She was so flexible throughout the entire process and very professional - we had several family members and friends comment on how much they loved working with her too. She kept the wedding party on time and we stayed on time until the end of the night, which I thought was very impressive. We are very happy we found Molly!

lightly more than day-of coordination, as she helped run our rehearsal the night before, and then was the go-to person for a relatively all-over-the-place wedding the next day. My husband and I were married in Madison, WI, so Molly traveled from Chicago to help us out. Our ceremony was in a community center on one side of town, and our reception was held in a venue on the UW-Madison campus on another side of town. Molly was at the salon with breakfast and mimosas first thing in the morning, then ran off to help the groom and men and exchange some supplies. After that, it was off to the ceremony location to pick up the flowers and arrange them in the space. She coordinated the ceremony flawlessly, managing the music and making sure everyone walked in at the right time. Post-ceremony, she coordinated the clean up process, collected all the flowers and transported them across town for the reception. And then she ran that whole reception, including helping me out with a surprise for the groom later in the night that involved a lot of people. And then she gathered all the gifts and other supplies at the end of the night. She did it all. So if you couldn't already tell, Molly is a magic woman and will make your day incredible. I thought I would be the kind of bride that would get stressed about all the details day-of, but I surprised everyone by being super calm and collected. And I completely owe that sense of calm to Molly and Events with BeneFitz, because I knew I could trust her so completely that there was absolutely nothing for me to stress over. I would recommend her 100 times over!
