of Coordinator” and she made the wedding planning process much easier and way less stressful. I seriously don’t know if we could have pulled it off without all of her help and guidance. I would easily recommend Joanne based on her talent and expertise alone, but her kindness and generosity truly make her one of a kind, and made the experience worth every penny and then some. When I say that Joanne saved the day multiple times, I really mean it. The night before the wedding, I realized that we had accidentally unloaded my shoes with some of the boxes at the venue, and Joann offered to pick them up and drop them off the morning of the wedding. As if that wasn’t enough, about an hour before we needed to head to the venue, my husband realized they had left their shoes at our apartment 20 minutes away, and without skipping a beat, Joanne offered to drive to our apartment to grab the shoes and bring them back for us. I had absolutely no doubt that both the ceremony and the reception would go smoothly because she had the day planned to a tee. Neither of us had to worry about a thing because Joanne was so well prepared, from communicating with every other vendor, to making sure the entire night was exactly on schedule, to bringing everything we provided back to our Airbnb at the end of the night. She’s truly such a professional and handled our wedding with more care than we could have hoped for. I also want to give a special shout out to Alex who was there helping Joanne on the day! Between the two of them, our wedding could not have been in better hands.
