efore the actual day, spotting all of the holes in our best laid plans and helping us find the vendors that could fill them. She was able to connect with the main vendors (venue, DJ, catering, flowers) and help coordinate the set-up between them all during the event. Everything went smoothly on the day, she was able to keep us on schedule if not early which meant more time for dancing, the best part of the wedding. This included wrangling guests back into the main space so we could have everyone together for the first dance and the cake. Most impressively, she solved an issue with the hotel bus on the day with no input from our end as the bride and groom, we heard about it once when the guests came in and it was solved when they left. Really professional and really kind, we lucked out.

am very much a person who likes to plan and be in control, but knew that I wanted someone I could rely on for all the day of running around, and she did just that. Everything flowed so much better having her there, I was calm the entire day, and able to take it all in. I recommend her services!

I was super happy with her attention to detail and remembering everything I laid out in my spreadsheet (like 14 tabs of stuff LOL). She also made the clean up process so seamless! I got everything returned to me super easy. She’s so professional, kind, easy to work with and I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Jenna for taking the stress off me on the day of the wedding, executing my vision SO perfectly! Our guests had a literal blast and didn’t want to leave the venue at the end of the night. l the day before (we had no idea what we were doing), gave us great decorating tips, and managed our vendors. Mother Nature gave us a beautiful surprise snowstorm the morning of our wedding, and Jenna was in constant contact with our caterer, venue manager, photographer, and hair/makeup salons to make sure everything was on track. We honestly would not have had the most wonderful wedding and reception without her! Thanks, Jenna!

ls leading up to the wedding, and worked with our vendors to coordinate setup, wedding timeline, and cleanup. She created a timeline and floor plan that helped the wedding go off without a hitch, and she even took care of setting up and arranging our flowers (I had arranged them myself so no florist to deliver and setup) as well as our other wedding decor and our dessert table! She attended our final venue walkthrough and led the ceremony rehearsal for us. She also packed up everything in our car when the night was over! We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator on our special day.

We chose Jenna of Events Unveiled because she seemed to have the right combination of relaxed flexibility with us and willingness to wrangle individuals to be where they needed to be. Ultimately, we were very happy with our choice. We were able to pass on to Jenna our schedule, vendor list, and other things and let her do her magic, making the day go by smoothly, with little prompting from us. She did an excellent job and we would highly recommend her.
