Stephanie (Owner of Events With Love) is hands down THE BEST wedding planner/ coordinator. She made the wedding planning process for my fiancé and I as stress free as possible. She knew every little detail we would need to make our special day perfect, she makes sure to leave no box unchecked. We were completely lost and overwhelmed before she stepped in to help us. She always led me in the direction that would get me to the vision we were trying to create, not just pick something because it was pretty, although all the things we chose are pretty as well. I don't think our wedding would have been as perfect without her guidance, we are forever grateful! If you are looking for a planner or coordinator in Texas or Orlando, Stephanie is the one you need to call!

Stephanie was the sweetest, most organized, and thoughtful person we worked with. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure our special day was everything we hoped for down to every last detail. She was very professional in coordinating with all of our vendors and everyone who met her loved her! She was the reason our day was so smooth and worry free and we could not be happier with our choice to choose Events With Love for our big day!

It is no secret that 2020 hasn’t been the smoothest years for brides, which is why I feel so lucky to have Stephanie of Events with Love by my side as a planner. From the start she was there to brainstorm, by asking questions to make sure they day was what I wanted and fit our personalities. Her questions were natural and I felt like she truly listened to my ideas and needs. She definitely had the experience to share new and creative ideas of what works! The planning was definitely a highlight, but Stephanie also took on the business side, too- reviewing vendor contracts to share her thoughts on what to be on the lookout for and what might work best based on our interests. The contracts were not a highlight of wedding planning for me, but Stephanie made it easy and smooth by breaking down what she was looking for in reviewing, so that we could make the best decision. And then came COVID… Stephanie was the first vendor to check-in with me and see how I was feeling and what I was thinking. I took comfort in knowing she was on my side- level-headed and in control for any wedding emergency, even one as large scale as a pandemic! She jumped right in to help me with notifying guests, website management, and creating a low-cost alternative ‘second round’ of invitations to help keep me in budget, despite rescheduling. At that point wedding planning was stressful to me, but she got me excited to look forward to our new rescheduled date. Throughout the process, I always knew I was in the best hands and would highly recommend her. Stephanie is professional- she has the expertise and experience in working with a variety of venues, vendors, and clients. This knowledge helped make sure my wedding was not another cookie-cutter wedding, but one filled with personal and memorable touches. Stephanie is also personable- she was easy to speak with and makes the process fun and exciting! Whether it was calling her to talk contracts or sharing some of my wedding worries, I felt comfortable opening up to Stephanie and that I was in reliable hands for my wedding. Weddings can be a huge investment, so you want to make sure you have the right planner. Thank you to Stephanie Wright and Events with Love! 2020 threw a lot of curve balls, but with an amazing planner we’re still going to be able to have the celebration we’ve always wanted.

I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and her crew at Events With Love! She brings knowledge, professionalism and class to your event. We appreciated her tips and tricks throughout the planning process and we are especially grateful for her calming presence the day of the event. Stephanie is absolutely the best of the best! I cannot say enough great things about her but here are a few from my wedding date on 8/31/19. She has a great eye for detail in helping you select invitations, cakes, flowers, photographers, etc. that are just the “look” or “feel” you want to create. She efficiently organizes all of the ordering & coordinating with the vendors so all you have to do is focus on your big day. She is organized and keeps a timeline to make sure everything stays on track all the way through your big day.’ It is obvious that she has experience with all aspects of wedding planning and is willing to offer different options no matter what stage of event planning you are in. Her demeanor is always professional and she is very reliable. She is there as a friend to listen and help if you have special needs or circumstances that arise. Overall , my wedding day and reception was perfect. My husband and I got to enjoy the day because Stephanie goes above and beyond what is expected to make sure your day is like no other! I highly recommend Stephanie and cannot thank her enough for making my wedding day so special and magical!!

Stephanie Wright is a joy to work with and a gifted event planner. Stephanie will be your fast friend and you'll want to stay connected far beyond your event. She's full of energy and fun to be around, while being polished and professional. In her early days working with events I supervised Stephanie and her creativity and clever work has always been boundless but she has grown into a highly detailed and professional planner capable of managing the most complex and comprehensive events. As she assisted with my own wedding, every probing question was perfect to make sure no detail went unconsidered. Each touch is personal and catered to my specific desires. She is full of ideas and suggestions without being imposing in any way. Her process takes all facets of wedding planning into consideration, she achieves your vision while being realistic about budget implications and other considerations. I highly recommend Stephanie!

Stephanie is amazing at what she does. She takes the time to initialize every detail and makes sure she understands exactly what you want on your special day. She is very outgoing as well as personable, which makes you feel at ease, because you know she is going to make everything perfect. Stephanie was fantastic at handling my rowdy wedding party, she kept everything on track and made sure everyone was having fun. I highly recommend her for someone looking to relax and enjoy their wedding, knowing you are in good hands!

Stephanie Wright was AMAZING! She is a truly gifted wedding planner/coordinator and is extremely enthusiastic, organized, flexible and professional. With Stephanie, the planning process was stress-free as she really listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Her expertise within the wedding field and event planning was apparent and she answered questions or concerns and made me feel at ease. From picking vendors and reviewing vendor contracts to helping narrow down the catering menu and picking flowers and décor, she was by my side for everything. The day of the wedding, if there were any issues I never knew as she took care of them or anticipated issues before they could occur. Even when my sister/Maid of Honor couldn’t get my dress tied correctly, Stephanie stepped in and saved the day! Stephanie was very responsive and on time for everything! Very professional and does a beautiful job with her craft! I wholeheartedly recommend her for any wedding planning or day of coordinator needs! I don’t know what I would have done without her!
