Kelsey went above and beyond as our wedding coordinator at Bridal Veil Lakes. Our wedding was in June 2025 on a rainy day. She pivoted and worked with her assistant Hannah and othe...
r hired staff flawlessly to execute the outdoor ceremony we'd planned on, despite the weather. Kelsey knows Bridal Veil Lakes incredibly well and offered suggestions unique to our venue that we would not have thought of without her. She helped us plan over the course of several meetings months in advance of our wedding date. She has a wealth of knowledge and is also able to help suggest other vendors, like our DJ and transportation. She had spreadsheets available to help us in our planning process and to stay organized. She helped remove any day-of stressors. As the bride, I knew I could count on her and had an incredibly seamless wedding day, much in part to her. Kelsey is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We couldn't recommend her more for those getting married in the Portland-Vancouver area. Hire Kelsey, seriously! You will not regret it.
My husband and I loved working with Kelsey! She remains calm, collected, and positive, and is an amazing person to bounce ideas off of! Wedding planning is a very stressful process...
, but Kelsey was amazing at diffusing that stress and helping during every part of the process. And day of, my oh my! I instantly relaxed (and almost cried tears of joy) when she arrived at our venue, knowing everything was okay and everything would be set up perfectly! She did an amazing job, and we were so overwhelmed by how beautiful everything looked. She went above and beyond during the whole process and we are so appreciative and grateful we chose her as our wedding planner!! If you’re looking for someone we would absolutley recommend Kelsey!
Absolutely incredible! Kelsey was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we first met, we felt completely at ease with her and knew we were in the best hands. She took the time ...
to understand our vision, made herself available for the small details, and gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her more! Everything ran so smoothly that we could actually relax and enjoy the moment. Kelsey is a true gem in the wedding industry, and we were so grateful to have had her by our side.
I would definitely recommend coordinating your wedding with Kelsey. Kelsey helped us to plan the details of our wedding and then executed flawlessly. Naturally the day of, not ever...
ything could work as planned. For example our caterer had to deliver the food 2 hours early. Our linens needed to be ironed again after sitting overnight. Some family members that were supposed to stay to take the decorations took off early. Kelsey handled all these complexities and we didn't notice. Our phones were silent the whole day.
Kelsey was exactly who we needed to support us through our wedding planning process. We hired Kelsey for partial planning services. As someone who enjoys planning and coordinating ...
both personally and professionally, I had already researched our vendors and intentionally selected them. What we needed was someone trustworthy and as organized as we were. Kelsey fit that role perfectly, addressing wedding details we hadn't even considered before like how many can be seated comfortably at a table and how you want your napkins folded. They may seem like small details but are important! She has the experience and knowledge to provide that insight. Most importantly, Kelsey provided invaluable emotional support. With so many decisions to make, some of which were quite challenging, she was a great sounding board, offering validation and helpful suggestions. Many people underestimate the emotional aspect of wedding planning, but Kelsey's support allowed us to relax and trust that everything was handled on the day of the wedding. This certainty and confidence enabled us to be present and focus on our love for each other, which is all you can ask for as a couple getting married.

ntry and while I was comfortable doing all of the heavy lifting up front, I wanted to relax on my wedding day and Kelsey helped me do just that.
From the Zoom check-ins to meeting in person to tour our venue, I felt supported every step of the way. Kelsey was great about bringing up details I hadn't considered and was incredibly professional. Our venue was unique in that nothing was included onsite. Kelsey coordinated all of the logistics for us and it truly was the perfect day.
I would work with Kelsey again on future events and recommend her to anyone in the PNW looking for a planner/coordinator.
Hiring Kelsey as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions for our wedding. She was professional and helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, helping us capture ...
"to-do's" and making sure things didn't slip through the cracks. That's just the level support that we needed up until week-of. Then she was amazing at our rehearsal and had everyone feeling prepared and ready for the big day. We still joke that on our wedding day, if anything did go wrong, we didn't hear about it -- which I think is the ultimate test of a great day-of coordinator. Our wedding day was a dream and very stress-free, which I know Kelsey played a key role in that.
