Hiring Elizabeth from Events to Woo as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She expertly took care of all the behind-the-scenes work, from vendor communication and timeline management to ensuring perfect setups for two different ceremonies in one day. Elizabeth and Margaret expertly guided our guests between ceremonies and kept the day flowing seamlessly and right on time. Their service was truly exceptional and they made sure we had a stress-free wedding day!

We hired Joanne as our day-of coordinator and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the first call with her about what we were hoping for, to all of her help reviewing vendor contracts, to helping us craft our perfect timeline, to everything at the rehearsal and day-of, she both provided so much guidance and was also just a wonderful person to work with. On the day of our wedding she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When we were running slightly behind because my partner and I took a bit too much time chatting with people at tables, etc. (the little things that will always happen at a wedding) she was flexible and made seamless adjustments to the timeline to keep everything on track. Again- I can't recommend Joanne highly enough and will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our day better than we could have imagined.

Joanne and Chloe make an amazing team! I booked Events to Woo for day-of coordination services, and I am so, so grateful that I did. Joanne is an excellent organizer--I received compliments from everyone in the bridal party on her detailed timeline for the day of. And Chloe took a lot of stress off my shoulders by double checking everything with all of our vendors in the week leading up to the wedding. I highly recommend Events to Woo! Excellent at their jobs and incredibly kind.

We are really glad we booked Joanne as our day-of coordinator. Our wedding did not have a lot of the traditional elements (DJ, wedding party, rehearsal) and Joanne was flexible with our vision and worked with us to adapt things as needed. Despite the day-of title, there was clear and easy communication with her in the days and weeks leading up to the event. Our family was impressed with our detailed down-to-the-minute schedule for the wedding weekend, which was very much drawn from Joanne's template. She also did a fantastic job putting together our ceremony and venue decorations with little guidance from us and a blank canvas at the venue!

We could not have asked for a better “day of coordinator”. From the moment we booked with Joanne, even with just “day of” she was present, flexible, responsive, and was always ready with answers to our questions or helpful suggestions.
The morning of our wedding, my now husband, forgot to pick up part of our order from a vendor and Joanne noticed the mishap, and ran out herself to pickup the left behind item. Joanne absolutely goes above and beyond, which was noticed by all of our guests, as they’re still sending messages of how on it she was, how hard she was working, and how she kept to the timeline but was flexible when needed.
We would choose to work with Joanne over and over again!

Joanne is absolutely incredible, without a doubt the reason our wedding went as smoothly as it did. Throughout the process she was super on top of things, and quickly answered any questions I had (even if they were really silly, she never made me feel dumb for asking) and was so so kind and wonderful especially while dealing with a sensitive situation we were dealing with while planning.
Throughout the wedding and the next day at brunch we had several guests come up to us and mention how great she was at keeping things right on time and was kind and helpful to everyone she interacted with.
1000/10, the best in the area without a doubt.

We are absolutely over the moon with the wedding that Joanne at Events to Woo coordinated for us. Every step of the way we felt like we were being helped by a friend truly campaigning for us to have the wedding of our dreams. Many commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and there is absolutely no way we could have pulled this off on our own. We couldn't recommend it enough and it was worth every penny. Having Joanne on hand to ensure our day ran smoothly gave us something a lot of couples don't always get: peace of mind to relax and actually enjoy our special day!

I hired Joanne from Events to Woo for our wedding in 2019. I remember our initial call to this day. Joanne is hilarious and caring. We had a 12 person wedding party and family members who I saw Joanne handle with such ease. Our whole party knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Stressfree! She was able to make sure all the decor was thoroughly checked and detailed and all my vendors were well orchestrated by Joanne throughout the night. My only regret is not getting her sooner!!!

Joanne Woo and her team went above and beyond for my wedding dinner! To say it was stunning was an understatement and she nailed perfectly what I had imagined the space to be 😄 cannot recommend the team enough 👌 they took the hassle off having to worry about setting up the space and gave me peace of mind. Joanne was reassuring, communicated regularly, was flexible and worked with me to make sure the event was exactly what I wanted!

I had the pleasure of having Joanne plan and coordinate my wedding. She was the best day of coordination that turned into a full wedding planner because I was just so overwhelmed with my job and move. My friends and family had such a good time and because Joanne was on top of everything, I was able to enjoy my time without an worry at all.
